Took our Chevy Tahoe for brake pads and wheel bearings on the front end. We received the same top notch service that we always get at Tri-County. We also have all our Lincoln Aviator service done here and have complete confidence and trust in Billy Gibbs and the entire service team. After having all our vehicles taken care of here for the last 20 years, and well taken care of, our trust has been earned by Tri-County Ford.

I can't say enough good things about the dealership, service, or staff. The vehicles they sell are in great shape and they stand behind them. Reasonably priced, low dealership fees, little markup if any on vehicles. I try not to buy anywhere else.

I made an online appointment for The Works, but they had no record of it. I should have just called. However, they worked me in. I was in and out in under an hour. That's great service!

Not recommend. I'd give zero stars if that were a option. I went to have the first service done on my new truck and they did the oil and filter change as requested. They however tho added DEF fluid without asking me first and added a additional $24.97 for doing that. It was not even needed the def tank on my truck was at least 80 percent full. After waiting over a hour I didn't catch it at checkout and was just ready to leave. I did however notice it when I stopped to grab a bite to eat on the way home. They had spilled the DEF all over the side of my truck and around the diesel and DEF fill caps , and on the side step. They didn't even bother to try and rinse it off or wipe it up. Called back to address my concerns. Talked with a customer service counter employee since the manager was gone . He assured me the the service manager would call me back and two days later still nothing.

Update I spoke with Mr Gibbs about it after posting my website and Facebook reviews he decided to call me then. He informed me it was common practice at his shop and other dealers to top off def and other fluids without asking or informing the customer and up charge them. This dealerships positive reviews are false and if you look closely you will see that most of the reviews are done by family members of the management and sales team. Mr. Gibbs Offered to give me the money back for the Def but couldn't mail a check. The cost of the very little bit of Def they added is not what bothers me . The mess and failure to clean it off where they over flowed is what upset me . Complete disregard and disrespect of others property. I told him it wasn't worth my time or fuel cost to return and get the refund. Very poor customer service and attitudes all around at this dealership and shop.

I have to give praise to them. They fixed my car and it was not expensive at all. I made an appointment the same day to bring in my other car. Staff is very friendly. I will be taking my cars there from now on.

I recently bought an older vehicle from them at a very decent price. Recently after purchasing said vehicle, I was having issues with it. Rather than ignore the issues and basically saying “Sucks to suck,” they fixed the issues with nothing more out of my pocket with quick and informative communication. I will definitely be doing future business with Tri-County Ford.

This place is amazing! I was driving and cruise control stopped working and I thought I would stop by this place to see if they could help me or maybe schedule an appointment. They agreed to help me right away and the person who helped me was extremely nice, he was friendly and very helpful. In 2 hours my car was ready and they solved my problem. Service was great, I totally recommend it!

They always treat me like family. It is easy to schedule a appointment. They are very helpful with parts as well. I only get me truck serviced there. Quick and easy in and out and back to my routine.

When I called to schedule a service appointment, I was able to make the appointment on my preferred day at time. Once on site for the service, it was performed in a timely way. Check-out was prompt, and everyone was courteous and professional from start to finish.

Great staff, the work they do is excellent and reasonable prices. I go nowhere else but Tri County Ford for all my service and repairs!

Clean place, good service, but needed to let me know before my appointment that my part wasn't in yet to save me driving back again for the recall. I called and made the appointment 3 weeks in advance.
Bill was handed to me folded, not reviewed with me and I was sent on my way. Got halfway home and pulled over to look at the bill only to find nothing regarding if my tire rotation was done or the recall replacement part put on. I immediately called and manager stated part not in yet, said he should have told me. That was disappointing, however, he did say he would contact me once the part comes in. Always friendly folks. I use my Ford Pass points as I bought my new tires from them back last November. Malloy Ford never called after I bought the SUV from them NEW. I know which side my bread is buttered! Thank you, Tri-County Ford! :)
