If I could ZERO STARS I would. I have had problem after problem since I purchase a home from trademark from the time of closing year 2019- 2024. I want to cry literally everyday. I don’t even want to bother with the list of repairs and money spent. I learn a lesson to read reviews and do my research on builders from here on out.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I will never do a presale with a company like this again. Trademark structures their contracts in a way that it can be interpreted in their favor in court and then holds your presale down payment against you as collateral. We were purchasing the 2nd largest lot in a neighborhood and expected a cleared lot. At the end of it, they put a little sod behind the back patio and from there was a steep grade to a wooded area. This was this grade because of the basement lot next to it. They would not clear the wooded area or compromise at all on the steepness of the grade or retaining walls, etc.. They drug us along for months before letting us know this as well, as I had to figure something out because our lease was expiring where we lived. That lot ended up being one of the smallest lots in the neighborhood, but it was not priced accordingly. I have 2 young boys that are just learning to walk, and the gradient was not safe. Without Trademark willing to compromise, I had to drop the contract and ended up losing the presale deposit and construction deposit. When asking if they would settle on a less amount they refused even though most of the funds were only available to me because of my daughters life insurance claim from her passing just 6 months before entering into this transaction. I will never do a business transaction again where someone else holds all the cards, and Trademark is definitely one of those predatory companies that takes advantage of these situations. They could care less about a winning situation for their clients. It is all about a bottom line $$ for them.

Overall disappointed with our Trademark home, we are in the 8th year of the home, one of the gutters just fell off revealing it was not installed up to code. No facia board, and insurance wont cover it due to improper installation. Interior ceiling tape falling off, overall poor quality.

Rich and his team are always helpful to solve our issues. They provided quick response and timely solution all the time. I am glad that we have him and Trademark Quality Homed team.

If we had it to do over again, we wouldn't choose Trademark. NOT QUALITY!

The quality of these 500k plus homes are poor. Our walk through went terribly. They promised to correct to poor paint job. Left grout on our floors. Drains filled with construction debris. We had to paint our brand new home within a month due to the poor quality.

Trademark is known for improper grading.
Now everytime it rains mud slides down our hill. They promised to resolve it. They just threw pinestraw on the issue. Not to mention our back yard is a river when it rains...

Two of my other neighbors are having AC issues. We thought this would be our forever home. Not so sure.

Poor quality construction is an understatement. Read all the 1 star reviews over the past few years. We should have read them before we purchased. They are all spot on. Over time, we will have to remodel every room and all the landscaping as well. I could tell you about all our problems but no need to bore you. Avoid buying one of these homes unless you have unlimited funds.

I have purchased my home brand new almost two years ago and have had so many issues with my house. They tell you that your is covered under warranty and than say things aren’t covered. At closing I’ve mentioned several issues that was wrong and was promised it would be fixed and than told it’s not covered! I wouldn’t recommend this builder and or company at all! First time homebuyer disaster and completely dissatisfied with my home!

The worst experience I have had with home buying as well as customer service , very poor construction. No willingness to stand behind there product and the agent was awful. Dropped the ball with this buyer and would not recommend them to anyone . Basically they suck all the way around !

We love our new home. The few very minor issues that have come up have been quickly handled. Our construction liaison/customer service manager, Ryan, is outstanding. He calls proactively to check up on the status of any open repairs and genuinely cares about our experience with Trademark. Buy a TQH and you won't be disappointed.

Nicely built home. No major issues and the little ones right after we moved in were fixed promptly. Our realtor was spot on. We love our new home and would use Trademark again!

We has a great experience with this company. Trademark did a great job from the design and construction of our home to the sale and signing of the papers. Everything was on time.
I would definitely use them again, and would advise anyone looking to purchase a new home to give them a look first.

I have nothing but good things to say about Trademark; specifically the superintendent over Trotters Run has been extremely helpful and always available when needed.

We moved from Georgia after less than a year and a half in our home. Sold it due to the insane costs to keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter due to the failure to properly insulate the home, it was finished so poorly that we could hear people clearly outside the home while sitting in the downstairs bedroom.

The front yard was graded towards the house and flooded in the rain.

The carpets were so cheap that they wore within the first year.

We called about a ceiling collapse in the master bathroom and the repair was adequate at best, ceiling was never flush at the joint again.

The roof had a leak the first month due to a surround on the ventilation missing, instead of putting it in, they siliconed the area and called it good, this was noticed when selling the house and we had to pay for the repair ourselves.

I don't recommend this builder.

There's nothing wrong with this builder, and I'm posting largely because their reviews need some balance. We've had our home for approximately 18 months, and we've run in to very few issues. In fact, our issues were electrical and the electrician we had to use under warranty was adequately responsive, even if not urgently prompt. It was nothing more than sensitive breaker switches which took 5 minutes to replace. We've had no issues with structure, HVAC, or plumbing to this point.

If I were nitpicking, we signed a contract for a home with kitchen island lights and the island lights weren't installed. Apparently there was a hub placed for them, so the electrician put them in very inexpensively a couple hundred dollars, including switch replacement, etc). This is my only actual complaint.

In my opinion, there is less sloppiness in our home than an average home from a couple of the larger builders' homes I've seen, including in model homes. Given the price we paid relative to the market and square footage, we received greater than average value, and better than average work. Our neighbors are generally happy as well. If you're considering purchasing one of their homes, I would say that you should evaluate the home individually rather than dismissal as a result of poor online reviews.

In the last 3 years in my home I’ve had to replace the septic pump, the water heater, fix the garage door (it collapsed), trouble with the grading of the yard, grout all bathroom floors and master shower, replace the water line on the bottom of toilet and now I have busted pipe that has to be fixed or replaced. I have reached out several times to the builder on some of the issues but got no feedback.

We bought a brand-new build from this company. A number of problems emerged in the one-year warranty period, two of particular note: 1) the HVAC was installed by a poor subcontractor and regularly failed and 2) electrical outlets that were incorrectly installed. What should have been immediately corrected dragged on throughout the warranty year and despite our being dissatisfied with their efforts when the warranty expired they refused to cover continuing costs on issues never corrected during the warranty year. We had to spend $10,000 of our own money on issues with a brand-new house that this company never adequately addressed during the warranty period. We cannot recommend strongly enough to avoid builds by this company.
