We just spent 30+ minutes on the phone with Matt and Erin while they walked us through troubleshooting our new RV’s electrical problem. We were dead in the water and they were able to help us pinpoint the exact issue and find the work around we needed to avoid us having to cancel our 4 week road trip. I cannot thank you two enough! Great service on our motorhome, they were able to fix the door hinge. Tech arrived as scheduled and was extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Totally Hitched.

Totally incompetent is what his business should be called. He did an oil and filter change and fuel filter change on my pusher and generator I made the mistake of not shadowing him the entire time. I asked him if he had cranked both engines and checked for oil and fuel leaks. His answer was yes. A few days later I went to crank the coach and it ran about 5 seconds and died. Upon checking the filters there was no bowl on the bottom of the primary filter and no fuel in the secondary filter. So it’s apparent that he did not and could not check for leaks because no fuel could get to the primary filer much less the injectors. When I cranked the generator oil was pouring down the filer.
I called him three times to get him to come amend his errors. I finally told a lady that answers his phone that I had issues with his work and wanted him to call me. That was over a month ago and no response.
It’s apparent that he knows nothing about changing oil and fuel filters even though he advertises to change them. Since he lacked the knowledge why didn’t he just tell me he couldn’t do the job.
Be careful and watch everything he does and double check his work because once he’s paid he cares nothing about his work ethics.

Edit. He never called even once. He never left a voice mail. The truck is still in him because it hasn’t come out!! He knew he had screwed me!!! And didn’t have a clue what he was doing on the fuel filters.
