Had Tri County come and do some roof work and they did a great job! Harrison is very nice and knowledgeable about roofing. Fair price and great work, his forman Boni and crew were great. Made sure everthing was clean and secure before they left. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for roof repair

Tri County Roofing was prompt to answer our quote request and offered a competitive price for two structures. They answered all of our questions. The polite crew arrived as expected on roofing day and got to work right away. When finished, everything was cleaned up, including bits of tar paper that fell on our camper. We have one more structure to roof later this year and I don't see any reason why we wouldn't use Tri County for that as well. Our roofs look great!

I Actually managed this roofing project for my elderly sister that was having knee replacement surgery and this is her review along with my opinion as well.

I was very much impressed with every one of the Tri-County team that touched the replacement of my roofing. From the first contact that was made to inspect the roof to the person that contacted my insurance company to the guys and gal's that actually replaced the roofing. They were all friendly and professional and took care of everything in an excellent manner. I had knee replacement the same day that the shingles were put on and when I returned that afternoon everything was complete and cleaned up. Couldn't have asked for more. They just took care of business and I didn't have to do anything.

Noticed a water spot in my dining room. Got in the attic and found the roof leaking. Called TriCounty an had the roof tarped in under 90 minutes on a Saturday in the rain! An for a reasonable price!

I noticed a water stain on the ceiling in my bathroom! I called Harrison and they were there in no time flat and found and repaired the issue!! My super hero’s!! Days later Harrison checked in to verify there were no more issues!! Great customer service and outstanding knowledge and skills! I’d highly recommend Tri County Roofing for all your roofing needs!!

Called to get estimate and was able to come out that day. Worked me in pretty fast to get the repair done. Was gone while the job was done but you would have never known they were there. Repair looks good and the singles blend in well with the old ones.

Our roof began leaking and we realized it when we saw a wet area in the living room ceiling. We didn’t know any roofing contractors. A co-worker gave me Brandon’s number. She has had them out to her house three times working on her roof. This happened on a Tuesday. My husband called Brandon that afternoon. Wednesday Brandon was standing in our kitchen with a clipboard guiding us and mapping out a game plan. They’re SO prompt, very knowledgeable and so dependable. Brandon even told us if we got a tarp that night, he would come back out the next day and climb up on our roof and put the tarp over where it was leaking for us because rain was forecasted for the entire next week. Above and beyond. Brandon has kept in frequent touch with my husband or myself with texts and phone calls throughout the whole experience. Telling us what to expect, what the next step is. They guided us on how to correspond with the insurance company. Once our adjuster came out and did our estimate, he and Brandon got things rolling. Brandon’s boss offered to speak to our lender and get everything the lender needed from the roofing company and the insurance company. We picked a shingle color, our appointment was scheduled, that same day our supplies were dropped off in our driveway and the next morning the crew was out getting started. They completely cleaned up after themselves and everything around the house looks exactly like it did before they came. We still have to wait for the insurance check to come so we can settle that, but so far we have had an IMPECCABLE experience with this company and would absolutely hands down recommend them to everyone we know. Amazing, top notch customer service. We would now never use anyone else.

I could not be happier with Harrison Bounds and his roofing company. Before contacting Tri-County Roofing I filed the insurance claim myself. My claim was initially denied. I was going back and forth with the insurance adjuster, and getting pretty frustrated. Once I talked to Harrison, he was able to take care if every single step in the process. He got my claim approved, and my new roof installed quickly. He called, emailed, and text me to give me updates on the process all along the way. Construction is messy, but his crew were soooo thorough cleaning up the debris and sweeping with a magnet for stray nails.
He builds a good roof too; using additional flashing where it was not required by code, and an additional self sealing underlayment in areas with the potential for leaks (vents, boots, etc.) He installed new ridge vents too. He never tried to upsell me a thing. He did this all within the insurance settlement. I was only out my deductible. It honestly felt like I had a friend taking taking care of the project.
