We are very happy to have worked with Brett and his construction company. We had an unwelcome restoration project of 2 bathrooms and a living room due to water damage. Brett is a great communicator, sets a schedule in advance of the various subcontractors and checks on the work regularly. He pays close attention to detail and ensures that the work is done very well. We will contact Brett for any future projects. We highly recommend him to others.

Brett remodeled our fireplace. He gave us great ideas and executed the plan beautifully. He was always on time, finished the job on schedule, kept us informed, and cleaned up everyday before he left. He made our dull and outdated fireplace the beautiful centerpiece of our home. I would highly recommend him and will hire him for any job in our home.

I’ve used his service multiple times ranging from drainage pipe issues to installing overhead garage racks and have never been disappointed. Great quality of work for reasonable prices.

Only downfall is I always seem to find new projects I want to take on with his help :)

Thanks Cornell Construction for installing the screen door and making it easy on us. I appreciated being able to text with what we were looking for in the door and finding options that were dog proof (meaning that a dog can’t zoomie through it like an all mesh screen).

This is our second job completed and thoroughly enjoy the easiness of doing business and quality work. Key take aways- quick to respond, easy quoting, fair priced, reliable, flexible and trustworthy. There isn’t many people that I trust to be inside my home while no one is there-but Cornell construction is one! I also appreciate the fact that he would work within a budget and transparent with costs too.

Cornell Construction put in a new kitchen faucet for us and showed us how to hook up our underground sprinkler system. Brett also advised us on outside lighting and offered to give us an estimate to do it. This Company is very professional and thorough we will be using their services again.

Brett has done numerous jobs for my family. He cannot be recommended high enough. We have never been disapointed and he is as good as gold. Hire him quick before he is to busy.

Bret fixed a leak on my sprinkler system, and took the time to adjust some sprinklers for better efficiency. He is very friendly and a fast worker. Will definitely call him for my next needed repair work.

Brett did an amazing job. We needed some safety rails and grab bars installed. His work looks great and the safety bars are super sturdy. He was quick to respond to our request, provided drawings and a clear estimate, and finished the work on time. I'd recommend him for any remodel or handyman needs.

I did a kitchen remodel. Brett did an amazing job doing brick tile for backsplash. He also added shiplap to my island. He is extremely professional and strives to do the best job.
