I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Goliath Exteriors! I am a realtor, and one of my listings had some extensive work needed to shore up the garage floor. They took the time to contact the structural engineer that inspected the property to ensure that the work would be exactly what was needed, and completed the work in less than a week. I received photos of the progress daily for our records. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. Goliath went above and beyond my wildest dreams. What I saw on paper truly came to life. Goliath completed a "facelift" on my home in a little over 3 weeks. They removed the stucco from my home and replaced it with new siding and painted my home and garage. They also identified trouble areas that previously caused flooding and "drooping" with my windows and promptly repaired those areas at a reasonable costs. Kelly and are Arnado are superstars. This remodel was worth every penny. As a matter of fact, I hired them for another job that is scheduled to start next week. My entire subdivision is looking to hire this wonderful company.

My coworker recommended Goliath. While they did a beautiful job painting the house, I can't recommend them for staining the deck. We spent a good amount of money with Goliath installing a new deck for us but their staining ruined the look of our deck. I don't have any knowledge about staining, and maybe Kelly should have recommended we wait a few months out to do the job when it's nice and sunny instead of going back and forth to fix the staining while it constantly rains from May-July. Kelly made excuses that we have a lot of trees in our backyard so it wasn't sunny enough for the wood to absorb the stain immediately. We had someone come out to check our deck and we were told that the staining on the stairs looked good but they did a terrible job with the rest. The new deck was supposed to be stained with only one coat but Kelly suggested they should do two after the initial bad job. Kelly made it seem like she was doing us a favor by not charging us for labor when it was their mistake. In the end, we didn't have Goliath finish the job because we don't have enough confidence in their team and poor service. Thanks again, but we won't be recommending them to friends and family. :)

Goliath did some work for me a couple years ago. Some of the materials failed (not their fault) so I reached out to Goliath and Kelly who helped me originally called me back and said that even though it’s likely a material problem, Goliath wants their customers to be happy and wants all their jobs to look great and represent the quality work they do….so they will come out and replace the two bad panels.
It’s great when a company makes sure the customer is happy even after the sale/work is done.

Well the repair was done and portions of it were done correct other things not so much. Some of the trim that was removed was clearly rotten (after only 3 years) I wish they would have recommended pressure treated wood…..but anyway the team just nailed the rotted wood back up and didn’t bother to ask if I would like to pay for them to replace it. As this was outside the scope of the original repair I would have happily paid for the materials and a bit of labor.

Anyway the saga continues…I have let them know about this and other bits of wood that have rotted in just 3 years so we will see…. I still like Kelly and want to be able to say Goliath took care of me and stood behind their work….but we shall see where this saga ends. I have posted pics of the repair and the rotted trim that was re applied. As you can see I am having to replace more of the rotted trim… I do understand the flat roof drip edge is a poor design but again wish that pressure treated wood or even a solution to the roof line was presented to me originally ‍♂️

In the end they did ok but definitely not 5 star service. They’re not bad but could learn by this and recommend/use better materials (pressure treated would have been appropriate here). I wish they would have offered better solutions rather than just doing the job, in the end they kinda made it right but if it were my business I would want my customers to be 1000% happy. Even when they came back I wish they would have mentioned the other rotted wood (3yrs old) I would have paid to have them replace it again….and would have loved a quote to fix the issue but it was more like we replaced the two board that warped…ok…bye. In fact they didn’t even tell my wife they were done when they left.
I say all this so that they may fix these issues and that you are aware how far the care goes. Everyone I dealt with was great personally and initially it all seemed good but later as a whole I was left feeling less than satisfied.

I have used Goliath Exteriors for a number construction jobs at my home. I've had my gutters replaced, exterior of my house painted, chimney re-built, and roof repairs done. All of these projects were completed in a professional manner and to 100% satisfaction. The GOLIATH EXTERIORS INC., removed & replaced all the wood materials with fiber cement and PVC material, caulked, sealed and paint around my bay window to prevent future rotting. The team of Kelly LeBlanc, Javier Solis, Arnoldo & Santos did an outstanding job from start to finish without any surprises. There were no delays or B.S., just an awesome group of very professional people, customer friendly and high-quality workmanship results. They keep me inform throughout the timeline/progression of the work, arrival of their crew on-site and rapid reply via phone, text and email to all my concerns. Highly recommend.

We used Goliath to build our deck and stain it. The project manager was incredibly responsive, timely and hands on. Our deck is exactly what we wanted and built professionally. We are so happy with it and will certainly use them again for our next project.

