Dickerson replaced our roof approximately 6 years ago. They were thorough, prompt, and completed the job quickly and expertly. A couple weeks ago we had some leaks. They responded very fast, determined the damage (animal related, not quality related), came up with a solution to repair and prevent future issues, and executed it as seamlessly as before.

Dickerson Contracting has handled both mine & my mother’s roof replacements. When a tree fell on my mother’s house in April Jordan was the 1st person I called. Very good experience on our recent roof instillation. Toby walked me through the steps of filing our hail damage claim and handled the rest of the process until it was finished. The longest part of it all was me choosing the new tile color!

Hard to find good honest people these days. Josh Polk and team with Dickerson Contracting were beyond exceptional. Josh was very quick to respond to my messages, knowledgeable and honest. They were there every step of the way. Not only did they do a great job but clean up was amazing, you could even tell they were here (except the new roof). We are very pleased with Dickerson Contracting and Jordan Womack. Our insurance didn't want to cover the roof replacement originally even though their inspector's report showed enough hail damage that full replacement was called for. Jordan walked us through the steps to get them to reconsider the claim which they finally did. After another inspection by them, they agreed to cover the full replacement.

With that out of the way, it wasn't long before Jordan had a crew out working on our roof. After 2 days it was finished. The new roof looks good and we haven't had any issues with it. His crew did a great job of cleaning up.

Dickerson Contracting was easy to work with and didn't ask for any payment until the work was completed. Jordan made the whole process easy for us. Add to that the quality of work and we can easily recommend them.

This is a top notch roofing company. The crew performed the entire job in one day on a 2300 square foot home which was predominantly a hip roof. The old roof was removed down to bare sheathing! Job site was very clean at the completion. The quality of the materials and workmanship were excellent. 100 stars!!!! We were ghosted, for over a year, by numerous roofers. Someone told us about Dickerson Contracting. That was divine intervention! Jordan and Jacob showed up when they said they would. They patched a hole where water was getting in the house and got us on the schedule right away. Jordan even worked on his vacation to go into battle with our stubborn insurance company. We were so impressed to see that he was far more knowledgable than the claims adjuster. Their crew arrived on time and did an amazing job. They were professional, considerate and fast. We now have a beautiful roof and no longer cringe when it rains. These guys are the absolute best. They actually care about their customers and make sure everything is done right and on time. Jordan Womack at Dickerson is a honest, trustworthy and very capable person. He helped me through the entire claim process from beginning to end. Without his help, my claim for a new roof replacement wouldn't have been approved by my insurance company. He also helped me arrange for some additional works to be done (such as repairing rotten porch fascia board and washing dirty on stucco sidings, etc). Jordan and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They kept me updated on what to expect and were always respond promptly to my questions. 5 stars isn’t really enough for this company.Being many miles away from my mother and father made choosing a reputable and dependable contractor a tough job. Was referred Dickerson contracting by a realtor friend of ours after some other contractors failed attempts to repair some of the roofing issues. Dickerson contracting came out and did a very thorough inspection that revealed substantial storm damage and agreed to meet with our Carrier.Sometimes the wheels of the insurance world move slow, but once Dickerson contracting was involved things definitely began to move. This was no ordinary roofing project by any means and it consisted of many different tradesman working in synchronized order to get this job completed in a timely fashion.Dickerson Contracting did an amazing job and I would refer them to anyone that’s looking for top notch craftsmanship and great service. Dickerson Contracting did a great, professional job replacing my roof. I spoke with Jacob Dickerson and requested to have my roof completed as soon as possible. The next day which was Friday, shingles were delivered. Work began on Monday, wonderful job!

I highly recommend using Dickerson Contracting if you have a roof issue. I was worried about the hassle of dealing with my insurance company, paying a lot out of pocket, and not getting quality work, but Jordan Womack at Dickerson took care of it all. He was referred by a neighbor who used him and from the minute he showed up to do an inspection I knew I made the right choice.
He didn't make any promises about getting a claim approved, but said he would work through the process with me. When his estimate came in above the insurance offer, he walked me through the negotiations to get the quality work I needed. I had my roof replaced, copper dormers replaced, and some interior drywall and ceiling work done under my insurance claim. He was also able to arrange for additional work to be done (repairing rotted soffits and re-smearing and painting stucco dormers).
I can't stress enough how important it is to use someone who prides themselves on service and quality of work. So one more time, call Jordan Womack at Dickerson Contracting.

Had a tree go through my roof and some other damage as well. Jordan and his guys came over got started right away and they also took down my damaged screen porch and fixed my soffit then cleaned up good when they were done. They were very professional and answered any questions I had about the roof and my insurance so I had a clear understanding of cost and didn’t have any surprises. Wow !!!! Where do I even begin? We had multiple issues with our insurance company but when I tell you both Jordan and Jacob stepped right in with no hesitation and got the ball rolling - they are not afraid to fight for you and with you - they were there with us the entire time every step of the way- with covid service in a lot of areas has gone down but I never experienced that with Dickerson Contracting - they do exactly what they say and I highly recommend anyone who still wants that good old school type of service and satisfaction to give Dickerson Contracting a call - they both went above and beyond for us as well as their employees - If I could give 6 stars I would - our roof looks great !!!! From beginning to the end of our roof replacement, we could not have asked for better service. The company spoke with the insurance company and handled paperwork, pictures, communication. They were patient with the insurance company when the insurance company dropped the ball. They handled everything. Clean up around and after the job was complete was way beyond our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone that needs home repair or roof replacement. We can't say enough nice things about them! We had another company knock on the door before contacting Dickerson telling us that we needed lots of work. They told us nothing was covered by insurance and wanted to do repairs. Our insurance company suggested we get a second opinion. We are so glad they did! Jacob Dickerson and his team were phenomenal!

Although State Farm was on the way to denying my claim AGAIN, Jordan met onsite with the adjusters twice to get things approved. The roofing crew was very clean - very little debris was left behind and I can't find any evidence of plant damage. Jordan went the extra mile to remove my old satellite dish and also hire a handyman to replace two pieces of wood trim that were agitated by the roof work. Overall they did a great job and I would recommend calling them for any roof work.

Great customer service on a quality roof installation! Jordan and his team handled everything, including all communication with the insurance company to 100% replace my hail damaged roof. I minor gutter issue came up 3 years after install and Jordan addressed it within 24 hours. They have my highest recommendation.
