I was in a panic because the roof on an add on of my house was leaking through the ceiling 5 days before going on vacation when the forecast was for melting snow and rain. This would be the 4th time that ceiling would need replacing (by other companies) and I was quite upset. They were the first to figure out what the actual problem was (the skylight) and quickly came up with a plan. While I was out of town and they were waiting for materials, they were kind enough to empty buckets so I didn't come home to floor damage. Work was quick and looks great. I'm quite confident that's the last time that roof needs replacing and thankful they figured it out. Highly recomnend.

Awesome staff. Ordered and paid for my materials, they had it ready in a day or so. When I went in to pick it up , checked in at the office , drove around the back and they were on it getting me loaded.
Kim was great to work with when ordering your stuff , I think it took me longer to tie down my materials than it did to load it !

We had these guys come out and give our roof a once over to see if it needed to be replaced. Matt came out and looked over the roof and said he wouldn't replace it and didn't find anything wrong with it. This was after we had a company earlier in the day come out and basically tell us our roof was falling off.

Not only did he take the time to look our roof over, he explained to us what to look for and why our roof was in good shape.

Thank you for not selling us a roof! When that time does come around, we will gladly give you a call.

I was hesitant at first because the company is less than a year old. I probably annoyed them a bit researching their credentials and asking lots of questions. The owner has been in the business for over a decade and knows the industry, so he was able to answer everything with plenty of detail.

They submitted a claim for me and worked with my insurance to get the work 100% covered. My part there was minimal and really easy.

I hired a competitor to inspect the roof after it the work was done to make sure everything was correct. The inspector confirmed everything was done correctly and that the work was done well. All the lines were nice and straight and some other roofing terms I've already forgotten.

The crew they hired was polite and worked hard. They moved trucks and swept up if we needed to get a car out of the garage. I can't believe they were there for over 10 hours one day in over 100 degree heat.

The whole process was pretty streamlined and easy. Would recommend.

But in this case, I must put a seal of excellence, and give treasure valley roofing an A+ for the roofing installation, and the service of Mr Matt Foster, who professionally and personalized and supervised this plan from start to finish. He took care of every detail, with courtesy and respect. Friendly and professionally. My hat's off to Treasure Valley Roofing. To my way of thinking, they are the very best!!

Lee and his team got our new roof installed while others were behind or delayed. We were impressed with the amount of time it took the crew to complete, less than 2 days! They left no sign that they were even there. We are very happy with our new roof. They dealt with insurance so I didn't have to. A very convenient process!
