Kevin is so easy to work with. He gave his attention to the details my house needed cleaned the worst. He didn’t miss a spot! I thought i was going to have to paint my house this summer but after his washing it looks great. I can’t say enough nice things about kind personality and professionalism.

Kevin power washed my deck and screened in porch. After cleaning the services he sanded and stained the surfaces. He did an excellent professional job. He also power washed the green moss off of my roof and cleared away the tree branches that were touching the roof. He did an excellent professional job with this project, as well. He and his wife Maria maintained open communication with me throughout the projects, showed up in a timely manner, and made sure the property was left clean and orderly when the project was completed.

From the estimate through the cleaning, Kevin and Maria were fantastic and so nice. I had my roof, gutters, and siding cleaned. The house looks amazing! Highly highly recommend KSD!

We can’t say enough about the quality of the work done by Kevin, the owner of KSD and his team! He is very knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator on top of doing an outstanding job. He did all of our windows, both in and out (40+). He also cleaned the siding and 2 decks and one patio of moss and mold. Our house looks new! He also removed the mold buildup on our roof, making it look new again and preventing the shingles from deteriorating! I wish I had gotten more pictures but you can see from the before and after pictures of the work he did on our roof why we highly recommend Kevin from KSD. You won’t be disappointed!

Kevin cleaned and treated not only my roof and siding, but also washed my entire deck removing some build up and also went above and beyond cleaning out and washing my gutters! They look brand new!
