The team at Trademark Solutions is exceptional! A few years ago I had significant water damage at my house and in one quick call they were out to my home getting things taken care of. Their customer service and knowledge takes all the fear and concern out of the way when you have this team doing the work. They are extremely professional and the quality of work is exceptional!! So good that a couple of years later I hired them again for additional work and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend this team if you want to ensure the job is done right.

We used trademark to remove our old deck and build a three seasons room with a deck. It was the easiest work I have ever had done on any home I have owned or lived in. Derrick answered every question I had and helped us avoid common mistakes while we were in our starry eyed planning phase. As a woman I have worked with other contractors/repairmen and felt talked down to or as if I was being humored. Derrick Dixon was not like that, he took the time to explain why you would choose one way or the other, he was honest about where it made sense to save money and where we might want to splurge. Our three seasons room is the only work my husband and I have had done where both of us felt totally relaxed about all of our choices. We felt so good about the work that Derrick did we called him back when we were ready for a new roof and gutters. That was also a painless process. I have and will continue to recommend Trademark, Derrick and his team to anyone who asks. He is just a solid dude and treats you with respect. He gets that you are putting your trust in him and your money, he is responsible with both. Excellent work and excellent to work with.

Trademark did an amazing job renovating our bathroom and the flooring throughout our kitchen, living room, hallway, and bathroom. They were kind, professional, and completed their work in a timely manner. They asked questions throughout the renovation process to ensure that everything was done just how we wanted. We are so happy with how everything turned out!!

Trademark Building Solutions completely remodeled my 1970’s master bath to an elegant 5-star hotel appearance. I was impressed when the tile expert removed existing material (down to the studs) and built a technical masterpiece last winter. Great experience working with Trademark! Quality work at a good price. Would definitely recommend for new build, additions, renovations. We had a roof leak that ended up flooding an upstairs bedroom, the living room below, and damaging some of our wood windows. They fixed the leak, replaced all of the damaged ceiling, drywall, flooring in the bedroom, replaced the popcorn ceiling in the living room, and replaced the warped wood windows. Everything turned out like it never happened, but better!

Trademark Building Solutions did such a great job with cleanup and repair of our house after the fire you couldn’t even tell that there had been a fire . Beautifully done! Work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend them.

Trademark fully renovated two of our bathrooms last year after extensive water damage. They were phenomenal to work with. Detail oriented, great communication and beautiful work. Not enough good things can be said about the amazing work Trademark Building Solutions and Owner/Operator Derrick Dixon did with our home remodel. We were very fortunate to work with people with such remarkable work ethic and integrity. Trademark recently completed a major first floor remodel with comprehensive structural and cosmetic changes. This was a massive project that other companies were hesitant to take on. Derrick took an authentic interest in our project from the beginning and was honest about the complexities and timeline. Derrick always answered or promptly returned our phone calls and messages, and was very visible throughout the entire process. Everyone on his team was hardworking, professional, and friendly. We were never stuck waiting for people to show up and every day we witnessed our home transform for the better. His estimation for the completion of our five month project was spot on to the week, even through COVID. Derrick recommended amazing vendors (cabinetry, architect, windows, appliances) that all worked out wonderfully.
This very easily could have turned into a nightmare of a project but Derrick was always straightforward with us, rolled with changes we made midway through the project, and even let us know how and where we could save money without sacrificing our end goals.
Trademark’s bid on our project was reasonable and fair, the work is impeccable, and we couldn’t be happier.
