Had an extremely positive experience working with them when getting my roof repaired. Marcel was incredibly professional, well-versed, patient and super reliable. He made a stressful experience far more pleasant than I could have expected.

Editing/updating my initial review. The owner of the company reached out and we had an honest conversation about my concerns. As I said initially, they company does great work. My issue was really communication, and there were some delays. That said, the scope of damage in our area meant that all companies were very busy. Still, as a customer and a busy professional, it was frustrating. All of that said, the hallmark of a good company is how they respond to customer criticisms and concerns. Treeline stepped up. The quality of their work was never the issue; therefore, I am changing my review rating.

We recently worked with TreeLine after experiencing hail damage to our roof, solar panels, gutters, and window screens, and we couldn't be happier with the results. RJ, our representative, was prompt, professional, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. TreeLine handled all the repairs with great attention to detail and used high-quality materials. The entire process was smooth, and we highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and thorough service after storm damage.

The team at Treeline is amazing. RJ worked with me on every single detail and met every request. I had a complicated issue with my property because we were selling the house. He was patient and kind, making sure the roof repair did not hold up anything with our sale. RJ was available and communicated quickly on every issue.
In addition, the actual roofing team was AMAZING. They took time to move all of the flower pots, they had tarps around the entire property, and they cleaned up everything. In fact, they saw me taking my dogs out during the repair and went above and beyond to clean a path for us so we didn't have to walk through any debris. I was amazed at the speed and care of the project. The roof looks amazing.
In addition, they took care of EVERYTHING with my insurance. It was truly a stress free experience. CALL TREELINE TODAY!

Treeline replaced my roof after a bad hail season. Marcel was great to work with! He was on time, he was always responsive and answered all of my questions. These guys were great! They met with my insurance adjuster and made sure every bit of hail damage was covered. Then they did a great job on my roof and got it done in one day! Their crew was very careful around my landscaping and even moved plant off of my porch to protect them and put them back when they were done. Eli Thomas, the project manager was thorough and helpful and always right there. 10 out of 10!

Marcel and Treeline are the best. We had previously been denied for a claim, and after noticing how bad our roof was managed from a storm while inspecting a neighbors roof, he took it upon himself to reopen the claim and fight to get us a much needed new roof. I was in need of having my gutters cleaned. Nick showed up at the agreed upon date and time and got right to work! Very pleased with the results!

Nick performed an inspection and was honest about what he saw. After setting up an appointment to come back a few days later to clean the gutters, they kept in touch and arrived right when we planned. I appreciate the promptness and thoroughness in their work and would definitely use them in the future.

I got my very low car very high centered on an offramp during a blizzard. One of Treelines guys stopped to help me get out of a dangerous spot. I know this has nothing to do with construction, but I know who I want on the job next time I do home improvements.

I worked with Matt Boyd to fix some damage as a result of hail/water damage, and I was impressed not only with his professionalism, but with his friendly caring attitude toward the project and me as a person. I’m extremely satisfied with the work he did, upon completion, he left the job site cleaned and in good order. Should I have need in the future, he’ll be the only one I’d reach out to in order to get the job done!!

The owner, Zach, has reached out to me to help resolve my issues and take responsibility for the communication lapses during this project. The crew at Treeline is definitely trying to deliver their services and run the business the right way. Roofing companies were stretched very thin from this massive storm, which I am sympathetic to. I would generally expect a positive experience from this company going forward.

And I'm glad to report that i my project should be finished soon.

About what you would expect after the large hail storm last spring. Good communicators up front. Pretty painless process to get an insurance claim going. Everything after that has been frustrating. Several delays on my project. They installed the wrong range hood vent so my range hood doesn’t function (a concern I expressed to them when materials showed up). Now Ive been waiting several weeks for a fix for that. Communication and service has been hit and miss since they cashed the check. With the on-going range hood issue my project has yet to be finished 5 month later.

Marcel was awsome. He took care of the insurance part of my claim. The crew did a great job of cleanup. Marcel was a pleasure to work with.

Treeline was an absolute pleasure to work with. They are very professional will help guide you through the process. Zach made it so easy and the work was done on time. He also handled all the insurance stuff so we didn't have to worry. I highly recommend Treeline to anyone need a roof repaired or replaced.

Treeline is a great company. Locally owned and operated which is exactly what I want when I am doing projects at my own home. I was hit by a hail storm and Zach Goplen took great care of me. They use better products and have amazing employees that always see the project all the way through. I know personally that dealing with insurance claims are the worst, and these guys made it so seamless. They were very clear about my options and how to correctly do insurance claims. I only had to pay my deductible but they gave me options that resulted in discounts on my insurance in the future. They also made sure I approved of and like the products they were going to put on my home. They gave me all the options so that if I wanted too, I could use this opportunity to even upgrade damaged items that I had wanted to before. Since the projects were already being done, it made sense to take advantage and pay for upgrades, so that it was minimal out of pockets costs. Love these guys and love how flexible they were. I would recommend them for any home exterior projects whether it be insurance claims or even upgrades to your house. Good owners, good office crew, great project managers, even loved the crews they hired.

Treeline is a great company if you're in need of roofing and gutters. We had some damage to our roof and Zack made the whole process a breeze. Not pushy, professional and responsive. They worked with our insurance company and delivered excellent work on time.

Our Insurance had denied us for repairs, and after meeting Matt and heard what he had to say after inspecting our roof, I trusted him to get it re-inspected and we got our new roof. 3 layers of old roofing was taken off and they got also got the insurance to pay for new decking underneath to bring it up to code. The crew cleaned phenomenally and couldn’t be happier with the overall process, and professionalism.

We went with Treeline again after the 2nd hailstorm hit us in 2023. The communication was much more hit & miss and billing has been a hassle. Just tried to call them using the number on their business folder and it appears that number isn’t correct for them. I’m done doing the reminding & expediting. I hope they can remedy their internal issues

I don’t know where to start! Everything from start to finish was top notch! Matt walked me through the insurance process, step-by-step, and I really didn’t have to mess with anything! The crew was very professional, and cleaned up amazingly! I would definitely recommend this company to anybody!!
