TJ was very easy to work with, very accommodating and professional. He began our project sooner than was expected and finished in a timely manner. His work is exceptional and we will be using him again for future projects.
What a great experience we had with Triad Area Remodel and Construction. TJ Gilley is by far one of the most talented and creative craftsman I have ever met. He is basically a one man construction crew. He does it al, electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, tiling, mold remediation…the list goes on. This was a major benefit to us because we simply did not want a bunch of crews running in and out of our house. TJ took a 9.5ft by 14ft builder grade worn out bathroom and transformed it into a “Mermaid” oasis in less than a month. We wanted a shower that was low maintenance and non traditional. We wanted it to be cozy yet spacious. We wanted the bathroom to give the feeling of bringing the outside in. TJ delivered exactly that. From the design of a double serpentine shower to the selection of tile and fixtures, he provided expert creative guidance to us throughout the entire process. He was a true gentleman and he worked tirelessly to deliver our dream. We call it our “Mermaid Bathroom” for a reason which you will see in the photos. My cat Angel always wanted to be on the porch with me, but I felt nervous because I live on the 3rd floor. They screened it in for me to keep her safe, then came back and insulated it for me when the winter months came so I could enjoy my porch all year long. He even put some little plexiglass windows on it so I can let the breeze in if I want or close it up and keep it warm. All his ideas and it’s easy to remove for when I move out of the apartment.
