Just wanted to thank Tricon Builders for the fantastic job they did on my roof. It needed new plywood to repair rotting wood as well as the new shingles. From first contact getting a quote, to permitting, to scheduling the job, to the work being completed, everything was taken care of very quickly. I became acquainted with TriCon Builders, Inc. during the 2013 Tallahassee/Big Bend Parade of Homes. My new neighbors built a custom TriCon home and having fallen in love with the whole family I spent lots of time in their new home. It was fabulous, well-crafted and quality built. I have followed TriCon for 12 years and when its time to remodel my home they will be my go-to contractor. I recently needed a roof replacement. I was a good shopper and got several estimates from other excellent roofing companies. Ultimately I selected TriCon, knowing that the company had been installing roofs in the Tallahassee area for over 20 years. Jason, the owner, and Michael, who manages the Roofing Division, and I met in person several times. They provided me with so much valuable information. They had underlayment and shingle samples and clearly explained their processes, materials, contract and warranties. They provided links to their suppliers' websites where I could learn more and see virtual images of different shingles on my house. They helped me choose the best products for my environment. Once the contract was signed and work began I was very impressed with the work crew. They worked from early morning to evening and even on Saturday to complete my job as soon as possible. The men were respectful of me and my property and of one another. Because Michael expressed to the crew leader the importance of keeping my environment free of roofing debris because I have three dogs, the perimeter of my home was cleaned several times a day with a large magnet. At completion my property was left clean and my new roof looks fabulous. The wind mitigation inspection was completed yesterday and we got a thumbs up so I expect now to save hundreds of dollars a year on my homeowners insurance. Overall this was a well-planned and executed project by experienced professionals and I could not be happier with the result.

Jason and Noel built an addition on our house in 2010. We added two bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom. Their workmanship and attention to detail was much appreciated. They helped us to see what would work best in our situation. They made frequent visits to the job site to maintain communication with the subcontractors to prevent problems arising. It has been 15 years since the addition was completed and we have greatly enjoyed the extra space. I would recommend TriCon Builders to anyone wanting a quality project completed by a trustworthy company.

Years after TriCon completed a large wall removal (beam put up) and kitchen, dining and living remodeled, I am grew convinced that they are truly among the best in the region. TriCon approaches work like professional engineers, with smart ideas and the experience to have a logical process - their approach showed they had done it many times before. When time comes, I will call them again!

Jason has done multiple jobs for me over the years. There is no one else I would trust in Tallahassee! Jason is professional and his work is always 100%. Working with Jason is an absolute pleasure and I highly recommend him!
