We had a major dishwasher leak under old vinyl flooring which contained asbestos and bubbled. Our entire kitchen required a full abatement and rebuild so we called ATI. From start to finish, after a tree fell on our house, Kimberly and Dave were terrific. I was particularly impressed with their patience as I asked a million questions. All the work done by the many workers met my high expectations and everyone kept me informed. This ended up being a very good experience and I was completely satisfied at the completion of the job!!! After discovering a flooded lower level, ATI RESTORATION did an excellent job restoring my home. Water damage was addressed, and new flooring installed. Shout-out to Ryan Ross and Noah Johnson at ATI for coordinating with Mike Fischer at PURE Insurance, and managing the entire large-scale project. Due to the widespread damage to the wood floor, all furniture had to be taken out and stored by ATI. High praise for Ruben and his team who were efficient and yet very careful as they packed up the entire lower level. A&R flooring came in and had to rip out the damaged floors and baseboard and installed a really great looking laminate replacement. Following the new flooring, everything was unpacked and placed exactly where it had been by Ruben's team, right down to the books on the shelves.

In summary, ATI and Noah's attention to detail and good communication really kept things running smoothly and on-time in each phase: they were here when they said they would be here, and did an excellent job to boot. I am grateful to have my downstairs back and highly recommend ATI Restoration and PURE Insurance.

I received their information as a Preferred Contractor via my insurance after a tree fell on my home. After many calls they finally came out. Once they inspected I was advised they would be back within 24 hours to tarp. Once again I had to call them numerous times. Sometimes the calls are directed to other offices. No one knows what I’m calling about. After many calls they finally came back and tarped. But there was horrible communication during this stressful situation even though my insurance company was making it very easy on their end! I had to call so many times to get them to finally come back to cover the hole. They stated they were going to send me a quote for the roof repairs but never did which I was ok with that because dealing with them was so stressful. I’m sure they are going to respond to my review that this is not accurate because we had to engage in an entire email thread regarding them sending the invoice to be paid by the Insurance company. I asked them to please send it directly to them as I never want to have any more communication with them. It was very frustrating dealing with them . You never talk to the same person and they were just unprofessional overall.

I had a flood in my home 11 months ago and ATI Content Team "Moy's Team" packed me out a year ago and packed me back in two days ago. They are so professional and highly skilled in what they do, packing out was so organized, and the stess of bringing all your belongings back was even more stressful, since you have not seem your belongings in almost a year. Moy and his crew made sure that everything came back in the same condition, and felted every item they brought in the house, they unpacked and even organized my pictures. I had a incident when another company installed my stovetop, they left my house with an obseen amount of dust. Moy's crew, Elliot, and Ruben would not bring in my belongings with all the dust. That same day, Moy's crew went to Home Depot got cleaning supplies and spent over 4 hours recleaning my home. They returned to pack me back in, and did that never complaining. Often time we forget about the calling out excellence in service when we see it. However this Team exceeded my expectations. Thank you ATI Content team for providing excellent service.

ATI of Atlanta was a wonderful experience for my family and I. Our home was damaged from a tornado in April 2024 and ATI performed my initial mitigation that morning. We are 4 months into our home restoration with ATI. Tasks are being checked off the list methodically and meticulously. Ryan Ross and Jeremy Riehm recently spent 2 hours with us walking the property to lay out the remaining work schedule. So far, all ATI’s vendors have been top notch, competent and professional.

We’ve been particularly impressed with the interior paint job Chico and Aaron from LS Restoration have done. They worked for more than a week, in our home, taping off and protecting our flooring, bannisters and lighting prior to painting the walls, trim and ceilings throughout the entire house. They are returning to complete all painting once the drywall is installed in affected areas.

With eye on completion end of July, we look forward to our home’s complete restoration and sharing our closing comments regarding our experience with ATI Restoration.

Pure Insurance assigned ATI to our project and continues to impress us with their quality contractors and prompt attention to reparations relating to our home damage experienced in February 2024.

We had a storm (Probably a tornado) hit our house And it tour a 12’ x 8’ hole in the roof of our sitting room off of the kitchen. In order to allow us to stay in our house, we had to build a temporary wall between our kitchen and our sitting room and shore up the sitting room to make sure that it didn’t fall off the side of the house.

Sandy de los Santos and his crew shored up the sitting room to make it safe and then came back and built a temporary wall between our sitting room and our kitchen. They did a great job and were quick and efficient and clean and now we can stay in our house while the construction takes place over the next couple of months to rebuild from the damage.

We had a devastating pipe break and the damage was extensive. The project manager Ryan and Noah we amazing. Great communication and updates. The crew worked very diligently and courteous everyday! Would work with this company again!

The unthinkable happened to us. FIRE. ATI’s Ryan Ross, our Construction Manager, has been patiently explaining the steps of mitigation and answering our never ending questions and is very responsive to texts and emails. Neighbors comment on how impressed they were with the timeliness in which Elliott and his mitigation team arrived on the scene to begin clean up. Reconstruction on our house now begins with Jeremy and Ryan. We are very grateful our adjuster, Mike Therrell, at PURE, assigned ATI to navigate us through this nightmare to put our home back together.

