The best roofing company I ever had. I am very satisfied. My roof is beautiful. My neighbors are complimenting me about how nice it looks. These people got the job done!

Courteous, responsive, prompt, professional. Fair price. Hard working roofing team worked overtime to replace my roof before incoming inclement weather. Recommend without reservation.

So far I have not been impressed. I had a roof leak on an addition before Ida and Triangle Roofing came out and said I needed a bigger pitch on that area. This leak was coming in my kitchen cabinets. They said they fixed the problem. After Ida I have the same leak. After numerous phone calls, someone did come out and recheck the area. They found some additional problems with the roof in different areas caused by Ida. They sent me an invoice that included more repairs over the area that now has the bigger pitch. It seems that I probably didn’t need a bigger pitch after all. I don’t want to pay for an area that wasn’t fix right the first time. I’m willing to pay for any new leaks. Nobody wants to come and look at the real problem. These people are difficult to work with. They say they are going to call you back and they don’t. I make weekly phone calls to them. Finally, they send out a man, Darren, who works occasionally for them. He immediately found the problem! I have 2 large holes in my roof. He was able to cork the problem as a temporary fix. No more leaks in that area. Now to get Triangle to come fix it the way it should have been fixed is my next challenge. Meanwhile, I have mold growing in my kitchen cabinets from the time they have wasted on this issue. Be careful with this company!

A first class local company with a quality and friendly staff and professional and quality roofers. Their attention to thorough inspections and estimates before doing the work and thorough quality inspections after the completion makes this company a trust worthy and reliable business. Have used them to replace a complete roof a year ago and again last month for hurricane damage repair and was not disappointed. The roof inspector was knowledgeable and professional. She quickly accessed the issues and explained them to me.
The roofing team showed up when promised, made the repairs, and hauled away all debris. It was a simple painless process.

The guys that came out were great. Did the work very nicely and professionally. Cleaned up after they finished. Work was done in the time they said.

Supporting the Triangle Roofing local business was a pleasure. The wait time to get an estimate was longer than the entire roof replacement. With some construction knowledge, I selected Triangle Roofing over its competitors. I like the process of hand nailing vs a nail gun. Crews arrived when stated and worked continuously throughout the day. Clean up was surprisingly thorough. I am very excited to mention their quality checks and follow through. I am very impressed with this contractor.

They have been my roofers for many years and always do a great job. Don’t hesitate to call them if you need a new roof or need a repair.

After discovering several leaks in my roof I began interviewing roofing companies and gathering estimates. Triangle, far and away delivered the best customer service experience and best price. The crew arrived on schedule and cleaned up after they left. They even went above and beyond to address another issue, that may or may not have been a result of their work. But they gladly stepped up, addressed and fixed the problem and assured me that my satisfaction was their only concern. I highly recommend Triangle Roofing! Customer Service, Integrity, First Class Workmanship, Fair prices. You can't go wrong. Trust the Man from Harahan!!

Triangle Roofing recently fixed my roof for the first time, but not the last, I hope. They were prompt, efficient, easy to work with, and did the job within estimate.

I needed my roof replaced on a small shed . I chose a torched on roof because of previous experience with one on 2 other structures on my property put on by Triangle Roofing in the past. The work was done quickly and the clean up was thorough. The person in charge made an adjustment on the roof because of a water runoff problem which turned out to be a fantastic adjustment after having had several heavy rains. The price was fair and would use again. Highly recommended.

I have used Triangle Roofing since Katrina Hurricane. They put my roof after Katrina which was so great. I have called them for a roof leak and they come quickly and on time. It's good to have a local business I can rely on. They worked quickly. I believe it is a good company and a good value.

This Company was great, prompt call back, service and friendliness, took less time than I expected and left the place clean, would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would like to say Triangle Roofing did a wonderful job. The workers were very professional and communicated any concerns to us when needed. We will definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Also, not only were the workers great but the office staff did a great job as well.

Trash company. Paid over 10k for a new roof and now my house sounds like a tornado is in it whenever the wind blows. I’m sure they contracted the people who came out here because none of them spoke English. They managed to mess up the ceiling sheet rock in three of my bed rooms when they changed some of the boards out. Apparently they dropped something and tried to act like it wasn’t a big deal. My water heater was in pieces at the connection point and there were nails everywhere. The clean up was a joke. I have a gap where I can clearly see into my attic from outside where the wind is clearly coming in. Caleb came out and took numerous pictures and even stated that it wasn’t correct. He came out on a Friday and told me I would be contacted on Monday or Tuesday and I had to end up calling him the next Friday. Terrible customer service. And upon speaking to him he had the nerve to tell me that the owner, Frank, had said that everything was installed correctly when it clearly was not. Caleb said I needed to speak with Frank so I called the office and haven’t heard from him. I couldn’t even sleep last night with all the wind and my house rattling. I would never recommend this company to anyone. As I’m writing this my attic is rattling and making loud sounds.

Update: So after telling these people for two months the roof was causing the sounds and them blaming it on everything else other than the roof they finally found the issue and of course it was the roof. They did a poor install of the ridge line which was causing the tiger paw material to flap and it was causing the sounds and vibrations. These people were acting like I was crazy and wanted something from them. All I wanted is my roof to be installed correctly after paying so much money. And the owner is unprofessional. I finally got on the phone with him and tried to explain the gap that wasn’t there before and he started yelling on the phone that it was correctly installed and hung up on me. I attempted multiple call backs and they ignored my calls.

Triangle did a fast and high quality repair on my damaged roof. Everyone I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Called for a repair of a known problem, Frank did a thorough inspection on my roof and found a problem I was not aware of. Saved me from interior damage in the near future. Did the best to match my shingles for the repairs. Fair pricing, professional, and clean.

At first I was afraid then I was terrified so I had a few companies come out and give me estimates on how much a new roof would cost me now that I am retired. I chose Triangle because they made me feel more comfortable. They came out explained everything answered all my questions showed me the products they were using and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision.
Kaleb and Melanie are both very kind, no nonsense my kind of people. The crew took the old roof off and put the new one up in one day. I am so proud of the new look and so happy with the work and care they took on my property. I can go on but the bottom line is, they did an excellent job!

Wish all home improvements/repairs could be this easy and efficient. Price was right, workmanship was spot on. When it comes time roofing, I won't think twice.
