Had an issue with the TCM on my 2014 RAM 1500. The truck's battery was constantly draining. My personal mechanic investigated and discovered that the TCM connector on the transmission was humming, and suggested I going to the dealer to get it addressed. After inspection, the dealership informed me that the valve body was also bad and would need replaced. Very soon afterwards they informed me that they had gotten a valve body in, but that it was bad and could not be used. After that, I was told that they were having a difficult time finding a valve body for my truck. We are now going on over 8 weeks and the repair is still NOT done. I became curious if they part was truly that difficult find. So, I started to research, and it did appear these part were rare and hard to find. Though, eventually I was able to make contact with a MOPAR part supplier and was able to order the part myself. When I informed the dealership of this fact, I was informed that if I brought a part in, they would not be able to cover a warranty for the repair. I was also informed that because they are a dealer they are limited on where and how they purchase parts. Though I went to a MOPAR reseller, but it WAS a MOPAR part, and the reseller ordered it from the MOPAR warehouse. But yet, for some reason a Dodge dealership could not get the part. In the course of these 8 weeks, I have only been called twice with any sort of an update. The rest of the time I had to call them myself. I dropped the new unopened part off on a Monday. I had them open and inspect it in front of me. Their mechanic said it was in good shape (being a brand new part) and that it was the correct part. I was told that they should be able to start working on my truck on Tuesday afternoon, and it should be finished by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. By Friday morning I had received ZERO contact from the dealership. I called the Service Dept and was told the person I needed to talk to was currently working on another vehicle, and that they would give me a call back short. By 2 in the afternoon, I had not received a phone call, so I attempted to call them. On the first two attempts, there was no answer. These two calls where spaced over the course of about 45 minutes, giving them the benefit that they could have been with a customer. The third call I connected to the dealership's operator, who said he would "walk back and not leave till they called me". About 15 minute later I do actually get a phone informing me the repair is still NOT complete. Claiming now that the TCM connector they had was faulty and they had to order a new one. But two faulty brand new parts in the course of one repair? On top of not being able to find another part. Perhaps they should consider finding a better source for their parts. It is Friday now, and they claim it will be done by the following Monday, so we shall see if that is true or not. Let's just say, I have my doubts. But after this whole affair, I WILL NEVER take a vehicle to this dealership ever again. I was lucky that I do not depend on my truck to make a living. But what would this fiasco have done to someone that was dependent on their truck? Multiple people have suggested that they have been purposely dragging their feet on this repair in the hopes that I would give up and just buy a new truck from them. At first I disagreed, that a local business would not do that to someone, but now I am starting to wonder if that is the case. Their inability to get the repair completed and their lack of communication drives me to recommend if you need a repair on your vehicle, go somewhere else.

I was told my car was running and driving good and was about %95. The car ran like it was about to die and it only drove 12 mph. I had to get it towed from 4 blocks away from their shop when I went to pick it up. The tow truck driver even said that was rediculous. On top of that it had almost no breaks and they said it was safe to drive. Had to give them my phone number 3 times and they still wouldn’t call me when it was done they waited for me to call them every time. Also they said it wasn’t throwing any codes once they fixed a problem and that was a lie. I pulled out my code reader when I got home and it was throwing 3 codes. These guys are the crappiest shop I’ve ever been to seen or heard of. What a joke. And a con. I can tell these other reviews are fake and from employees. I seen one of these people that left a review on the page working there when I went in

Service on my F150 today was fast friendly and Professional thank's to Natasha for all her help especially since I was unable to talk due to having Bronchitis last week. My only complaint was Roger who laughed when I could not talk over phone..then when I met him at service counter and asked if he was Roger..he said it depend's on what I wanted. But Natasha was there and she stepped right in and helped me..she was very understanding and caring of my having trouble speaking..hopefully Roger will learn the next time and be more caring and professiinal.

Easy to order part through the parts department with the help of Don(Hoss) Burkett. Natasha Dillard in the service department setup the service appointment a few days later, when the part came in. Service was exceptional!! Natasha kept us updated throughout the process intermittently. Overall our experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you to everyone!!

Make sure you schedule an exact time for your work to be completed. “Drop offs” will get pushed to the end of the line. My vehicle sat in the parking lot for seven hours before the service work was started even though I was first on the schedule. Making an appointment six weeks in advance won't help apparently.

I don’t know! I wish I did know! I’m still awaiting a return call from a week ago on one matter, and now I’m awaiting a promised return call regarding another matter, a recall that warns of death if not fixed. So yeah, I can’t really rate them very high since they are inaccessible and don’t return calls. Bummer

Hi I called the store and you (Mike) were not available. I did talk to another guy. But he never sent me the paperwork I asked for. We had our car at your shop for a month. We were told they couldn't figure out the problem.

We had to tow the car back to our house and then to another dealership. They have had our car for less than 2 weeks and they have it ready to go.
We were charged a diagnostic fee even though your place never found the problem and spent money towing the vehicle back and forth. The only thing our car needed was a new key fob and serpentine belt. Pretty pathetic your shop couldn't figure this out.

Service manager was also very rude And complained about her job.

We bought a Jeep Wrangler from TriStar in Indiana last year .John walked us through all the all the features and answers all our questions.I love my Willy! This year we needed a pickup truck so we looked for 3 months and decided on a Jeep Gladiator. We went straight to John at TriStar in Indiana for their excellent customer service. Service was good. Service writers are very friendly and return calls in a very timely manner. Unfortunately they were under staffed which caused me alot of extra running around and asking my friends for a ride my vehicle dropped off and picked up. Inspection costs were very high. And unfortunately it took 4 months to get my truck fixed.
