Mike is the worst sales rep I’ve ever met.

We made two purchases from him

One for a 20 square roof for a Friday

We called them to remove extra material from job that evening

They showed up Tuesday to the home in east-point to a empty pallet —stolen

I was assured after we sent pictures and a video of left over material we would be credited for the mistake and delay

7 months later and numerous calls/text/ emails

Nothing. Even his boss agreed to return it. Nothing.

We’ve moved to Abc and couldn’t be happier.

I’m out 480.00 and had 10 roofs that month they lost the business for.
