Hartland Construction and Roofing

Hartland construction was great from start to finish. They helped with the insurance claim, quickly did a great job reroofing my house and helped me with the final paperwork. They are all very professional and was quick to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a new roof.

Heartland did an awesome job installing improved air vents on our roof. It is so much cooler in our attic now. They took care of it quickly and knocked it out in less than half a day. Highly recommended.

With all the recent rain, some roof leaks developed. Leo was able to work a visit to my house into his schedule. We went into the attic and talked about what might be causing the leaks. He was then able to get onto the roof and repair each one. I was thankful for his quick response and experience.

A leak developed in our roof. Hartland Roofing responded quickly, diagnosed the primary problem (and a few others in need of attention), provided video and photographs of the affected areas and had a crew there the next day to complete all necessary repairs. Leo stayed in communication with me throughout the process and explained in detail what was found and in need of repair. Excellent communication, service and price. I could not recommend Hartland more highly.

Hartland did such an amazing job taking care of both me and my roof after this last hailstorm. Leo and Skyller always stayed in contact with me every step of the way and were so patient and understanding when there were hiccups along the way. Would recommend them to anyone!

We were in the process of selling our house and needed a roof installed quickly and to be able to pay at closing. The team at Hartland was able to make this happen. When the day came to install the roof they showed up prior to sunrise to install a protective netting around my landscaping. In my 3 years living in Oklahoma and seeing several of my neighbors have their roofs replaced I had never seen this before. I was not at the house during the install as we had already relocated for work. My neighbors were keeping an eye on my house while I was away. All three of my neighbors, two sides and one across the street spoke highly about the crew, both their professionalism and their cleanliness.

I had gotten roof damage in a storm and was referred to heartland, best choice I’ve ever made on a contractor. They were extremely nice and professional! They did an amazing job and very quickly! I ran into an issue with a different contractor I had and the project got delayed several times. Heartland was very understanding and worked with my schedule change several different times. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

We had a leaky roof. They arrived within an hour of us calling to inspect the roof and put a temporary fix in place without even knowing if they were going to be hired for the job. Their quote was well priced compared to other quotes we received, and the customer service was top notch. Will be using again in the future!

Also for going to my insurance like a bank robber saying give me all your money. Sorry my insurance sucks and the claim to 6 months to process but he stuck with em and made them do their jobs. I had reached out to Hartland Construction concerning a roof replacement for my son and daughter n law, they had discovered some water damage in their bathroom ceiling. Hartland employees were quick to set up a time with my son to come out and survey the damage, and respond with an estimate. They completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time and it looks awesome!! I highly recommend this company, very ethical and trustworthy. Kind people!

As a single woman on a tight budget, I couldn’t be more happy with Hartland Construction. I interviewed 2 roofing companies before I met Leo Parker/Hartland Construction. My roof is beautiful! My gutters are great! The owner and the project manager were available and present throughout the entire process. (I was taken advantage of by the last roofing company years ago without realizing it)…Hartland gave me 3 new wind turbines to correct it. And made sure everything vented properly out of the attic.(Unlike the last roofers) They also stayed after the crew was done and personally made sure every area was clean of trash and nails… a couple of garden solar lights got damaged by debris while scraping off the old roof and Leo paid me immediately for replacement. He’s a really good person. They’re great at answering questions and explaining the process and taking the time to make me feel like my job was priority. I really felt like they cared about me and my job. Every text or phone call was answered in a reasonable amount of time. They took the worry and stress out of my hands and took care of it. Hartland Construction is the crew for your job!

We had hail damage that totaled our roof and shattered our skylight. Since it takes insurance a while to approve a claim, Hartland Roofing temporarily patched the hole for us until insurance approved the new roof. Leo (Hartland Roofing) advised us on how to navigate the claim process and was our personal advocate to the insurance company. We were able to get a new roof, gutters and get our house up to code. If you’ve never gone through the process of getting a new roof before, it can be very confusing. I highly recommend Hartland Roofing because they will walk you through the process and be your advocate to the insurance company in a professional manner. Our roof, gutters and a skylight needed to be replaced after a large hailstorm came through in the spring. Leo was out first call. I know he was working through similar situations with many clients at the time but was always patient to answer all of our questions, walk through the process with us and make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and needed. It’s so hard to find good contractors, but this company is GREAT!! They scheduled quickly, the problem was explained thoroughly and they take pictures to show you, they came out on time, the guys were polite and got the work done. The owner checked with us on the patch after a big rain (everything held up perfectly!) which was really unexpected and kind. So much care was given and you can tell the owner really cares that the work is done well! Can’t recommend these guys enough!

We used Hartland Construction and Roofing for roof replacement last year. Leo is very attentive and detail oriented. He took the time and made sure we are fully clear on scope of work and what is being sent to insurance company. They were on time and completed the work within one day. Leo personally walked through the site and added caulking on the roof. We've been very happy with the whole process.

Another thing that stood out for me is Leo was also very attentive to his crew and made sure they are well taken care of working under heat. I would definitely be calling Leo again for new roofs.
