I’ve been meaning to leave a review for Trademark for a few years (whoops!). Great roofing company that goes above and beyond to provide quality work and service. Several years after a gutter install, the team was more than willing to make some adjustments at their cost. Can’t say enough about their level of service - well beyond the level typical contractors in the industry. Our roof has held up well after years of taking a pounding from storms, trees, and anything else thrown at it.

Awesome roofing company. They responded immediately to my call and stopped by my house the same day. They really took care of me to make sure I did not have water damage from the approaching storm. Great folks - knowledgeable, professional, courteous and super personable. I will definitely use them again in near future when I have to replace the entire roof.

The whole process from start to finish was very quick and easy. Came by Saturday for a quote, completed the job on Monday. In addition to that, the price was much better than the other quote we received. One of the things we got quoted $1k for by another company, Trademark did for free! They did great work and I will use them again for any roofing needs. I highly recommend!!

An all around great experience. Had roof repair work done. Based on reviews, i reached out to them via their website. They contacted me quickly and had me on the schedule the next day for an estimate. They started the work in 2 days. Robert was very thorough and detailed. Each day, he would communicate with me letting me know his schedule and the progress. He advised he will reach out after the next rain to check in and make sure all is good. Very good customer service. If i need more roofing work done, they will be the first company i call. Will definitely recommend them to anyone i know who needs roofing work done. Thank you!

This company is the best I’m a first time homeowner and this company has been helping me since 4/2022. When I call they are always here to help. Short notice I was still able to get repairs done to my roof at a reasonable price very punctual. God Bless this family business I don’t normally leave reviews. I had to thank this young man what I thought was going to be thousands actually wasn’t. Don’t sleep on TradeMark Roofing.

Office called back promptly after my inquiry. Robert came out the next day to inspect the problem area and the rest of the roof. Was able to fix the problem area right away. Said the rest of the roof looked great, so must be very honest and not making up problems to fix!

I found Trademark Roofing on Angie's list years ago. They were very professional, arrived on time, and the crew worked nonstop until the job was completed. I remember the owner coming by the next day to examine the work and to make sure we were satisfied. At that point, my husband and I were so impressed with the level of service, genuine care and concern. Fast forward to July 2023; we experienced wind damage, a few shingles blew off our roof due to high winds. I called Trademark Roofing not knowing what to expect since it had been 7-9 years since they installed the roof. They came out, inspected the damage and told us that weather related damage was not covered but they offered to make the repairs and gave us a quote. Rather than put the old tiles back up, they replaced them with new materials. After they were done, they dropped the price a little more! I wouldn't trade Trademark Roofing for anything or anyone in the world!

We have had Trademark Roofing out to work on our house at least 3 times and highly recommend their work. The technicians that worked with us (especially Albert) know what they are talking about and were able to provide fixes that have now lasted years at very reasonable prices. Plus, being in Atlanta, it is nice to support a local, Black-owned business. Trademark has replaced the seal and roofing tiles joining the house roof to porch roof, repaired nail holes, and taken down our old chimney to roof level then resealed the hole. They always talk us through the options, do not pressure an upsell, provide and stick to their quote, and get the work done quickly. We love them.

I had a wonderful experience with Trademark roofing. They got someone out in a timely fashion to give a quote. When I was ready to schedule, they showed up and completed the job and they were able to match the color perfectly. I highly recommend them for roofing work and repairs.

Their representative was very knowledgeable and timely. I was out of the state and the owner make me feel comfortable by sending pics of different areas of it being taken off and the completion. I also got a phone call a few days after checking to make sure I was please with their work! You cannot get better customer service than that and that feeling of you are in good hands.

I am actually a repeat customer of Trademark. They replaced the roof of my home several years ago and recently called them when i had roof damage from a fallen tree limb. They were super responsive, professional and really reasonable in price. They were real thorough in the work they performed and meticulously cleaned up afterwards. If i ever have any future roofing needs they will be the first people I call.

Robert from Trademark Roofing did a great job! He came out to give an estimate on gutter and wood rot repairs and returned the next day to complete the work. He also performed repairs to my neighbor's home during the same period! Excellent work!

