Washita roofing did a roof inspection for me. They were very thorough and responded to my request quickly. I had a full written report and estimate with pictures within 24 hours! I would highly recommend them!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. They were recommended by my realtor and initially provided a quote for roof replacement and gutter repair. However, two weeks later—without my knowledge or consent—they contacted my insurance company to request a substantial increase in the claim. Instead of informing me directly, they told my realtor, which was shady and unprofessional.

I only found out when they emailed my insurance company again, cc’d me, and falsely stated that they had a signed agreement with me—which was completely untrue, as I had never even spoken with them. When I demanded they correct this misinformation, they never did.

To make matters worse, I obtained three other quotes for the same work, all of which were about 2/3 of the revised amount Washita Roofing was pushing for. When I asked what the additional money was needed for, both the owner and his wife vaguely responded with “code stuff” but couldn’t provide any clear details. The lack of transparency and questionable tactics made it impossible to trust them.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. There are far more professional and honest roofing companies out there.

I was extremely impressed with this roofing company. They were incredibly quick to respond to my inquiry and went out to the property right away. My buyer had some serious concerns regarding the roof of a home she was purchasing, and the team thoroughly assessed the situation and explained everything clearly. They were professional, efficient, and truly helped alleviate my buyer's worries. I will definitely be recommending them in the future!

These guys came and looked at my roof within 24 hours of me getting ahold of them. They were prompt, professional, and gave me updates every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their roofing needs.

Christian and his dad, Nick were great. They were very responsive, quick to reply and worked with our schedule to come out once the roads were cleared after a tornado came through. They looked over our entire property for damage that may be covered by our insurers and talked us through options. This was our first time dealing with home insurance for a storm so we were very grateful to have someone that would talk to us about what may be covered vs not. They showed us pictures of the roof damage but ultimately thought that the repairs were minimal and would not be more than our deductible. They offered to do an estimate, we declined. They then sent us the pictures and talked through logical steps for repairs. I would absolutely use them again, if we ever need someone.

I called Washita Roofing to do a roof inspection after I had one done with another company & had a bad feeling about how pushy they were. SOOOO glad I did. My roof was fine aside from a few nail lifts. They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. Will ONLY call them in the future!!!!

Needed an inspection after an issue with my insurance. Gave them a call one evening, Nic was able to stop by my house the next day. Thorough inspection and good information. I don't need to replace the roof today, but I'll give them a call when I do.

We were told by another roofing company that we should file a claim with our insurance company to get our roof replaced. We decided to get a second opinion and had Nic from Washita Roofing & Construction come out to evaluate any damage we had. Although we had minor damage to our gutters and valley flashing which Nic showed us pictures of, he told us we had an excellent roof and it should easily last another 20 years. WOW, finally a honest evaluation! Nic spent over 30 minutes on our roof in 100 degree weather and charged us nothing. Can you guess who we’ll call next time we do need our roof repaired? I can’t give these guys enough credit for a great evaluation and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. 5++ stars!

Great company! Excellent service. They offer free inspections whether you decide to use them or not. Other companies charge you for the inspection cost upfront but then take off of the price when you decide to use them.

I was contacted by Washita Roofing representative Nic Whitney, who offered to check our roof for hail damage. After his inspection, he reported that - although our roof showed minor damage in a few isolated places - the roof was in excellent shape for its age and truly did not need replacing at that time. I appreciated his honesty, as it would have been easy for him to make a case for submitting a claim to my insurance company based on technicalities. At the point that we will need to replace our roof in the future, because of Nic I will give Washita Roofing prime consideration for doing the job.

I reached out to Stephanie late on Monday in a panic to get someone out as soon as possible. We are buying a house and based on the Home Inspection we wanted a roofing company to take a look before we moved forward. She assured me she would have so.eone out there on Tuesday morning. I also called 2 other companies who assured me the same thing. One never showed up, the other never sent me a report as requested. Stephanie let me know she had sent Nick out and he arrived early, by mid day Tuesday I had a report. They were honest, efficient and very very good about following up! Above All Expectations: As a wife of a husband with dementia, I was so afraid of being taken advantage of by both the insurance company and the roofing company. Not so with Washita. They were AMAZING to my husband and me. Knowledgeable: If it weren’t for Nic @ Washita Roofing, our claim would have been denied. He walked us through the steps to get the claim approved. Thanks to him we paid our deductible ($5k) instead of $70k! Professional: They were true to their word down to the last details.
Skilled: They perfectly replaced our roof in one and a half days!!

I chose Washita Roofing & Construction because of the salesman Nic who presented me with complete information about the entire process, the materials used, the cost, and cleanup. The roofers began at 7:30 am and roof was completed before 12:00 pm. The new roof comes with a warranty for worksmanship so that is reassuring should any issues develop. I highly recommend this company. They are the real deal, no scamming worries.

The experience I had with this roofing company was part. None was the most professional and respected. They did the job a complete roof in under one day from start to stop. The cleanup was excellent. Have not had any nails go through any of my tires or feet while walking, barefoot around my house. Furthermore, the warranty is excellent and the owner of the company personally talk to us and checked in to see how we enjoyed the roof and if we were pleased with the peoples work, they were punctual and on time and polite. I give them a five star rating.
