Had an amazing experience with Clemmons Windows and Doors. The sales process didn’t consist of any intimidating gimmicks and they even initiated my estimate over the phone since my kid was sick at the time. The install crew was quick and installed our back door as I expected. They told me the door may settle slightly and even came back a few weeks later to realign the door with the deadbolt hole. The only surprise I had was that the handle lock automatically unlocks when you twist it from the inside. I highly recommend them

Our experience with Clemmons Windows and Doors has been great from the beginning, with a no-pressure, no bull visit with Bobby to assess our needs and thoroughly explain window options and features, great communication from Bailey, Tracey, Brandon and the crew chief, and replacement of the 25+ old windows in my parents home with beautiful Provia windows. The estimate was not the lowest we recieved, but was very competitive, and we are very pleased with the results. The crew was friendly and hardworking, starting early and working diligently to meet the projected timeline for installation. And the worksite was cleaned up thoroughly. From my original call to ask for information, to Bob Muller coming out to discuss the product information and process was a very smooth and informative process. Bob was very professional thru the process of ordering my new patio door and kept me informed as well. I was contacted a few weeks later letting me know it has arrived and we set up a date for install, and was called again the night before to verify all was good. When the installers came in the time they were quoted, they were all curious and professional and they went hard at work installing the door. I came down a little while later and was amazed they were just doing final touch ups but for the most part it was completed. The door itself was better than I imagined, and the fine detail finishing touches were expert craftsmanship. They were organized, thorough and when done besides the new door be there you could not tell they were ever there. They protected everything near the door and covered the floors thru the house so that nothing would damage or be left behind. CWD is OUTSTANDING-- from our first meeting to assess our window and doors needs where they listened to what we wanted and considered several options to meet our needs and budget, to keeping us informed of when the windows and doors would arrive and be installed, to showing up on time each day, to having a very professional crew and leadership, to taking the time to ensure that the doors/windows were installed (and cleaned!) perfectly (including replacing rotted wood), and then cleaning up (and replacing moved furniture!). A great company with great leadership and great work crews!

I had Clemmons Windows and doors redo the whole outside of my house. They did the siding, windows, doors, railings, gutters, and shutters. I’m so excited on how it all turned out. They use the best quality products and it really does make a difference. It’s a family owned business and they treat the job like it’s one of their own homes they are working on. The pay attention to the littlest details so everything turns out perfect. They even put up the new outside lights that I purchased myself because I didn’t want my old outdated lights put back up. They are a great group of guys and didn’t even mind my dog following them around. They were not the cheapest quote I got but they were definitely the best for the quality I received.

Instead of dealing with a large corporation like a Lowe’s or Home Depot, I attempted to give my business to this locally run entity. “Can you guys give me a quote on an entry level screen door? Lowe’s quoted me $X.”. The sales rep wouldn’t even speak to me by phone to ask some basic questions like “Hi, what door did Lowe’s quote you? I can run that against what we have with our doors/labor cost to get you our quote.”. Evidently their time is too valuable to potentially close something over the phone. I can buy a car without being in person, but evidently not a storm door. To get me off the phone, the secretary who already admitted to knowing nothing about cost says “We’re going to be more than Lowe’s”. If this were my client-facing sales/service team, I’d do some really intense coaching on how to qualify potential leads and run a client discovery call. Man, just horrid!

Clemmons Windows was the best decision we could have made for new windows and doors in our home. This family run business makes you feel like family. The work was fast effective and looked amazing when it was finished. From the beginning to end we had the most pleasant experience with this company. Our house looks great and we have already seen a difference in room temperatures because of the energy efficiency of the new windows. Clemmons Windows and Doors just completed a complete remodel of our elevated screened porch and exterior deck to enclose the porch with fixed, full-view windows to the garden below and casement/slider windows on both sides for airflow. Owner John Garfield recommended replacing the existing narrow screen door to the exterior deck, barbecue area and steps with a large slider, which greatly enhances accessibility. I was very impressed with John and his sons, Brandon and Bailey who were on the job every day working with their crew. Upgrading the exterior deck and steps with Trex composite decking means reduced maintenance for years to come. Overall, we couldn’t be happier or more grateful to have found John, Tracey (his lovely wife who was always available) and his sons who helped me execute on my plan to eliminate the dust, pollen and dirt blown through screens to create another beautiful room as an extension of our home. With his recommendations and dedication to perfection, John demonstrated he was as interested in the outcome as we were; and we love the look of our new Provia windows and doors too! I’d already met with and had proposals from three other companies but after meeting John and hearing his proposal for our project, I wouldn’t let him leave until he put us under contract and accepted my deposit.

The crew at Clemmons Window and Doors just completed an entire exterior renovation for my wife and I and we couldn’t be more pleased. The company is run by professionals that do an amazing job. From the second we met John and Bailey, until the job was complete, we got top notch service. The communication was great. They were prompt, kept us informed, and managed the project with expertise. I know the job was done right, and absolutely love the work that they did. I can’t say enough good things about them! I would recommend them for any large job. I had Asbestos and Wood Siding removed on a house built in the 1940’s. New siding in stalled, new windows and new exterior doors. They were amazing. I highly recommend them.

New Windows or Doors, Remodeling or Custom Built Home

I would highly recommend talking with John Garfield at Clemmons Windows and Doors as well as have him come to your home to do an estimate! Last summer John and his son Bailey put all new vinyl replacement windows in our home and also completely remodeled the master bath to update it and to have it meet ADA standards. They did a fantastic job!!! Also they have an interior decorator, Robin, who works with them and was wonderful taking us to reputable dealers to pick out tile, cabinets, counter tops and accessories. The communication during the whole job was great with a call or TX each evening to let us know time and work for the next day. They worked everyday until both jobs were complete and were great about cleaning up as much as possible at the end of each day. We were so pleased with their workmanship that we have recently been in contact to have them do a remodel of our kitchen this fall. We highly recommend Clemmons Windows and Doors and would not consider having any other company do major work in our home.

Outstanding experience! Everyone I worked with was great. The owner, John, even came out himself. They got my sliding glass door in a week before their estimated date, arrived when they said they would, were respectful of my house and of me, and the door is terrific - like buttah! If I could give them a 6, I would! I honestly can say that this company blew me away! Their Sales guy, Levi, was top notch. He listened and suggested a design that I was thrilled with. Then, I was told that it would be "about one month" for them to install. I really thought, "no way"...they called and installed exactly in ONE MONTH!!!! It looks amazing! John & Bailey Garfield and Chad installed my front door today the builders subs did a terrible job installing my original door John and his crew fixed the issues and installed the new door perfectly they were wonderful it took them longer then they expected which I did not mind but the did the job right the door is awesome and has a lifetime warranty John said he would come back later to make adjustments as the wether striping breaks in I highly recommend Clemmons windows and doors thanks guys

They added Ezy-Breeze Windows to our back screen porch to enclose it for the winter months and also a small gas space heater. They did the tear out, rebuilt the frames to handle the windows, and painted and caulked to finish up the job. We just had our first winter storm and it is amazing how it stayed warm and no precipitation entered our porch. Now we have a porch that is usable most of the year.