I bought a house with a very old roof that sprang a new leak practically every other month. So, I got to know Eric and his team during their numerous visits to patch up one leak after another. They were always quick to respond and very professional, and their prices were competitive. I used Trademark to install a new roof 12 years ago. I was so pleased with their service I contacted the person who initially referred them to me when my current roof started leaking. The installers of this roof insisted the problem was not the roof. Trademark can and immediately pointed out the problems and fixed. I should never have used another company. We discovered a branch had fallen through our roof, and I found Trademark Roofing was highly recommended on NextDoor in my neighborhood. I called, and Robert was able to come out that same day to give me a free estimate which was fair and reasonable. He was able to start work right away and fixed the hole in our roof! He was extremely nice and professional, and even texted me photos from the top of our roof to see the before, during and after condition of our roof and how he had fixed it, even without me asking! Great customer service and great work! We are 100% satisfied and will call them again if we have any future issues.

Bought a new house early this year that needed a brand new roof and new gutter system. Found Trademark Roofing through google search and all the positive reviews are true! From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, the team were so knowledgeable, professional, and just overall nice! I compared their quote to three other companies, and they came out on top and their years of warranty wasn’t beat by the others either. I was so pleased with their work, that a few months later, I called them back for my investment property and they installed new gutter system there too. I’ve even recommended them to two coworkers so far, and the one that used them had nothing but positive things to say about them.

If you are thinking about hiring this team, go ahead and do it!

**Whatever you do please run away from this company! Do not use this company for any type of repair replacement anything to do with your roof!!! **

I initially chose Trademark Roofing because of its great reviews but now I see that they probably paid for fake reviews. They did a horrible job on the replacement of my roof and within a within months there was water leaking water causing damage to my ceilings. The flashing around my chimney was improperly done on my fireplace causing excess amount of damage to my fireplace and inside interior of my house. To top it all off, they installed the wrong shingles on my home. I didn’t realize it until they were 3/4 done. Instead of removing the wrong shingles, they installed the architectural shingles on top of the single tab shingles causing insulation(cooling/heating)problems and ultimately lessening the life of my roof. Unfortunately, I will have to seek legal action. **Please do not use this company**

2nd roof installed in 2 years, the combination of price, warranty, and service are better than the competition. We had a branch fell on our old roof. Trademark came out and put a tarp on it the very day we called them, to prevent further water damage, then the very next day they finished installing the new architectural roof. They also did a thorough job picking up loose nails after work. They also cleaned the gutters. It would be unrealistic and unreasonable to assume the next business day quick turnaround time, we were lucky.

Trademark Roofing…Got the Job Done! Showed up on time for the estimate, actual project, and finished in One Day as they estimated.

Cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and in my estimation their pricing is fair. Great Company & Family…We would definitely hire again and recommend.

They were late for the initial appointment, didn’t come on scheduled day for the repair but did come a day later. The roof repair looks horrible! Vast difference in shingle colors, think they used shingles left from a previous job! When mention to them about the color difference, they “ claimed” that is what was on initial shingles! They gave a competitive price but shabby workmanship! I would never use or recommend them ever!!! Was told if I provided more shingles, they would replace...my husband said NO! Paid them to do the complete job, professionally but this was not the case.

I was referred to them from my Nextdoor app, and they came out quickly to check the roof and sent a timely quote with very competitive prices. We were very pleased with the work that was performed. Eric and Bobby were AWESOME!!! We know who will be replacing our roof when the time comes!

Used them years ago to repair a roof leak and the service was great. Not so this time. The roofer appeared to not want the job , he said he couldn't find the leak. I told him the roof was getting old, he said for me to call my insurance company and never gave me a price. This would have been a big job for them, without the hassle of insurance if only they gave me a price.

A great company very fair with repair and get right to the job if u need a roof done call this company and they are nice people and amber all the question A Great Company.

Based on the positive reviews for Eric and Trademark Roofing, I believe they were once a smaller operation that has now out grown their ability to provide quality and reliable work.

We had a small leak at our home and contacted Trademark Roofing. I was initially impressed with how quickly they arrived and even performed the repair the same day. It was a little on the high end of price, but Troy explained it came with a 1 year warranty. Unfortunately after the first good rain, a couple days later, the spot continued to leak.

I called Trademark Roofing main office number to let them know, and they said they would pass the message on to Troy. A few days later I still had not heard from Troy, and was finally able to get a response from him through text. He needed me to send him a picture of the contract.

We talked on the phone and he said he would get back to me with an appointment date. Nine days later I had not heard back from him, so I texted him to see if he could send someone else out if his schedule was too busy. He did not even remember me and I had to send another picture of our contract.

Eventually Troy returned and "repaired" the spot. I believed it was corrected as we had some rainy days and no visible leaks in the ceiling. However, a couple of months later (still within 1 year contract) the leak was back and actually worse off.

