First time customer here. Had the ridge cap of my garage repaired due to wind damage and these guys were able to come out fast and repair it for a very reasonable offer. I’ll be using them for sure in the future.

Tri Cities Roofing did an amazing job on my house and shop. The workers were polite, friendly, and hard working. They kept me updated on any issues. They also added fascia and soffits to my shop. That really finished the shop and changed how it looks. Highly recommend them.

I had this roofing company come out in March 2021 to do a repair. I thought I got a good deal as they were cheaper than some other companies. But just recently in October of 2021, it started to rain. Which I noticed a leak in my bathroom vent. I had called them out to check on it again, but my mother in law was home at the time mind you. The unprofessional treatment she received from the team was unbearable to listen to when she told me what happened during their visit. They made it seem as it was our fault on why it was leaking and were very rude and very unprofessional. But you live and learn that sometimes cheaper is not always better, in my opinion go with a roofing company that has a longer report with the community more referrals and has been in business alot longer than 10 yrs at least.

To say I'm happy is an understatement. I had 6 estimates from different companies for my roof, only one actually took the time to go up and measure the roof so they could give an accurate bid. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and the cost involved. They gave me a bid which amazed me after already having 4 others. The guys were polite, showed up on time and answered any questions I had. Did it make a mess? Of course! You can't put a new roof on without making somewhat of a mess. But each day they cleaned up, running a magnet to pick up unseen nails and finding loose pieces dropped from the roof. In the end I'm very happy and would recommend Tri city Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

I needed a licensed and bonded roofing company to review a potential leak in our roof that was visible in our ceiling garage. I had previously reached out to a roofer a friend (who is a subcontractor) referred me to, and never heard a peep back. Called Paco at Tri Cities Roofing LLC and he came out the same day, inspected our roof, attic, and garage thoroughly!!! Extremely happy with this company and would recommend to anyone needing help with their roof.

Just had a roof replaced on the shop. Had a metal roof that was improperly installed when the shop was built 30 years ago. I had several estimates done and we all assumed that there was a full decking under the 3,000 Sqft metal roof. Of the estimates done, Tri-Cities Roofing had the best bid of all by as much as 20%! Jose brought the permit by the house the day before the job started and established that it would be two, maybe three days to complete. The crew showed up early and started right in on removing the old roof. SURPRISE!!! No solid decking under the metal roof! YIKES! Tack on another $6,300! Had to do it! But wait...Jose stepped in again and presented me with an unbelievable solution! Beyond the bottom line and beyond customer service!!!! To top it all off, the crew was completely wrapped up before the end of the afternoon of day two!! Remarkable. Will be the team I call whenever I need roofing work!! Thank you Jose and your amazing team!!!

This company is amazing!!!! I had such a hard time trying to find a contractor to get my roof done. These guys came in and got the job done in one day. My house looks brand new. I didn't even think it could look this good.
My insurance was giving my problems, Laura was able to help get me what I needed to make sure my claim was handled.
These people are amazing! I almost went with a different company, but after they did my cousin's roof he called me and said "No! I needed to call Paco!" I'm so glad I did. Don't waste your time with other contractors go with these guys, you won't regret it.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
