The guys at Total Roof Protection have been tremendous to work with. My house was hit by a tornado and I had no idea where to begin. They helped me tarp the house instantly and guided me through the insurance process. They took the legwork out of everything. They coordinated all the repairs along the way but were keeping me involved in the decision making along the way. I didn’t have time to deal with individual contractors like a lot of my neighbors. They handled it all! I was able to talk to Jeremy and Aaron as friends instead of business associates. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a contractor you can trust!

I had an insurance claim on my roof and Aaron Smith from Total Roof Protection took care of the whole process. He dealt with the insurance company, ran the roofing crew, and kept the whole process organized from start to finish. He and his company did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend them.

This company is fantastic they helped me with every aspect of my roofing. My roof was damaged by the September 24 hailstorm and these guys and gals were in my neighborhood a month later. We talked some numbers made a plan and they got it done. Would highly recommend.

First thing I have to say is Chris has been hands on since he and his wife showed up on our doorstep from the very beginning.....he took care of neccesary communication with the insurance company amd all we had to do is stand back and watch it all take place.....the are quick and attentive and I never expected them to be so available to our specific baby puppies needs before ears opened but I'm grateful that it happened.....I can't believe how fast the crew came in and took care of business and cleaned their whole mess up.....if you have any doubt about this company I will stand on my front porch and swear your not gonna find one better...We love our new roof and the service we received..Amen

What an amazing experience!. The whole group from T.R.P were absolutely amazing and very personal. Very easy to talk to . They are very on time and accessible (which is a big thing for me). I never once felt intimidated by calling them or the whole process. About my roof, my insurance adjuster at 1st only wanted to cover. 33 of a 1430 sq ft roof. TRP was able to convince and show my insurance that I needed a total roof replacement and in the end I went from a partial replacement to actually getting a FULL/ TOTAL NEW ROOF. I couldn't believe it. I now have absolute confidence in recommending them. No problem. I have also recommended them to my brother. So glad to work with them. Brian H.

When it comes to the roof, they knew what they were doing, but when it comes being a subcontractor for an insurance claim. Brother stick to the roofing. Please if you have to make an insurance claim and need a subcontractor for help don’t seek this man. Jeremy says he can do it. No!!! Don’t. I repeat. Don’t. Just an example of what Jeremy’s hands can do. The photo represents a second attempt at the door trim. I won’t go any further on the other repairs and lack of communication. Save yourself a headache. Don’t put any extra money in this dude pockets that he doesn’t deserve. Hopefully y’all can read this message and he doesn’t flag this.

As a home inspector I see a lot of roofs and a lot of companies doing roof repairs and Installations but Jeremy and his Team are one of the best around. When I have questions I can text them and he gives me advise and an answer to my questions right away. Jeremy has also shown up to an inspection of mine within 30 mins of the realtor calling him. Top notch!!!
