My wife and I stopped by from out of town looking for some chill mountain bike trails to ride here in Heber. Aaron was extremely kind and told us all about his favorite places to ride. We were extremely impressed with his hospitality and loved riding on the trail parallel to Deer Creek that he recommended.

Big thanks to Tori Broughton and the staff at Trek Bicycle Heber City. The Trek Fuel Exe e mountain bikes we rented were in nearly new condition and rode from start to finish without a glitch. On our arrival and without delay the Trek tech set the Fuel EXe bikes forks, shocks, tires, seat height and controls position to match our size, weight and preferences… attention to detail that we value but don’t see very often in a bike store rental experience.

A separate word on the lighter weight with reduced size battery and motor Fuel EXe e mountain bikes– what s surprise! Our riding included a day of over 2,700 ft of vertical with 23 miles (total for that day). One climb alone was 1,900 ft in 6 miles. We were surprised to learn that staying in the lowest assist level with occasional use of mid-level assist at particularly steep and technical sections delivered both power and duration (of assist) that were more than hoped for. And the bikes are a hoot…. from quiet and smooth climbing at lower speeds over rocks and roots to high speed rips on the flow trails the Trek Fuel EXe was the right bike for the terrain.

Thanks again for such great service and customer care. Can’t wait to get back.

We stopped in not knowing anything about hitch bike racks and we needed one that could carry our e-bikes. They told their time to explain the features and differences in the different racks. They answered our questions with no pressure. When we decided which one we wanted to purchase, they assembled it and helped us install the rack on our truck. Thank you for the help and for making this such a good experience.

I ride a Trek FX here in South Florida, and when I saw the Heber City store, and planned on renting a bike for the day. Without a reservation, I showed up a few days later and was greeted by Cori, who was attentive and professional. The Trek bicycle she offered me was just perfect. My ride from Mayflower to Park City was quite challenging and unlike Florida, it made a difference being on a Trek versus a generic bike. Truly awesome, and I cannot wait to do it again when I get back to the valley. Thank you very much for an excellent riding experience and Trek - Heber City. LesG

Great friendly bike store, Tori the manager and her are gems. Friendly, welcoming and willing to spend time to make sure you get the bike that's right for you. So often you walk into to bike shop and unless you look like you just stepped out of a peleton they will just blow you off, not here. They make every rider welcome. Come see Tori and her crew you'll be a happy rider.

I have been a customer here since long before Trek took over the business, and I've always been impressed by their top-notch service, friendly attitudes, and local knowledge. Whenever I bring my bike in, it's ready to go again in no time, and they've also helped me out with warranty issues on various components despite the fact that I didn't purchase my bike here (nor is it a Trek). The manager, Tori, truly goes above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves satisfied, well-informed, and feeling welcome to return. Highly recommended for any biking needs, even if it's just to become better acquainted with the area!

This shop overcharge for service, I won't recommend this place, I got my bike on scheduled as they promised, but when I when to the cashier to covered the cost of the service? Here is the full blast, $90 just to bleed the air from the rear brake caliper? OMG no way and on top of that $33 for new brake pads (average cost) and on top of that $15 for the replacement of the pads. I'm not very pleased with the service charges. Next time I will do a better research for service.

Tori was great to work with. There were modifications that were needed and her and Isaac were on it! Heber is lucky to have such a great bike store!

Very great friendly staff, they hooked my daughter up with her new bike and pedals. We got home and she hit the trail around 7:30 for a hot lap. the reservation service was great as we drove a few miles to get it.

We recently moved to Heber and took my cargo bike to get a flat fixed today. The customer service was remarkable!! My little kids were given coloring books while I unloaded the bike. The bike barely fit into my minivvan with the flat tire so they offered to deliver my bike to my home free of charge. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle and will be back for my biking needs!

Went in to repair an older bike, but there were so many things to repair that we ended up getting a new bike that was on sale!! My son loves his new bike! My little toddler got a strider bike that absolutely loves! So much fun to enjoy the outdoors!

Pre riding a local course on a Friday evening for race 0730 the next morning. A blown out sidewall of a tire could have been our racers undoing. Instead Kenneth was AMAZING and took care of the problem on the spot. The stress of a mechanical was immediately relieved and our racer was able to ride the next day ! THANK YOU KENNETH

I’ve always used this shop and they have taken great care of me, but when a Santa Cruz dealer opened up nearby I thought I would be changing shops. Boy was i wrong. These guys are the most knowledgeable, and professional in the valley. They’ve taken great care of me and gotten my bike in and out same day, sometimes while I’m waiting, numerous times. If you ever needed something biking related this is a great place to spend your money and time.

Tori, the store manager, was by herself when I brought my bike in for repairs. In spite of that, she was able to fix my bike while still attending to other customers. Thanks Tori.

Although this is a Trek retailer, they service all makes and models. Chris helped me with my bike tune up and all the info I needed (which was basically everything because I know nothing about bikes). We'll see how the tune up goes and I'll adjust the review accordingly, however, I'm confident it'll be just what my bike needed.

Had a ebike repair. Replaced brake handle, bleed brakes repaired brake light, and a cleaned it up.. Took less than a week. Fixed perfect the first time. They knew what they were doing. Thanks

i had an issue with my dura ace brakes and needed them bled asap. I had everything I needed to do it on my own except the port adapter (shimano should be more consistent- my bleed kit is for XT). They couldn’t get my bike in for a week and didn’t have the adapter in stock. But the mechanic let me use his! Ran home and fixed my brakes and had his adapter back to him in an hour. Pretty awesome!