I used Goliath Exteriors to replace rotten wood siding, paint and gutter replacement. They did a wonderful job. They were punctual everyday and very respectful of my home space. I own a home where the previous homeowners did a lot of often lovely but sometimes inconvenient DIY, and my front door is an excellent example: they decoratively plastered over the door frame. My front door desperately needed replacing, but the first place I contacted declined to do so until I hired a contractor to remove the plaster, which would have been unsightly and heartbreaking. Goliath Exteriors replaced my door without damaging the plaster and did a beautiful job repainting the frame. IT'S GORGEOUS! Seriously, looking at the plaster on the outside and the frame on the inside, I can't tell that they did anything... except that it's freshly painted and has a lovely new door! Highly recommended!

I was very impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, responsiveness and timing of Goliath Exteriors. Our ground level wooden patio/retaining wall makeover started earlier than planned and was completed sooner than expected. Any change request or issues along the way were quickly addressed without any hesitation. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend you do as well!

I am beyond pleased with the interior renovation Goliath Exteriors just completed for me. I contracted with them to remove a wall to open up the kitchen and install new railings on the stairs. They even added custom cabinetry below the stair landing for additional storage. David was very accommodating with all of my requests, very knowledgeable about what was required, and helped me to visualize the finished product. All of the contractors were friendly and professional. I can't wait to have them back to tackle many more projects in this old house!

We worked with Goliath to renovate our guest bathroom, and we were very pleased with Goliath's services. We've worked with a few different contracting companies in the past with bad experiences, and so it was very refreshing to have such a smooth and positive experience with them. A couple of reasons we would recommend them:

Fair Pricing: We'd asked a few other companies for estimates which were much higher for the same the work. The pricing from Goliath was very fair and one of the reasons we decided to go with them.

Communication: My main POC at Goliath was Kelly, and I was very appreciative of how responsive and helpful she was. We communicated via email almost daily on the project. As a newbie to a home renovation project, she also helped act as an advisor on materials and processes, which was very helpful. Leading up to the project, Kelly gave us a tentative date that the project would start and kept to that timeline. I've been in situations before where projects keep getting pushed back every week, but that did not happen here. During the project she proactively gave us updates on the status of the job, and I never felt in the dark. Throughout the project, we also communicated on day-to-day project updates with David, and he was also very helpful and responsive. At one point there was an issue with the flooring, and David helped us get it squared away and fixed with no issue.

Great Results: Very satisfied with the final result of our bathroom. It looks beautiful and we were so happy to complete the project!

Great experience working with Goliath Exteriors during the quoting process, service and friendliness while working on my house, and the quality of their work. They did exterior repairs and painted my 1500 sq foot bungalow in Grant Park with lots of trim detail in 3.5 days. Just happened to find them on google and reached out because of positive reviews. The quote was cheaper than another one I received and they used a higher quality paint. Will definitely go back to them when the need arises! Not usually able to say that.

Goliath built our screened-in porch, and they did an outstanding job. The craftsmanship is stunning and the room is absolutely gorgeous. Their team was so professional and wonderful to work with from start to finish.  They paid attention to all the little details and the end result looks like a room that could be in a magazine. Goliath was amazing. We'd asked two other companies out to give estimates. One didn't even show up, the other priced our tiny job at several thousands higher than made sense.

I had an architectural roof put on by an awesome crew. They arrived early and worked hard all day. Once they completed the roof they cleaned up and left me nothing but a beautiful roof. Kelly stayed in contact from first estimate until completion and is extremely diligent and knowledgeable. I’m having additional work done so I know I made the right choice using Goliath. The contractor (Kelly) was always on top of any concerns that I had during this total remodel of our master bathroom. Would answer my texts in a timely manner, helped with decision making, quick at problem solving. The groups of guys that worked on the remodel were friendly, efficient, and skilled at their craft. Putting in a new door, cutting brick and siding, framing and trimming the door, replacing wall board, adding a header, matching paint color, painting and cleaning up. They did it all well. The price was reasonable although I would have liked the estimate to have been closer to the final cost. All in all, this was a great group to work with and I definitely would hire them again.

