Paul Willi provided thorough, timely services. He replaced our garage door header beam and gave us the most reasonable pricing. All the paperwork was easy to follow and straight to the point professional. He is a very straightforward person to work with and his crew were also very polite and professional. The repair was done quick, and Paul met with us every step of the way to explain the process. Everything was cleaned up after the job was complete. Payments were split into 3 and payments were due upon completion of each phase, which made things easier. Overall, I feel comfortable and confident in hiring Trident in the future for other remodeling work around the house.

Paul is very easy to work with; and so are his installers. Job was done quickly and my shower looks amazing.

I reached out to Trident for a TPO membrane cleaning on my warehouse roof. The crew arrived on time and got the job done efficiently. They cleaned the roof thoroughly and even found a few small issues I hadn’t noticed. They explained everything and fixed them for a fair price.

Trident just completed a fabulous bathroom remodel of our home. Paul was extremely responsive throughout the whole process, offered great suggestions on how best to complete the look we were going for, and checked in personally to see his subs’ progress on a daily basis. We ended up making a few changes and throwing a few curveballs as the work progressed, but Paul did a great job keeping things on track and Trident finished the job in less time than we had originally expected. We would not hesitate to use Trident again!

Paul was quick to return my call and was onsite the following day to review my damages. He spent the time discussing the findings with me and went over all the pictures he took prior to submitting the bid for the repairs. Paul was through and very knowledgeable. On the first day, Paul arrived with the crew and introduce me to them and stopped by several time during the work to ensure things were going well. His crew arrived on time each day, they were polite and respectful of my home. The required exterior and interior repairs were done timely and within the amount quoted. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to using them again in the future.

We are so disappointed this company, who has stolen from us. They were recommended by Angie's List and we were contacted by Paul Willi. He was available to us and we discussed the scope of our project and we signed a contract on 3/1/21 and made a payment in order to obtain architect, engineering plans and permits with the city of Frisco. There was communication for about a month, then silence. There were no return calls or emails. We have not received anything from Paul and have asked the company to return our money. We have had no response. Unbelievable that a company so great and successful, cannot return us our money for work that was not done. Please be cautious and we will pursue this until we are made whole again for our keeping our end of the contract.

I contacted Trident and the next day Paul came out to evaluate the home we were purchasing. The entire home needed to be renovated, in addition to foundation, electrical, HVAC and plumbing repairs. Paul spent hours going over every detail of the project, oversaw all bids, worked with our loan officers and consultants and met with all the sub-contractors to ensure not only quality work but also that we were completely satisfied as customers. The prices were fair and affordable. I would highly recommend Trident to anyone that has home care needs!

I had a water pipe break in my house just before a home sale. Trident was able to come in and fix the water damage in a timely manner and did great work. They were able to work around my unique circumstances and helped me finish the sale of my home.
