Had a great experience with roof replacement, and would highly recommend Traditions Roofing to anyone. The crew was respectful, diligent, friendly, and thorough. Justin provides very responsive, personalized service and ensured everything met our expectations.

Justin and his team did a great job! There were several things that impressed me in particular:

(1) After wind storm damage to our roof in March, his team got out there within hours to tarp over the damaged part of our roof. The insurance adjuster that came out later remarked that they had done a really good job.

(2) Justin was there when the insurance adjuster came out. He got up on the roof to show the various areas that had been damaged, many of which escaped the notice of the insurance adjuster.

(3) Justin worked back-and-forth with the insurance company for several weeks when they first offered just to patch the roof, then offered to replace about half of it, then offered to replace all but one portion, and finally agreed to replace the entire roof. He sent pictures and other evidence until they agreed to pay for the entire job.

(4) Justin was patient with us as it took us several weeks to choose a shingle color that we liked. He brought out samples on a couple of different occasions for us to get a closer look.

(5) The roofers did the job exactly when he said they would do it. We had just had our flowerbeds redone, and his team took extra care to protect the plants through the entire process. One of the roofers re-raked all of the mulch to make sure it looked good when they were done.

(6) Even though the roofers swept the yard with magnets to pick up extra nails the evening they finished, Justin came back the next morning to personally run the magnet around the yard again.

It’s hard to know if you can trust someone who knocks on your door offering to take photos of your roof, especially when you hear the horror stories … but I’m so glad I did! Clint and Justin were fabulous, proactively providing me with photos and references. Upon submitting the claim to insurance, I openly explained that I had simply learned of my roof damage (not visible from the ground) from a potential contractor who knocked on my door. Obviously skeptical, the insurance contact suggested I reach out for a second opinion to someone they highly trusted. Commenting that this would be the only person they trusted for roof repairs/replacement, she gave me the name of … drumroll … Justin! Thankfully I confirmed that was who had knocked on my door and the insurance contact quickly changed her tune and assured me once again that I could trust him. All went smoothly with the insurance claim and installation. Without that knock on my door, I wouldn’t have known about my roof damage and I would have had no clue where to start in finding a reliable contractor. I highly recommend Traditions Roofing.

After a hailstorm in January, we were worried that our roof might have been damaged. Contacted Justin at Traditions Roofing to come and check it out. He came over exactly when he said he would, met with the insurance adjuster, and worked well with our insurance company. He was able to schedule us within 2 weeks. The team arrived when they said they would, and had our roof replaced in one day. They did an excellent job with the new roof, communication, and a thorough clean up. Justin came by throughout the day to check on everything and answer any questions. Justin and his Tradition team were very reliable. Couldn’t ask for a more efficient process. I highly recommend Traditions Roofing. I had a small drip in my living room ceiling so I called them for help. They came over promptly to assess the problem. They checked the attic and roof, showed me some pictures he took of the problem area and It turns out it was a small nail hole in the roof. They sealed the hole and the problem was gone. Because of their quick response and thorough inspection, I didn’t have any water damage to our house.

Traditions Roofing will definitely be my go to contractor for any future roofing issues.

Justin came out to inspect the roof after leak was found during a rainstorm. He quickly identified the problem (actually a window) and took measures to repair it to prevent further water leakage. He was very professional, thorough and knowledgable. Finally, he inspected the whole roof and reinforced several areas in need with caulk. I would absolutely call him again for roof concerns.

Highly recommend Justin and his team! I had to submit a claim through my homeowners insurance for wind damage to my roof and Justin helped me through the entire process. Removal of my old roof and install of new roof was completed in one day and when I arrived home from work I couldn’t even tell there had been construction done - my yard and driveway were so clean! Justin and team were super easy to work with along with being very polite and prompt. They answered all my questions and potential concerns. Luckily/unluckily, I had a snow/ice dam a couple of weeks prior to the new roof scheduled to be installed. I sent a picture to Justin to show him where it was occurring and leaking. When the team came to install the new roof, Justin ensured that specific materials were placed where the ice dam occurred so that the there would not be a similar leakage event with the new roof. He is awesome!

One of my neighbors was getting a new roof, and Traditions was doing free home roof inspections after a wind/hail storm. They inspected the roof same day and supplied picture evidence within 24hrs, which made the insurance claim filling process easy (even helped follow up after the first inspection was declined by insurance!). Once the 2nd claim was approved, Justin had the roof install work on schedule and done in a timely manner; his crew followed through with all deliverables (new roof & siding repairs). They’ve done ~15 homes in my neighborhood due to the same wind/hail storm. I highly recommend using Traditions Roofing.

I used this company because I saw the good work being done on a neighbor’s home. I called Justin and he walked over to inspect my home and fascia. He gave me an estimate the same day. After I confirmed the price and work to be done, a schedule was set and they showed up before time. The workers explained their arrival and they made my home look just as good as the neighbor’s. Even after the work was done, Justin was available for questions I had. Great company!

I needed a downspout repaired (heavy wind blew it off the house). I called and they were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Also, they were able to have someone come out the same day as quote for the repair. Very professional and reasonably priced.

We had a really bad hail storm blow thru and it did a number on my roof. We stayed up all night worrying about it. Luckily I found Traditions! Justin flew in like Superman to save the day. Justin and his team did a great job replacing my roof. He took the time to come out and speak directly to the adjustors, pointing out all the damage I sustained from a recent storm. He was also very responsive to all my questions along the way. On the day of installation, his crew arrived early and finished the entire job (on a large, high pitch roof) in a single day.

They came out to inspect my roof for damage after a few storms came through my area. Said they would call before coming, they did, spent some time looking at the roof and determined all was ok.

Fortunately I don’t need a roof, but if I did, I would use these guys.

Justin was great to work with. He came to inspect the damage within a few days. It only took a week to get on the schedule for the repairs to be made. I was told upfront the shingles would not match but I cannot tell a difference. Part of the work included cleaning my gutters. Not only did he clean them but he also blew the debris off of my sidewalk and deck afterwards. I will definitely give Justin a call when it’s time for my gutters to be cleaned again.

We recently had our roof replaced by Traditions Roofing and Restoration. Justin Tipton worked diligently upon having my homeowner's insurance company pay for the total cost of the roof. My insurance company was not cooperative at first and only wanted to cover half the cost. Justin's expertise in dealing with homeowner's insurance, was able to get my roof replaced at no cost to me, only my deductible.

I had a small leak in my roof and Justin came very promptly to inspect my roof and repair the issue. He also alerted me to several other issues he noticed while inspecting my entire roof and was able to address them quickly and for a very reasonable price. Justin was very responsive, they showed up on time and did exactly what he said they would do. The roof looks nice- they did a few of our neighbors roofs as well and it seems everyone was satisfied. While installing the roof, a couple of screens were torn, plus a gas grill cover was damaged by falling shingles- Justin had a new cover for me and had replaced the screens by the next day. Overall I would give them an A+
