In all honesty, this place is the best place I have ever been. Following the negotiations between the financial managers and Markus, I have been offered a better rate, despite my trading being a bit under. They have given me so much hope and reminded me that the Rav4 I bought is one of the best. It turns out it is one of the best purchases I have ever received. I want to give a shout-out to this Toyota Dealership as they have been helpful all the way, and I am surely appreciative of it.

I highly recommend John in sales at Hattiesburg Toyota if you looking to purchase a vehicle. My purchase of a new Tundra was easy and painless. The entire staff was pleasant and made this the best experience I’ve had when buying a vehicle.

Marcus Lucas is the best!! I have been working with him to purchase a new vehicle, but wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. Marcus was knowledgeable, patient, and kind! He didn’t push me to purchase something I didn’t want, but rather helped me to understand what I would be happy with that would fit my needs. I love my new vehicle and am appreciative to Marcus for all of his help and understanding! He’s THE BEST!!

Very friendly service and very helpful when asking questions. Only down side is it can take half the day for just a regular maintenance to be done and even have an appointment. But overall 5 stars

Honestly it was a horrible experience all around. I got ripped off on both ends I was pressured into buying a vehicle by a car sales man. I was given 13k trade in for my 20k truck. And the price for the 2021 Tacoma was horrible. 34k for a 2021 Tacoma base model. With 50k miles. Not to mention I had to get all 4 new tires in 7 months of having the truck and a 400 dollar battery in the first 9 months I get it I could have backed out but I definitely was targeted and pressured into this deal since they knew I was a disabled veteran and had a constant paycheck. This was less than 2 years ago. Now the truck is worth 23k. I would give my business elsewhere. Please don’t waste your time and money on half hearted business. God bless…

This was my third purchase from Hattiesburg Toyota and the best experience thus far. Robert Mcginty had the truck ready for me when I arrived. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. This place is ridiculous.They told me they could help me.I'd drive all the way up there, knowing that I didn't have no gas to really go but they said they could help me, but they didn't help me.They just wasted my time.. if I was you, I would never do business with them. My parents bought a new car from Toyota of Hattiesburg a couple of days ago. Their salesman was rushed, didn’t take the time to tell them anything about the car, and was impatient.
They got home and realized there were no floor mats in the car. They called and were told that the car does not come with floor mats and they would have to buy some for almost $200 even though her car is one of the top trims and NO MENTION WAS MADE before they left the lot on Monday. We are very upset and disappointed.

Yousuf was absolutely amazing and super helpful for us when it came to buying our first new car! He and Brandon made our experience seamless and also incredibly fun! They are a great group of people and we have now made new friends through the process! I could not recommend Toyota of Hattiesburg enough, especially Yousuf and Brandon! Bryce went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Could not ask for a better sales person that I can now call a friend. If you ever need a new car and need someone that is honest and willing to sit and talk to you without a rush he is your guy. Never did I feel rushed or like he was talking me into buying he just helped me get a car that made me comfortable. Can’t wait to drive home my 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross soon! Mr. Tomas did a great job in answering mine and my dad’s questions yesterday and in providing insight on this model of Toyota that I’ve been praying about and looking at for several months. Mr. Tomas was very patient as we were mulling over the options in buying a new vehicle versus a used one. On a separate note, it was very interesting to learn the similar life experiences my dad and Mr. Tomas had in their previous involvement with Boy Scouts. From a person who has previously worked in retail, I’ve learned that a buyer can become more comfortable and interested in entrusting their time and business in you when there’s common, personal life interests. Though I do know it’s a sales person’s job to push sales and knew what to expect when we walked in, I think we got the best person for our purchase. We spoke with a gentleman in the financial department who’s name I can’t remember, but I felt confident in the conversations I observed between him and my dad that we are dealing with sales people who care, are doing their job but are also realistic/relatable people. I’m grateful that we entrusted our business here and I’m excited to have a vehicle from a Make that is known for its reliability and longevity.

You have to be careful! They tried to make me change the battery from my car saying that it was dead and they have run multiple diagnostics and the battery is bad. Thankfully we decided not to do it there and take it somewhere else to get the battery checked. In the other place we were told that the battery was TOTALLY FINE. That it does not seem to have any issues at all and that the charging system and everything else were working fine! We go to this place because we thought it was more “secure” but it’s definitely not!

Marquise was excellent from the time we pulled up till the time we left! We initially came in to look at one that had unfortunately just got sold, he wound up showing us one we liked even more. Exceptional service!! Would definitely recommend!
