Prior to hiring Trademark, I had reached out to a couple other companies which yielded poor results all around. When I submitted my request to Trademark Roofing for an estimate, Josh contacted me within minutes and was out in less than 24 hours. He took the time to discuss the age of our house, the built, the history of our roof and style, the progress the industry has made transitioning from the old 3-tab shingles that had been on our roof the last 26 years to new product now lasting 30 years, and addressed the fascia boards that needed replacing. I received Josh's estimate the next day which detailed the work and also confirmed in writing the verbal statement he made to me that there would be no additional charges for substandard or rotten wood that is found as the work progresses and that other incidental repairs will be performed at no additional charge. As my husband was not present for the initial quote, Josh was willing to come back out a second time to address additional concerns regarding four of the rafter ends that had previous termite damage. Josh examined those and said he could replace them with new wood for no additional charge. Within 2 weeks, Josh and his crew were on site stripping the old roof, replacing fascia and wood, rafter ends, and putting the new roof on. His crew members are nice, have multiple years of knowledge and experience under their belts, and worked hard to complete everything in under 2 days. All of the wood that was replaced looks great and everything fits with no gaps and looks like it belongs. After everything was done, Josh even walked around with a large magnet making sure there were no nails left behind. Our new roof has a 20-year warranty and looks great!! Trademark was recommended to us and I have to say, they did not disappoint from the first contact.
They were prompt to come and inspect our roof, and provided a quote immediately which came to a lower price than 3 other competitors. In addition, their quote was the FINAL price to pay, they took care of 8 plywood boards which were rotten without asking any questions or increasing their price in the process while other would charge >$65/board. And finally their quote includes a 20years workmanship and warranty for any leaks.
Ray's son was leading our roof repair project, and his crew did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves (except for a few nails we found later which must have rolled off the roof during the 3 days repair.)
They were also great at communicating about the work done, leaks found, etc. and with other parties involved such as the solar system company scheduling uninstall and reinstall of the panels.

Ray and his crew did our roof two years ago. I regret waiting so long to write a well-deserved review. We had a few estimates at the time, but Ray was the only one who just gave me a price (which was very fair) with no fuss or hidden fees, etc. I even found a house painter through him and just this month I reached out to him via email and asked him if he knew of a good air conditioning company. He's just an honest, reliable person, and super responsive. You'll get zero runaround with him and excellent work. Save yourself a lot of headache and just have him do your roof!

These guys showed up on time, finished on time, and cleaned up as promised. Their contract price is on estimated final price with extra work without deviance.

Trademark Roofing is without a doubt the best roofing company in the valley. I have had three neighbors on my street that have had their roof done regret using a different company after seeing my roof. Ray does not spare any expense to make sure everything is top notch. My roof was also done in half the time my neighbors houses were done. If only everyone knew what a mistake it would be not to use Trademark.
