Customers are fully satisfied

We knew when we bought our home last August that all of our windows needed to be replaced. They were original to the house built in 1989 and were in awful shape. We researched and got quotes from several companies, then we found Tyler and Tri-County. Tri-County came highly recommended by word of mouth and a few of my clients have used them as well with great success. We replaced all 21 windows in our home. They did it in ONE day and left absolutely no mess behind. They made sure each and every window was wrapped on the outside and sealed on the inside. I cannot say enough about Tyler and his crew for all the great work they did at a reasonable price. From the initial contact through window ordering to installation they were extremely professional and courteous. Don't look any further call them today!

Our windows were 31 years old, leaky, wouldn't shut/lock & they kept the weather out but we were cooling/heating the outdoors to the tune of $600+ power bills. Doors had rotten moldings & were starting to fall apart. Time to look for upgrades. We called around & spoke to some friends & we received a recommendation for Tri County Windows & Siding. They had just had an install done of windows & doors, & were very satisfied.
We scheduled an estimate with Tri County and Tyler came out to speak to the Missus & I about what they could do for us. Tyler came out & looked at the windows & doors. He sat with us for a while & told us what they could do. He offered us ProVia doors & windows. I had never heard of the brand. We told him we would get back to him. Market research showed they had excellent reviews & an industry leading warranty all at an incredibly affordable price as compared to other 'known' brands. The ProVia specs meet or beat those other brands in the same price point. No brainer.
I also personally liked Tyler. He was attentive to our questions regarding window tint (which we purchased at a VERY reasonable rate) & kept us up to date on what would happen if we signed the contract. Due to the amount of the sale, I opted to just have the most pressing need completed first, a crumbling side door, and we would go from there. 6 weeks later they installed this door and they did an excellent job. Some of the best caulk work I have ever seen and we didn't have a creaky, unbalanced and dilapidating door any longer. WOOT! Quality and attention to detail was fantastic. We agreed on the whole house replacement of doors and windows, minus 1 door. (SIDEBAR: This was my mistake. I should have just gotten it all done at once, but I was trying to manage costs a bit. More on this below.)
Due to a transom window, the install date needed to be pushed out. No problem for me, I would rather have it done right than done sooner. Install day came and the team did an incredible job. 34 windows completed all in 1 day!! WOW. 2nd day of the install they completed all the doors and yeah, I really can't say enough about the install team. They did excellent work. Kept the site cleaned up as we have livestock, dogs and kids around. The upgrade was immediately noticeable. Not only were our HVAC units no longer running for long intervals, I had never noticed how much noise pollution was coming into the house. We live somewhat close to a major highway and gone were the sounds of the jakebraking semis, the revving and speeding motorbikes. It. Was. Quiet. I realized it sitting down to family dinner. These new doors and windows have since increased the QOL here at our house and with the tint and the ProVia upgraded view screens everything looks much more vibrant from inside. Tint is subtle enough not to notice but dark enough to get the look we wanted.
Full disclosure we had an issue regarding what we thought we purchased & what was ordered. One of the storm doors was not what we were expecting. We assume a significant portion of responsibility on this, & probably I do more than the wife, because of the opportunity to go over the contract line by line was done by me, & I put the digital ink on the contract. After the install Tim (owner) came out personally and spoke with us about what had happened. You don't get CS like that from the big companies. I work in construction. Expecting perfection in an imperfect world is insanity, but the owner coming to see you personally, while being helpful, gracious and understanding is why their rating is so high. They legitimately care about their work, their products & customers satisfaction. And since, as mentioned before, I failed to pull the trigger on the 1 last door... Tim explained how we can use the mispurchased storm door on the one door I should have just bought in the first place. In a few weeks they'll be coming back and the whole house will have been done in new doors and windows. These will all far outlive me and I'll know I made the correct choice moving forward with Tri County! Thank you so much!

I've used Tri County twice. Both times, front door with side panels and traditional basement slider, were exceptional install. I was very pleased as my home is older and door frames don't always go as planned. They correctly dealt with an odd sized frame and also wood rot. I would use them again and recommend them.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
