After admitting it's too difficult and stressful to deal with warranties and letting my son's car sit in their lot for 2.5 months without anything being done and lying to us each week: Mr. Bennett's solution was-why don't you ask your parents to give you some money to buy a new car and we can help you finance it. Wow... How about you show some integrity, be honest, and fix our car that has been in your care for 2.5 months. And if warranties are "too stressful and difficult", then don't push customers to buy a $3,000 extended warranty.

The customer service that took us in was very nice and professional. Service took a bit long. Four star because the representative who scheduled the appointment never entered into the system. Our service representative still got us in. Military discount offered on the service.

Was quoted an amount which I approved. Dealership attempted to charge me an additional $200 when picking vehicle up after repair. There are as also an $18 shop supply fee for which they said was calculated as a % of the price rather than actually tied to an actual supply used.they were happy to over-charge me vIf I had not remembered the original quoted amount. Absolutely not impressed and perceive to be dishonest.

I've been here twice in the last month for different DEF EGR issues. In and out great service. Fixed only what I asked for and they didn't push for random other dealer stuff. Good pricing shop rate is affordable parts were resonable. I don't love the 3% tack on fee for credit card use. Bring your debt card.

We had a great experience at Heritage CDJR of Logan. Dave Bennett helped us get into a really nice Ram 1500 at a great price. All the staff at Heritage were courteous and friendly. I would recommend checking out Heritage if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

Waisted two hours of my time going out of way to get a truck serviced here. Only to have the cost for services go up $1,132.00.

Called and talked to the service writer. Wanted an oil change, differential service , transmission service, and front brakes (pad and rotors). He said let me check with parts department and call you back if we have the parts in stock. Waited 30 minutes for the call back, and was quoted $906.00 and some change for everything. Even asked twice if that was for everything. He assured me and said yep that included the services listed above!

I get there and another service writer pull it up and the and started to upsell me on the transmission service.

I told them what I was driving and what services I wanted. Why would you even quote a service that Ram doesn’t recommend.

The $906 I was quoted was for the front brake only. The rest the services with what is required maintenance was $1132.00 more than the quoted $906.

Making it over $2k in service. I understand accidents happen, buy that accident isn’t my problem. Own up to your mistakes and make it right with the customer.

The service department is a joke avoid at all costs. Had a ram 2500 blow a motor with less than 30k on the clock took 6 weeks to get a new motor installed and it's had to be towed twice since that install. Service provided no updates during those six weeks constantly had to check in to see what was happening.

Mr Bennett was my Salesman. I have known him for years and I did not know that he worked at the Dodge dealership. He has been a Good friend in the past and his work ethic and customer service was the same.
My experience was very good. I was shown their inventory and was explained their promotions on the pricing very detailed by both Mr. Bennett and the other staff that I worked with.
Was not pressured into the sale.
They ended up filling up the gas tank fully and made sure that I did not have any questions And they took the time of syncing my phone to the radio And making sure that I understood all the features of the van.
I will definitely go to them again in the future.

Had a history of air suspension problems. Vehicle said immediate air suspension service needed. They’ve worked on the air suspension before.

Took it to the dealer they couldn’t find anything and charged me $90 for diagnosing.

Drove it away and got the code immediate air suspension service needed again.

Don’t know what to do now.

These guys have the best customer service. The guys in the service center treated me with respect. They got my oil changed quick and rotated my tires. I was worried about my brakes so I had them checked. They went as far as walking me into the shop to show me exactly what my brake pads looked like and that they were in good condition.

Dave is also great! He went over every feature that my car has. Went as far as showing me exactly how they work. They made sure that the car was full of gas before I pulled it off the lot. Dave really wanted to help us out with purchasing our car and getting us the best been for our buck. I highly recommend Dave as your sales guy!

Work was good…pricing and customer service not so much. And be sure to buy your own parts and take there to have them install them if you want Heritage to do the work. If you want them to provide parts, they literally double the price of whatever they buy the parts for…and that’s what they charge you. And, they charge $150 for anything big or small that they have to diagnose…then it’s parts and labor on top of that. So if you have several issues that they need to diagnose, they charge you $150 for each thing. Most things only take them a few minutes to diagnose but they charge you $150 for each item anyway. So, if you take your car in to have them look at it and figure out what needs to be repaired, they will charge you $450 just to diagnose…then it’s parts and labor on top of that. In my opinion, their pricing is completely out of control and their customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. In the past the Heritage really impressed me, their customer service was one of the best, and I felt they were very fair with the costs. But, the last 5 or 6 years it has all gone downhill fast.

Pretty slizzy place. Salesmen lied (big surprise). Kept touting how they have a factory 10% discount. Turned out to be cut in half. Then all kinds of little additional charges. This place is not a good place to buy a car. I wanted this auto and can afford the slizzy but if you want an honest experience I suggest you go some places else.

The sales team was super helpful and responsive with everything leading up to my vehicle purchase. However, they were less responsive, less helpful and misinformed on follow up items like tire warranty, service records, sale add ons and vehicle warranty instructions. I was able to resolve all items, but had to do it all myself after repeated requests through the sales team were unresolved.

Add ons to the sale and the contract had to be reworked. Turns out the mandatory theft insurance add on was not required as indicated and was removed but only after I insisted. (I felt they weren’t totally honest with me until I pressed the issue days after the sale.).

The service team have been very helpful and responsive. They worked me into the schedule then resolved all factory warranty issues. Everyone at Heritage was friendly and courteous, but both the post sales and contract support experience could be improved.

We were warned about buying a Jeep! 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee L. The battery went out. There r 2 of them under the driver side and passenger side seat which is really dumb. The jeep is in and out of the shop for a new vehicle. Heritage charged us $1,100 dollars for 2 batteries I expressed my concern that is way too much and if they could pick up batteries at Nappa or I could bring them in which would have been considerably cheaper. The service manager said no. I was also very frustrated with the labor charge of almost $400 to put them in. They Must not have skilled fast efficient techs. Never again a Jeep, never again Hertage! U have been warned!

I appreciate the effort Heritage goes to, in order to make a routine maintenance trip seamless and hassle free. The waiting area is comfortable and complimentary snacks and drinks provided. After completion, I received my invoice, car keys, and freshly washed truck waiting outside the door. Well done, Heritage!

Your Staff was very friendly and helpful. They assured me that there was nothing wrong with my Jeep hooked it up to a little Phone like thing and push the buttons and said everything was fine. Nothing to worry about and they even rotated my tires for me. Without an appointment, that's pretty good. I love my Jeep and I am very pleased with the service that I get when I go into Heritage Jeep . Very Friendly people.

Brought our jeep in because the AC wasn't working and it sounded like there was a leak in the system. Something that was covered by our service warranty and the warranty company required us to bring the jeep into them. Turns out they couldn't find the leak, and since no "part failed" the warranty wouldn't pay so they made me pay. Even though everyone thought something was wrong including the techs! And they said there still could be a leak they just couldn't find it! They wouldn't pay for the diagnosis or the supplies used and made me pay 3x the amount the warranty would have paid. The service warranty is a bait and switch and heritage doesn't care. They are more than happy to profit of you no matter the situation or how much you get screwed over.

My car was very well taken care of although they were a little slow. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours and it was over 2 hours. I will hopefully be able to just make an appointment next time.
