Had my windows installed by the company over 15 years ago. I believe they may have changed company ownership hands in the interim. I had a lifetime warranty on the windows. One of the large glass pane windows fogged up. I brought it to their attention and although it took a long time, because there was a snafu with the manufacturer of the window they stood by that warranty and ultimately replaced my defective window. Took a long time, but in the end, they ultimately did the right thing and so I thank them for being honorable.

Tri-State was such a pleasure to deal with. From the moment they walked in for the estimate, to the day it was done, they were friendly, professional, and accommodating. I never felt that "sales pressure". The job was done very well and we LOVE all of our new windows. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The installation was easy and efficient. The second day the trims were done around the windows. The workers were very thorough and the result was flawless, amazing looking windows that I love and makes my house look updated. I’m definitely satisfied with my windows and would recommend to everyone.

I cannot share enough good words about Tri-State Windows & Siding. We used them window replacements for our starter home 6 years ago and our new home this year. We've recommended them to family and friends, who all have has positive experiences as well! Prices are very reasonable (you'll be shocked how much less that the big-name company!!) and the sales team is not pushy. Jordan is very honest, efficient, and will provide you options to suit your needs and budget. Installation is a breeze; Roger is very efficient, very clean, and very respectful! We, and those we know who've also used them, have not had a single bad experience from scheduling, to quoting, to installation, to payment! We will continue to use Tri-State for any project that falls under their services!

I don't normally write reviews but wanted to call out the great service we received from Tri-State Windows from start to finish. Right from the beginning they were not pushy and didn't try to oversell their product or services. I was looking to replace 16 double-hung windows and their price was very competitive without sacrificing quality and workmanship. Once we decided to go with them for our windows, our salesperson, Anthony, said it would take 4-6 weeks to construct the windows and he was spot on. It took 5 weeks. They scheduled the install as soon as the windows were ready and it took them one day to do the entire installation with the extra crew. The crew was careful not to make a mess and made sure they were not disruptive to everything else going on in my house. I couldn't recommend them more to anyone looking to replace their windows.

The whole process was quick and simple. Jordan was very friendly and helpful, he answered all questions and didn’t try to push me into a decision or upsell. The install team was quick and efficient. They cleaned up well and put everything back in place if it needed to be moved. Thanks team!!

Tristate did a great job of installing siding and stones at our home. Marcelo, Gordon and team were very professional and cooperative. They were even able to accomodate some of the last minute changes and adjustments that we wanted done. All in all a very professional and thorough job done by Tri State Crew.

We had our entire roof repaired and their team was so quick and efficient. We also had our sliding glass door replaced along with a few windows. They even removed another sliding glass door that was never used and replaced it with a large window! They do it all, cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is my second experience with Tri State and they did not disappoint. 2 yrs ago, I had a patio slider replaced and was so satisfied with the whole process that when I decided to replace my 62 yr old windows in the front of my house, I went straight to them and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. There were a few complications Tristate came across with the siding manufacturer, but they overcame their obstacles and actually provided us a more superior siding product. I highly recommend Tri-State. I had a very positive experience working with them this year. They replaced the glass in one of my windows which was defective for a very reasonable price. It was a window that was installed with 5 others back in 2005 with a lifetime warranty. When I contacted them this year to see about replacing the defective one 19 years later, they advised the manufacturer went out of business, but Anthony and his staff diligently researched to see how they can help despite this. They ultimately resolved my problem and I appreciate all there assistance. Thanks to Anthony, Nancy and Richard for their attention and solutions oriented response.

We, and several other owners have gotten doors and windows from tri-state. We ,also, decided upon the blinds inside the glass. No dust,larger view of outside... Absolutely beautiful.
They right down the line were right by our side,and we liked every one associated with the co. Sales Rich, owner Jordon, all the installers just so accomodating, and helpful and skilled As a matter of fact, we then ordered windows from them. Makes a huge difference. Very old Anderson double hung windows with rotted frames needed to be replaced. Got a few quotes and Jordan came in making me feel the most comfortable with their work and pricing. Process was smooth with the measuring and estimate. 5 large double hung windows were ordered and the replacement took less than 4 hours. Products work great and I will likely replace more windows with Tri-State in the future.

Tristate Roofing was recommended by a friend. The salesman came by when he said he would. The price was very competitive. I needed the new roof put on by a certain date. They accommodated me. They said one day for the job. The guys showed up, worked really hard all day & finished by the end of the day. They cleaned up before they left. I am really happy with the work done & highly recommend them!

We purchased our home in 2021. It was the original siding and thanks to a few good storms we lost some of it. Come to find out we had some other issues going on under it. We decided to remodel our exterior and upgrade the front of our home with stone work. After getting referrals from neighbors we received 4 quotes, all great companies. We decide to go with Tri -State, not because of the price, but there representative Jordan was very patient with us. He didn’t try to sell us on anything but instead took the time to walk us through the project, explain what the materials were and why they were important. He gave us options to not only choose from but that would work within our budget. He made himself available to us at all hours of the day and night and worked on getting us samples so we had something to physically see and compare. Choosing siding and stone is not easy from a magazine. Jordon also took the time to find homes they had worked on and showed us photos of the final product, really helping us visualize it on our home and bring it all together. The staff at Tri-State were very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Our project manager was also outstanding. Marcelo was here on day one and came throughout the project. He kept an open line of communication with us, which in our opinion, is very important. We did come across a couple minor issues but each one was addressed and corrected immediately. Marcelo came out personally on his day off to address them. This made things very easy for us. Our overall experience was great and we LOVE how our exterior came out. In our experience we can say when Tri-State says they stand by there product and work, they truly mean it. We had previous used Tri-State for our Bay Window. So when we needed to have our siding done, we contacted them right away. Jordan came out and went over all our options. We picked a newer color so there were very few samples. The men who came to do the work did an amazing job with the short time that had due to the weather. The color is great and I love it. We would use them again.

Installation was okay sales and installers were courteous. Stay away from this company. They will don't stand behind warranty. Windows don't hold up, weather striping has fallen off, vinyl warping, glass popped.

This is amazing after 4 year you reach out and want to send the manufacturer out to look at my issues. You should have done this when I put in a claim when the windows were starting to fall apart after a couple of years of installation. Their lifetime warranty they promise you does not exist. They will give you excuses to get out of covering warranty. All they are looking for to get me to change my review now.
