It took some time to complete the work, but the leak was thoroughly fixed. Austin was polite and professional, taking the time to explain everything, including how to care for the issue in the future.

Despite having an appointment set, I did not receive any follow-up communication from this company, nor did anyone return my call regarding the status of my service request.

As a business, I would expect at least a courtesy call within 24 hours of scheduling, especially if there were any delays or changes. I have not yet used the service, but the lack of communication raises concerns about the reliability of their customer support.

My home warranty company put me in touch with Austin’s company. Luckily, our roof did not require major repairs and the work was completed within an hour or so. It looks good and more importantly, no more leaks! I would definitely recommend them to anyone should the occasion arise.

Austin’s Roofing and Gutters was contracted out through my home warranty company for a roof leak. After 4 visits and $1,500 (my home warranty only covered up to a certain amount), I was still stuck with a leaking roof and wet boards in the attic.

Because I didn’t have faith it would get fixed on the fifth visit, I called a new company. It was cheaper than Austin’s and was fixed on the first visit, including new boards, flashing, etc.

Perhaps I got an unskilled roofer, but sharing my experience. Shop around and get detailed quotes on everything that they will be doing.

Austin’s roofing was very professional. I had a leak in my roof from every time it rained. He worked with my schedule and quickly fixed the issue.

I wanted to come share how helpful, honest, and transparent Austin Roofing and Gutters is. I have a home warranty that covers the roof, for an additional fee. Mr Austin shared that the leak was coming from previous work another contractor did a few months earlier and he advocated for me with the home warranty company to get them to make it right. He didn’t receive a dime for any of this, but I can promise you when I need to replace my roof this is the first company I’m calling. He is honest, beyond fair, and so kind. That’s the kind of person who I will always want to work with.

100% DO NOT use this person/company. He's very unprofessional, rude, and not trustworthy. We had to use him through our warranty company and he said he patched a leak in our roof which, then started leaking again about 3 months later. Our roof is old so I realize that is not his fault, however when he came back out he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said he's not even going to go up in the attic space to see what the actual issue is with the leak in order to pinpoint the location of the leak because he simply doesn't like going into attics. He then proceeded to tell me a plan that he has come up with that requires me to use him to replace my whole roof. Too long to explain in full detail here, but he was basically trying to scam us and the warranty company. He told us one thing then told the warranty company another story and lied to both parties. DONT trust this guy.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY IS SCAM ARTIST! My insurance company sent him out because of a leaking roof He came inside of the house I pointed at him where I seen water near fireplace and instead of going on the roof and inspecting to find the problem he took a picture from the outside never once checking Or going up to inspect the roof. Then told me he will send people to do the repairs. Since I knew that something was off with him I went and inspected the roof myself and found a soft spot near the back of fireplace. When his guys finally came out I asked them What was the work they were going to do and where they would be repairing the roof, it was nowhere near the soft spot. Even though he told me he would reshingle around the fireplace. I called to let him know the issue And he told me that he does not do 2 inspections And would not repair the soft spot Even though it was in the same area that he quoted to repair and where there was a noticeable issue. Then argued with me about telling him how to do his job, He became very disrespectful when I voiced vaild factual concerns. Then he tried to tell the team to leave my house even though they had already started ripping my roof apart. Luckily he contracted an honest team ( Freddys Roofing and repair) Who actually did a real inspection that I requested And they found a whole area that was rotted out around the fireplace. They did not find any problems in the area that he sent them to repair Only in the area that I was able to find! luckily I was persistent about knowing what work was being done on my house. I have came across many contractors like him Who get money from insurance companies and take advantage a customer who doesn't understand the work being done or don't know the right questions to ask! My roof was leaking, took several days just to get a call back. Brandon Austin was very nonchalant and resistant to setting a firm window of time for him to come and look at my roof instead giving me an open ended "we might be able to come on Friday..." and never showed up. I called again. He billed my ins for work he never did, drained my policy limit! When he finally did show up he didn't even get up on the roof to check things out! I was furious, requested a different company because he told them my problem was "chipped shingles, leaks". Uh, no. Wrong! He made that up! Several weeks later another guy showed up from Austin's Roofing, I guess to do the work which is a joke. All the good reviews are faked or by friends or family, BEWARE! The man running this company is a snake- just look at his linked in profile pic, see for yourself!

Had a guy come out to repair a leak in the roof. He took our tarp and took a month to bring us another one. Had to get them to come back because the leak was not fix. Videos of the roof still leaking have been sent and nothing has been done. Would not recommend.

Austin is a super guy that ensures that his customers come first. He went the extra mile to get us what we wanted when we wanted it and I can't say enough good things about him.

Austin came out & did the repair in all of 10 minutes very professional I have no complaints I had a hole which caused a leak in the kitchen which would leave small puddles in the kitchen I can't wait to see the next rainy day not come inside my house !!

The team was extremely professional, and the service was top quality.

With many roofers, the moment they hear that the work will be out of pocket, they shut down ... I went through 2 companies who refused work because it wasn't insurance money. With Austin's, the rep came out and surveyed the roof/gutters, provided the quote...same day. I was also provided a realtime video of the roof walk before and after the project.

Once I gave the thumbs up, they mobilized a team and was out here the following week. The gutters were supposed to arrive at the end of this month, but once Brandon saw the new roof, he moved things around to make it happen 3 days later.

The owner Mr. Austin was professional. He came out within 24 hours of me contacting him to give me an estimate. We walked my home. He explained the why. He was able to use my neighbors on both sides to explain similarities and differences with gutters on different homes. Once the date was set his crew was at my home at 9am and done around 6. The shape of my roof meant I needed gutters on all sides. So it was a decent size job. They did a walk through with me when they were done to see if I had questions. I would recommend.

So far so good with the roof replacement 4 days ago. I was impressed by how well the workers cleaned up my property after the replacement and the punctuality on the day of the replacement.
