Roofing PD did a complete tear off and new install on my roof . They were ahead of schedule, communicated well, were very fairly priced and delivered what was agreed to, the crew that did the work did my complete job in 8 hours. This was a very cohesive group with 8-10 guys ( hard to count they all were moving quickly and effectively) you could tell they work well as a team and cleaned up the area very well like you wouldn’t know anyone was on site. Patrick and John provided what was promised and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work on their roof

Roofing PD took care of the entire process from initial damage inspection on roof and working with our insurance company to file claim all the way through final repairs of new roof on our barn. Roofing PD provided excellent service and overall great experience.

I dont normally do online reviews. But for this company I felt I need too. What a good company. They did are home in Brighton. From the first meeting with the sales rep. Jack to the office team, Hunter and Kylee. All did a great job and was easy to work with! The works that came out to replace my roof did amazing work. They even took great care to prep and cleaning up when it was all done. Really a First Class roofing company!! We were really so happy with Roofing PD we asked if they would come out to are lake house last month to replace that roof too. And Yes, they did the same top quity work again. Five Stars for sure!!!

From our sales rep, Troy, to the on-site crew, to the project manager and owner - who both walked the roof at the end of the job - everyone was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Phenomenal customer service. Had a minor issue due to weather from a job they completed a year ago. Called up their office and they had someone out and fixed it within 30 minutes, no questions asked!

I had an emergency where I needed my entire roof and all the decking completely replaced, as well as all new vent system in the attic. I couldn't afford it. I spoke to the owner and we were able to work something out. Three days later his team was at my house and finished the whole project in about 10 hours. Roof looks perfect, attic properly vented, my property was more clean after they left than when they showed up. All in all, about as good as an experience as you can have with a business.

I had three roofs replaced after a hail storm (house, garage, outbuilding) and my experience with Roofing PD was outstanding. The hail had left holes in the roof, water was dripping into the buildings and the situation was a mess and needed urgent attention. From the moment they took the job, they told me to just relax and they would take care of everything. They came through in flying colors. They immediately installed temporary patches to stop water leakage, helped select shingles, gutter guards and trim to match the color and style of the house and buildings and helped interface with the insurance company. Soon after a huge crew of very proffesional and friendly workers arrived and stripped off the old roofs, rebuilt the underlayment where it had been damaged and then replaced the roof, gutters and trim in just two days. This was a large job and the speed was amazing. They paid attention to details and took special care not to damage shrubs, trees and gardens near the work area. When they finished they left the place looking better than it had been before the hail storm. They knew how much the insurance would cover and they made a point of charging significantly less so I would still have funds to cover interior repairs that were needed. From the beginning to the end they were perfect in all regards and the job was utterly flawless.

PD Roofing has the most efficient crews I have ever seen. They just roofed 2000 square-foot home with a three car garage and it was completed, start to finish in less than a day. The workmanship looks perfect and they did a great job cleaning up their mess at the end of the day.

Last December we called Roofing PD. We were very happy with the new roof and gutters.
The sales explanation by Matt was very professional and thorough. We wanted a couple changes made and we were accommodated, with no question.
We were pleasantly surprised that we received the work on the first good day, after agreeing on the job. We thought we would have had to wait till spring. The conditions were good and we had a very, thorough team on the site. They did a great job cleaning up when done.
We did have a couple short reschedules on the gutters, because of the weather, but it was a good weather day, when they came.
When it became time for them to pick up their road sign, I just put it in front of my neighbor's house, while they were doing this.

Roofing PD put new roofs on a residential home and a commercial building for me. One building needed substantial repairs, which were done timely and amazingly well. Roofing PD’s 7-man roofing crew was very experienced and did not cut any corners. Details such as correctly venting a bath fan were done without me having to ask. Ice and water shield, starter/edge rows, flashing, and venting, were all done beyond expectations. The quality of work and materials were exceptional. Clean up was perfect. The price was more than fair. I would give these guys more than 5-stars if possible. I will trust these guys with future roof jobs. Thank you Roofing PD.

Every single touch point in the process with Roofing PD was A+!! From the online instant quote tool to the initial meeting/quote finalizing process with Matt; picking out the shingle color; project scheduling & rescheduling (due to rain) and the actual work being done...was professional and we are 100% satisfied. The roofing crew did an excellent job protecting our flower beds, trees, deck, AC unit and the whole house generator - and their site clean-up during and after the job was great! 2 thumbs up and 5 stars to Patrick and his team for a job well done!!

Roofing PD did our home & our detached garage.

Crew was quick and did a great job. Showed up on site on time everyday and worked until sunset. They covered all of our outdoor landscaping with tarps and moved anything breakable further from the house. They cleaned up exceptionally well to ensure nails, staples, etc were picked up (which was very important to me having small kids walking outdoors with bare feet)

Ken the project manager always kept us updated each day on the progress.

Working with Matt during the quoting process was so simple. He was prompt to come out for a visit, answered all my questions & the quote was incredibly detailed! He even checked in towards the end of the project to make sure I was satisfied and if anything needed to be corrected/relayed to the crew.

Kylee in the front office kept me in the loop of when the project would start and if it was delayed due to weather. I was able to take some samples of different shingle colors home too to determine preferred color, which was a huge help!

Brendan was very professional when he came out to give our initial estimate. He is very proficient with regards to the GAF product. We discussed roofing options, ie., metal or GAF, he gave me the pros and cons so we could make the right decision for our home. Once we made the final decision to go through with the roof, we got a call immediately with an install date. On install date, Scotty P let me know that he had been to our home, took inventory and got his crew started. The crew worked very well together. The crew cleaned the grounds from debris, staples and nails; they did an awesome job cleaning up. Our roof was started and finished in the same day. It looks amazing!!!
After our roof was completed, Scotty P contacted us to make sure we were % satisfied and did we have any concerns?. Scotty P set up a follow up appointment with us. Following the roofing job the team did a through job of cleaning up and Scott P and I walked the exterior where we went over the completed project. Matt Smith our Sales Rep turned around our quote while onsite, so there was no waiting. I am looking forward to our next project where they replace the gutters!

During a storm, a tree fell and went through our roof. We called several companies trying to find someone to fix the damage. Roofing PD was the only one to answer the phone. Within 24 hours, they came out and patched the hole to prevent further damage.

Roofing PD is AWESOME! Started at 8am and worked the entire day(till 9pm) to try to get it done. They could not, so they were back at 8 AM and completed our job in a few hours.