When I tried to get Troy back out, the phone calls and texts were sporadic, and after a few "appointments" when he didn't show up or call/text to let me know he wasn't, I got upset.

I called the main line and actually got in touch with Eric, the owner, and he reassured me that they would take care of it, and in fact he would personally handle it. He even setup a Saturday time so that I did not have to take off more time from work to be there.

My family had an event that Saturday and I stayed home to be there for Eric in the 9am - 11am time window. At 12:30, disappointed, I texted him. No response.

Monday I called, extremely upset at this point, and when I talked to Eric he said that he got busy and couldn't make it Saturday. I understand that other jobs can go longer than expected, but I think a quick call or text to alert your customer that you cant make it is not asking too much.

Eric tried to setup another appointment, but at this point I could not miss more work and based on the past abensteeism, I had lost trust in Eric and Trademark Roofing.

I had to eat the cost that I paid and had to start over with another roofer with the leak now in worse condition that it was several months ago.

Our experience with Trademark Roofing was very disappointing as we experienced a lot of over promising and under delivering.

We got a free estimate for some roofing repairs. The owner came out on Christmas Eve and was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a great quote. He was super friendly as well. Would definitely recommend

So I hired these guys in December. They were supposed to repair 3 spots in the under sheeting and then shingle the roof. First problem I had was when the crew hid the replacement sheeting that had been brought to the job site, in the dumpster. Then they tried to hide the rotted areas with the underlayment paper. I had to pull the sheeting out of the dumpster and haul it onto the roof myself, then sit there and watch while they repaired the bad areas. After the job was complete I had multiple wrinkles in the shingles over the porch. The owner said he would fix them but after almost 4 months and multiple calls and excuses they have yet to show. I actually have water coming up under the shingles when it rains and leaking into the soffit. I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from using this company and, if you do to watch their work very closely to make sure you're actually getting what you're paying for. They seem most proficient at hiding things from the customer and talking about what great work they do.

Other roofers wanted $200 for a service call and booked out a week. Eric answered my call personally, booked for within 48 hours, called ahead, arrived on time, got right to work, and did my repair quickly and easily at a good price and with a smile. Doesn't get any better.

I've used Trademark twice with a terrific experience both times. The response time was quick. They showed up when they said they would. The work was quality - he took the time to explain what needed to happen in a way that I understood. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. Thanks Trademark!

Trademark Roofing always gives a reasonable price, communicate well and move quickly. They are always my first dial for any roofing issues.

I have had Trademark Roofing come and fix my roof twice. I can not say enough good things about them. They were very professional and did a great job at a great price. You can not go wrong with these guys.

I can safely recommend Trademark Roofing for any roofing needs, be it repair or replace. I called for an evaluation after a roof leak. Eric and team did a repair, thinking I could buy some time before a replacement. However, with a particularly rainy fall and winter, other leaks appeared. Eric deducted the amount I paid for the repair from the price of replacement. They showed up on time, did the job in a timely fashion, completely cleaned up from the job, and sent me many pictures of my new roof. Professional, responsible and trustworthy.

Trademark Roofing put a new roof on two of my properties and did a great job on both occasions. They are very responsive, do what they say they're going to do, and clean up afterward. Theyre very professional, friendly, and have a good price. I will definitely use them again when my next property needs a new roof.

These guys provided a fair quote, fixed the problem quickly, then called to follow-up a couple weeks later when we had another bad rainstorm, because they wanted to ensure everything looked good. I've never had a company follow-up like that to double check their work. It turned out there was still a very tiny leak, and they came out immediately and fixed it right up. No problems since then.

I will be calling on trademark roofing for all of my needs in the future.

They've fixed the roof at 3 of my houses so far and each repair has been fantastic. In two of the three cases we had gone through multiple people attempting to stop leaks that were persistent problems - often at great expense, inclusive of having an entire roof section rebuilt at one point - to no avail.

Then came Trademark. They were able to fix those persistent leaks the first time at a reasonable cost (we were skeptical that they could do it where others had failed - BUT THEY DID !!!). AND... they called back a year later to ensure that the issues had not come back, offering to come back at no charge if the leaks were back (they weren't) - NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE !

We've had other non-related issues since then, and each time, they have responded promptly (often the same day) and they remain very courteous and reasonably priced.

Trademark has become a go to company for me when I have roof issues because they have proven that they are extremely competent, reliable and fair.
