We were flooded by Helene and I live on Floridas west coast. I contacted servpro for service. They sent a crew from Jackson and Madison and they have been outstanding. Tib, the crew supervisor, was calming and courteous and efficient. They showed up on time which was appreciated. We discussed what needed to be done where they could start etc as we were still trying to pack up. It was no problem. Tib's supervisor came out and spoke with me too. The crews were working with the supervisors right there. This crew is outstanding. Everyone is so considerate. I am blown away. I couldn't imagine a better crew if I tried. My kitchen flooded from a backed-up drain and we had to call on ServePro to come out and service us. They were there the same day and took care of everything putting it back like it never happened.