We had a toilet tank crack, and were able to resolve it quickly with Lang's help. The mitigation crew arrived quickly within just a few hours of us putting the claim in, and they were easy to work with. The provided good advice on how to handle the whole situation.

For construction, Ryan, Noah, and Chico got everything back to the way it was within a few days of dedicated work. They made sure to comminicate and involve us in the process. It's always inconvenient to have to section off parts of the house and arrange things around our work schedules, but they made it as easy as possible, and everything is back to the way it was.

(Atlanta GA) The initial interaction with Project Manager Ryan was promising, but unfortunately, communication stalled when it came to addressing what seemed like a minor issue in the project scope. Despite numerous attempts via email and voicemail over a span of two months, there was no response. Even reaching out to Erin Moore only led to a response from Bekkah, and then another week of silence followed.

After more emails and voicemails, there was still no reply until another phone call with Bekkah, who informed us that there had been confusion in communications with Lang, resulting in a backlog of work orders extending to 90 days. Consequently, what was supposed to be a quick remediation task initiated in February 2024 is now slated for execution at best by June 2024.

Started communications with main office in California to restore confidence in ATI Restoration/Lang Restoration. However last email May 2nd, one week later, even the main office has not been able to get a response from the Atlanta branch.

ATI was super helpful with getting my house back together after the incident. Bekkah made sure everything went to plan and helped me through every step. My nerves would’ve been more rattled without her… especially dealing with my insurance. Thank you ATI!!

One star doesn't even come close to accurately representing the frustration this company caused us. Granted they were fast in the initial consultation, and they got us the estimate in just over a week, communication past this point was sub-par and few and far between. After several emails between us and Justen, and still no contract, I decided to call the office to get it scheduled. The lady I spoke with tried to argue with me, stating I should have known the quote was closed out, and she had no record of my communication with the company. I attempted to explain to her the process of communication with their contractor and expressed to her our desire to get the job scheduled, but she continued to insist the job was closed and I should have been told this by their contractor. She didn't even seem interested in making this work. I guess they have more work than they know what to do with since they can treat potential clients so poorly with little regard to their company's success. I really wish we could have given them our business as they had decent reviews.

We got off to a rough start because no one arrived on time for the consultation or the day of the repairs. However, their good quality work made up for it in the end. Very satisfied with the work.

Lang Restoration rebuild my bathroom due to water damage.

Called the office at noon on a Monday spoke with a project coordinator Name Cassandra. Cassandra listened and quickly responded to my concern. Cassandra right away contacted a senior project coordinator Reid. Reid came out to the residence in less than 24 hours to review the problem and he quickly assigned a project manager who would be working on the project and overseeing the project.

Just with the beginning of the project Cassandra and Reid was so very nice and they listened( which is always key).

Reid assigned a Project Manager named Jason ( this guy was heaven sent I could talk for days about Jason). Jason came out within the next 24 hours to review the project and plan. Jason quickly had a plan and the project work begun the following week according to my schedule ( yes my schedule). Jason went over and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and that we had everything and substantially continued our daily routine ( since it was a bathroom not to mention the only bathroom). Jason brought along a very well skilled carpenter by the name Danny. Danny was also very nice, listens, and he made sure that everything was correct, looked good, and was clean! Jason also brought along plumbers, electricians, and painters they was also well skilled and nice.

This is my first home project crew that was sooooo nice and ensured that we was okay and everything was correct. It was not one step missed not to mention this project moved quickly ( heavy on the quick) and smooth!!!

I could go on and on about this project and the team! They really have been the best also the work of this team/company has been the best ( my bathroom looks GOOOD )

They helped us out with almost immediate and very thorough mitigation after our pipes burst at the office in Late December 2022. There was very good communication with us as the project progressed and we ended up very pleased with the finished product. ( The room honestly looks so much better than it did before the damage!) The contractors that they used to get the work done were very polite and cleaned up as they went so that we were still able to help our customers during the project.

Our country club hired Lang Restoration & Construction to renovate two bathrooms on the clubhouse lower level a few months ago. They did a great job with the design and the finished product. Recently, one of the wall-mounted toilets was leaking, creating a stain on the shiplap wall behind the toilet. The project manager, Jesse Harlan was super responsive in addressing this issue. When I explained that the bathroom with the leaking toilet was the only usable men's toilet on the lower level of the clubhouse (due to renovation of the locker room), Jesse understood the urgency and got both a plumber and a trim carpenter out promptly to get this bathroom functioning again - this was very helpful and demonstrates care and concern for the customer. I highly recommend Lang Restoration & Construction (now ATI Restoration) for water damage and/or construction / renovation needs in both the residential and commercial areas.

Ryan Ross and his team quickly responded to our kitchen water damage! This was our first time filing an insurance claim and we were clueless.
