As a retired military man, and corporate professional, Manuel and his team were by far the best choice to replace my roof. AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. One company came out an asked for the documentation from my insurance company, and gave me a quote for the entire claim amount, when they replaced a roof across the street for $10K less. At first glance there appeared to be no damage to my roof after an intense wind and rain event. A day or two later I noticed that there were two displaced shingles. One roofer took a look at my roof from the ground, but I never heard from him again. A week or so later my door bell rings and there stood Manuel Tello.
Manuel gave my roof an inspection with a drone. With the photos from that I was able to see that I had more damage than could be seen from the ground. My house is 2 stories. So my Insurance company decided that I needed an entire roof replacement after seeing the photos and a direct on the roof inspection with Manuel and the Insurance examiner.

Union Roofing and Manuel were awesome to work with during our full-roof replacement and insurance claim. From start to finish, Manuel was professional, always on time, and did exactly what he promised. Manuel walked me through the entire claim process, and worked directly with the insurance company to resolve any issues. The service was professional. They started on time at 6am. Finished by the afternoon. Cleaned up well. The owner assisted me through the whole process.

Multiple repairs to new roof and it still leaks. Poor response time and clueless crews. Avoid! All these good reviews are fake are from family member and friends this is the worst roofing company . Manuel is the very unprofessional and after multiple call they blocked us I gonna take this company to court please do not do any business with them!!

Signed a contract with this company. No out-of-pocket expenses. Once I showed them insurance paperwork they refused to honor their contract and asked for more money. Then they failed to show up or call on scheduled roof installation date. Manuel said he was busy. No apology. Then I had to call them back out to clean gutters once they finished roof. Very happy with the actual roof replacement. Workers did a great job and were tipped accordingly. Manuel said he'd give me and a neighbor estimate to install gutter guards. Asked 3 times. He never showed up. Guess business didn't need the money? I reluctantly gave another neighbor their number. Then Manuel came to my home, up onto my deck yelling accusing me of sharing roofing pricing with a neighbor. Said i cost his business money. I was very patient with these people. When you bring drama to my home, you've crossed the line!

Materials were delivery on Monday and my beautiful roof was completed on Tuesday. There were no issues and the clean up was meticulous. Inspection was completed with my insurance company and everything we so well. Thanks for the wonderful job. Great company.

The union roofing guys did a great job on my roof. after some storm damages it was best to just replace my entire roof and they worked with me on finding the right colors and roofing for my home.

I chose this company over others, first of all because of their good customer service, that is very important to me. They were very Professional, and catered to my every request. The whole process from time of Inspection to starting the work took only about a week, and I have one of the toughest insurance companies to deal with when it comes to roof claims. I was also impressed with their timeliness in completeing the job.They were done in about 10 hrs. They did an excellent job with clean up, it looked like they were never there. I was very pleased with my new roof, they did an amazing job. I shared before and after pictures with family and friends, and they said my new roof is so beautiful! I referred this company to my neighbor whose roof they also did, and it turned out amazing as well. I highly recommend this company!

They do their job quick and efficient. We initially spoke with them when they came by our home and noticed some damage on the roof from the street. 3 days later, they started replacing our entire roof and finished in one day. Very quick. Luis was wonderful, very reassuring and helpful through each step along the way. If we knew more people in the state, we would send everyone we know their way.

Manuel Tello owner of Union Roofing recently completed 2 projects for me. First was a full roof replacement. They completed the entire job in just one day and on budget. Everyone was very professional and the workmanship was outstanding. Second was water damage renovations which required replacing all of the hardwood flooring on the main floor along with sheet rock repair. They completed the project ahead of schedule. Again everyone was very professional and they made sure we were completely satisfied down to the smallest detail. Best contractor I have ever worked with. Highly recommend.
