Our roof needed replaced. We worked with Codi and he was a tremendous help. He answered our questions and worked with us to make sure the job was done right. On the day of installation, the crew arrived and made sure our plants in our flowerbeds were protected as well as our deck furniture. I watched how the crew cleaned up after the job was complete. They were thorough and meticulous. We have pets and I was concerned about nails left in flowerbeds and on the ground. None were found. Everyone was very nice and professional. The roof looks amazing! They worked with my insurance adjuster to estimate the storm damage, so I got a complete roof replacement. The project was supervised by the owner. From the start to finish, the entire process of securing finance, and instillation was seamless. The installation process was spotless. They replaced the skylights, entire roof, and replaced the satellite dish which was only two degrees off upon reprograming. I would highly recommend this company for roof repair and replacement. I have a historic home and my roof replacement was a very demanding and difficult job. Total Quality Roofing truly made this process seamless and easy for me by providing exceptional customer service, being incredibly tenacious, and ensuring the roof was completed with meticulous detail. After TQ Roofing inspected our roof, the hail damage claim was denied by insurance. After contacting my insurance agency and complaining a 2nd adjuster was sent to inspect, and he determined that indeed, there was some partial damage. TQ had to go the extra mile and pull a sample shingle from the roof and send it in for color/type matching. Once it was determined that there was no matching shingles on the market, and sending proof pictures, my insurance company gave the approval for a total replacement. The new roof looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier. This is our 2nd roof replacement, and by far the best. I highly recommend TQ Roofing. Jim & Pam

Had a great experience with this team. This was a referral and couldn’t be happier. They did everything needed to ensure the roof was durable and complete to THEIR standards and not just slapping on shingles. They even mentioned help with some siding that may have hail damage and to contact them to replace if needed. Very easy to work with and job was done in a day, about a week from start to finish with paperwork and scheduling!

TQR was recommended to us by our adjuster. They did a fantastic job of communicating each step of the process of replacing our roof on all levels. They gave us clear timelines for when the work would be completed, and stuck to those. They ensured the crew left the house how they found it, doing 3-4 sweeps of the house for nails and trash.