Definitely recommend Goliath Exteriors for any project and I personally will continue to use them for future projects. They added an additional garage and did an outstanding job better than I initially thought could be done. They also painted the interior of the existing garage and exterior of the entire house and redid the driveway to the point where I was blown away upon completion. In a world where there is so much uncertainty the attitudes and the hearts of the individuals was next level. The communication from the office staff to the feet on the ground was impeccable. Really give an extra thank you to David and Kelly for their professionalism beyond reproach. My experience with Goliath Exteriors was exceptional. We had a 15 year old rotting wood deck that we wanted to replace with a screened in porch. I sat down and sketched up what I was looking for. I had multiple companies come out and bid the work. This was my first large home renovation project that I had ever gone through so I was apprehensive and wanted to make sure I did my due diligence. After what was weeks of getting bids, I chose Goliath to do the work. Working with Kelly through the contract process was a breeze and we got the contract into a state that made me feel comfortable going into the renovation as well as the payment schedule.

Goliath took care of the delivery of all the materials, came in, tore down the existing deck, hauled it away and got started building the new screened in porch. We had a deadline coming up as we were hosting some family for thanksgiving. Goliath started the work at the beginning of November and they were done right on time the day before Thanksgiving. During the process, we had several layers of county inspections and each time, the work passed inspection without any issues.

My primary contact at Goliath was Kelly and she was extremely knowledgeable and beyond responsive. Kelly and I had daily conversations via text and email throughout the project. This constant contact was great and helped me feel comfortable and informed throughout the project. I never felt like I was in the dark about what was happening during a particular days work and it was a great channel where I could surface issues I spotted throughout the project. Kelly answered all my questions throughout the project to my satisfaction each and every time (and I had a lot of questions).

David, the owner of the company, is very detail oriented and made sure everything was done right. He stopped by the job site frequently and had the crew correct and redo several things he would spot without me even saying anything or bringing something to his attention. David, was even here until almost 9pm the night before Thanksgiving helping to hang the swing we wanted added to the screened porch long after his crew had left. No matter what came up in the project, David always made sure it was done right and to my satisfaction.

Not only were Kelly and David great to work with but their crew was incredible. From their electrician who came at 7pm at night to make sure we would get everything done that night in order to meet our deadline for inspection after working a full day at another site to their builders who, while I was doing my own exterior project, helped me carry 30lbs pavers from my drive way into the back yard. That kind of kindness and service comes from the top down and company feels like a large family oriented business.

On top of the people, the products they used were top notch. From the screeneeze screen they used which is almost see through to the heavy duty glass doors to the crown molding to the canned lights with dimmers everything was top quality. We went with the upgraded Trex option for the flooring and I would highly recommend it and is well worth the upgrade cost.

One of my concerns going into the project was how to pay for such a large project. Their Quickbooks payment system made paying for the project simple and secure.

One comment I've gotten many times when people come over to the house is that you can't tell the screened porch is an add on after the fact. It was done so well, it looks like it was built when the house was built. Its the highest compliment.

All in all the project and the final product exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend Goliath Exteriors, David and Kelly and if I'm doing another large project in the future, they'll be my first call.

Goliath replaced our dangerous and rotting deck. They overcame many problems, from building a second story deck on a slope to engineering a solid foundation in very poor quality soil. It is beautiful and solid as a rock. They made a useless deck into my favorite part of my house.

We chose Goliath Exteriors to complete a covered deck remodel (272 sq feet - 16x17) and deck addition (216 sq feet - 12x18) in September/October. After meeting with several contractors, we selected Goliath. We felt very comfortable with Kelly and David as we discussed our plans. I appreciated David making recommendations during the planning process to ensure a successful project (even when it meant a lower estimate). Due to the wood/composite shortage, we had to wait a short time on the product. Kelly stayed involved and was able to secure product from her vendor so that they could proceed. During the entire process, both Kelly and David were responsive and timely in all communication. All of the crews that came out were professional and provided quality work. As the project moved along I was able to communicate any concerns with them and they were addressed immediately. Kelly and David worked with the county inspectors, engineers, etc to ensure all approvals were completed. We are very happy with the final outcome - it exceeded my expectation. I have recommended Goliath to friends and family since the project has been completed.

David and his team did an amazing job! Our patio and fence design turned out better than we could’ve ever imagined. I would recommend this team without hesitation.

Had all siding replaced, soffits, faceboards, gutters, and painted. Kelly did a great job handling communications, Dave did a great job with making sure work was on schedule. I had the exterior of my house painted. Some exterior trim work needed to be replaced before painting. Goliath did an excellent job. I’m very satisfied with the results and feel I paid a fair and reasonable price.

