Another great job by Touchstone Roofing! David is a great project manager. He addressed all of our needs and requests. They replaced our roof, the gutters, repainted the exterior and did interior repairs and painting. Finished up in a timely manner. This is the 4th time we have used Touchstone and will certainly call on them for any future needs. Great job!

The roof is leaking just one year after a full replacement. These 5-star reviews are misleading—many were written by clients who were given gift cards in exchange. I contacted the company for assistance, but they have completely failed to respond or take any action.

Unlike others in the market, I found them to be very cordial and professional with first time homeowners or old timers alike, very knowledgeable, clear, communicative and honest throughout the process. I had an inspection with on site estimate with the project manager Loren. It was fast and easy to contact and get an inspection. My neighbor recommended me this company. I recommend this company too.

I discovered I needed a new roof and I called around found three different companies that had good reviews. that also dealt with solar panels . I called each of them to get an appointment set up for someone to come out and I was in a panic so I wanted it done as quickly as possible. One company couldn’t send anyone out for a week and a half the second company I called scheduled me And the day they were to come out called to reschedule . when I called Touchstone, they told me they could come out on Monday and this was a Friday I accepted this, but they called back and said they could work me in that day. A rep Named Sierra came that morning checked over everything put my mind at ease about what steps to take how to contact my insurance company and took over this project and made everything run smoothly. I really truly expected extra charges, delays, every worst thing you can think of about having a roof replaced this coming from having to have the roof replaced 12 years ago. The nightmare that was compared to this was almost like night and day. I got the first pick on shingles I chose, they upgraded some things I didn’t even consider needing upgrading. Fixed/ replaced items on roof that should have been fixed by the previous company but wasn’t.
This company handled the Solar part of my project perfectly. They also stayed in constant contact with me, which made me feel at ease every step of the way.
All I can say is if you need a roof, Touchstone Roofing can be trusted. They work with your insurance company very well and for as much as I can tell, there’s nothing hidden about their work practices are very upfront, straightforward, and mindful of your property.

This company did a fantastic job installing new roof on my one story house with extremely steep roof. They used high quality materials (GAF) and even replaced a few boards that prior roofer had simply patched up after removed turtle vents. They did not cut corners in any step. And Matt was incredibly responsive the whole way and even showed up New Years eve day to apply extra caulk to new skylights.

Touchstone did a fantastic job of replacing our hail damaged roof. Our project manager, Loren Jacques, was diligent about personally overseeing the work. He also worked with both our insurance company and our HOA to expedite the necessary approvals and claim adjustments. All the work, including painting, is high quality. We elected to upgrade our roof quality/warranty, and Touchstone priced that reasonably.

Loren Jacques did an excellent job as the project manager for our roof replacement and other repairs. He was on task, easy to get in touch with, returned my calls timely, and he demonstrated a clear commitment to respond to all of my concerns and produce good workmanship.

We have a very large and complex roof on our house snd after the hail damage we were very concerned about who would be able to handle the job. Touchstone Roofing, LLC did an outstanding job on my home after hail damage. Replaced the roof, facia, gutters, screens, and restained the fence. My project manager was Chris Salinas. He was with me each step of the way, making sure the job was done right and I was happy with the results. Each team (roofers, painters, gutters, screens) provided quality service and took care of the little extra things that they found along the way. Neighbors have called and stop by to tell me how wonderful the house looks! It truly looks brand new! I would highly recommend working with this company and Chris if you are needing help after the wind and hail storms.

We just finished replacing our roof and are really impressed with the crew. Cyera and her team did a great job replacing my roof after hail damage. At first, insurance only paid for very low amount of money for the entire roof, sounds like no one will be willing to take the job. But Cyera’s team reviewed the claim and found a simple error, where insurance misunderstood number of shingles vs sqft of roof. After the correct payment was received, her team arranged everything and replaced the roof. The team handled all the communication with insurance. It saved me a lot of time and hassle. Thanks.

We have had leak after leak. They have been out a few times to ‘repair’ aka goop it up with silicone. One leak that was repetitive and literally raining inside our house, they ghosted us. We ended up figuring out the issue and fixed it ourselves. Roof is barely 2 years old and every rainfall thats more than a sprinkle reveals another leak. We have again been told ‘we will send someone out’ and that was weeks ago. Our ceilings are getting ruined with wet spots and stuff in our attic is getting rained on now.

Edit to add: They reached out after seeing the review and came immediately to make it right. Replaced the problem area, put a protective underlayment underneath, paid my husband for the fix he did and to touch up the ceiling spots. Everything was done in a matter of a few hours and everyone was very nice and proficient. Would have changed it to a 4 or 5 star if we werent gas lighted for 8 months concerning multiple problem areas. I am very grateful everything was made right though.

Chris Salinas and his team from Touchstone Roofing LLC, re-roofed my house. They showed up at 06:15 and started immediately doing their thing. They stripped all the Hail damaged shingles, and reinstalled the new shingles on the entire roof, all in one (1) day ir 12 hours. The team was polite and friendly, the cleaned the site and checked the ground for nails. Really glad I picked this team!!! Day 2 another team came in and installed new gutters with leaf guards.

Being new to the area, I had never experienced a hail storm before last Spring. The day after the storm, the neighborhood was swarming with people wanting to ‘fix my roof’. I had no less than a dozen people stop, knock on the door, and tell me all sorts of different things about how I for sure had leaks, I needed to replace everything immediately or insurance will not cover, shady sorts of stories to go round…..and I politely said ‘not interested’. I spoke to my neighbor who had good luck with Touchstone so we called them out. Chris and Zac showed up, on time, with all details in hand, sat at my dining room table and walked me through the entire process. They were not pushy, they were informative, they were punctual, they were professionals and they never once used the scare tactics so many others came up with. They gave me some time to do some research in their pricing, so I’d feel comfortable in what I would be getting for my money, and quite honesty, they just beat everyone else hands down. They worked side by side with my insurance company, they navigated me through all my questions, they gave great suggestions on colors and stylings, and they just took care of me. I cannot say enough great things about these guys and the company! I highly recommend anyone needing any repair, needing quotes, or if you just have questions, give these guys a call. They put the customer first, and they are always willing to go the extra mile.