Kelly did a great job of explaining my options for my new roof, fascia, and gutters job. Reasonably priced and adjusted the work to accommodate more damage to my fascia than was visible at the time. They did quality work in a reasonable time frame. Thank you guys! My rotting house looks decent once again. I am extremely pleased with the work Goliath Exteriors Inc. has done in remodeling my home. I needed an extensive amount of work done, roof and gutters cleaned, house power washed, all of the trim on my house painted, siding replaced and stained and they were able to handle this amount of work in a short amount of time. My home is 30 years old, and by July of this year (2020) it looked really sad. My wooden front porch rails were rotted and falling down. My house had not been painted in more than 15 years. Wood around several windows, including my bay window, had deteriorated. Fascia and soffit wood at one corner of my house had rotted. My stone chimney had mold/mildew covering the north facing corner. My old storm windows were falling apart. Then Kelly and David and the crew at Goliath Exterior got to work. They pressure washed my house (including chimney) and sealed the chimney, replaced all deteriorated wood (including siding on my bay window), painted my entire house, installed new storm windows and doors, and rebuilt my front steps using black aluminum stair risers and stair rails.

It’s the end of August and I now have a new, happy house! I couldn’t be more pleased with the work done by the team at Goliath Exteriors. Kelly helped me determine the work that needed to be done and gave me options on how it could be done. She incorporated changes that I made during the course of the project and always kept me informed on where we were and what was happening next. She was always available to answer my questions. I wanted to maintain social distancing during the pandemic and they were able to respect that, get satellite views of the roof and respond to me promptly via phone. Communication was essential. David is state-licensed and certified by Owens Corning. The supplies arrived on time. His crew completed the job in a day and David was onsite with them.

Excellent work. Stayed on budget. These guys know what they are doing. They replaced a rotted structural support beam. Major job--easy for them.

Where to begin Of the four contractors I interviewed....These were the only people that had the professionalism I expected. Didn’t have to chase them down for a proposal. Started the project when they said they would, no excuses. The workers found problems on my deck that weren’t visible and worked with me to fix the problems. Those people don’t know how to say no. They just got it done. They cleaned up afterward with pressure washing my new deck and removed the sawdust. from where they worked in my yard The follow up was unexpected but appreciated. This company has been an incredible blessing❤️ They did an awesome job installing my roof and matched the warranty offered by another competitor. I recently saw an issue with the vent, they sent someone out immediately and found that a tree branch hit it and also put a hole in my roof. It was repaired that day ❤️ I can’t tell you how extremely helpful it was! Awesome company, competitive pricing, and great service.

I used Goliath Construction to install about 2200 sq ft of hardwood flooring in my House. They did an excellent job with minimal disruption to my living there . They have real craftsmen working for them. Normally you would expect 5 percent or more wasted material. I believe it was less than 1 percent which translated into substantial savings for me. We ran into one unforseen change. They were more than fair with the change order. They checked with me daily to see if I had any problems with the work. When it comes to customer service, they are what every construction company should be. I plan to use them again.

I hired Goliath to replace my old gutters. They did a wonderful job and their prices were definitely reasonable. They even replaced some fascia at no extra cost. I would recommend them for all your gutter jobs.

This is our 2nd very successful experience with Goliath. It all starts with Kelly's very prompt and responsive follow-ups to define and schedule the work. Then the right crew is assigned. For the 3-day length of the job, this courteous crew showed up promptly (or early) at the committed time. The results were outstanding and they replaced deck furniture, to return the space to a fully livable condition. We look forward to using Goliath again.

Goliath totally remade the exterior of our home in Lilburn. New roof, replaced all soffits, facia and siding with JamesHardiePlank product, new gutters with leaf guards and exterior paint. A huge job that was completed in a timely manner. Staff was courteous and promptly addressed any issues to our complete satisfaction. This company can do it all and does it well. I highly recommend them to friends and family.

We obtained estimates from 8 roofing companies to replace our roof and Goliath offered the best value by far. They were able to complete the job in one day and we are very happy with the new roof.

I recently had work done on my home by Goliath Exteriors and couldn't be happier with the results. They removed a chimney in my house and replaced it with 3 large windows. Then they replaced my roof shingles and gutters. David was very easy to work with and was prompt in providing quotes, and then answers to my questions. He was knowledgeable about the products he was installing, so I was very comfortable allowing his company to do the work. Both he and his crew have a great work ethic.

His crew was very careful when removing the chimney, and took care not to damage the deck, or get construction debris within the inside of the house. The window, molding, and wainscot matched the rest of my family room, so it looks as if it was originally built with the house. Upon completion, they thoroughly cleaned up their work area, and checked with me before departure to make sure I was satisfied. I will be using them again in the future, and will recommend them to others.
