Shey, with MIGHTY DOG ROOFING ,came out and did a thorough check of our roof leak. Used a hose to simulate a hard rain. Walked the roof to look for any popped up shingles. We were very happy with his work. We can assure you that you will be happy with their work too

He worked with us during a very unfortunate situation until we could replace the metal roof. He had a very skilled Amish family come out and do the replacement. Their attention to detail was outstanding! They were a pleasure to work with.

Mike P and Mighty Dog were great. Mike met me at my property on my schedule, walked the property with me and helped me decide what to go forward with. The drone capabilities were impressive (and necessary too since my tenant locked the gate and I couldn’t access the backyard where Mike needed to see).

The work was done quickly and they communicated clearly. Will be coming back for my rental and personal properties going forward.

Excellent experience with this group. The painter they sent, Dustin, was excellent. He did an outstanding job, the house looks amazing! Communication with Dave was appreciated as well, very responsive.

The work done was impeccable. They went above and beyond even after the fact when most companies wouldn’t have. Will be exclusively using this company for ANY roofing needs in the future.

Every step of the process I was impressed. Michael was very communicative while doing the inspection, preparing estimates, providing guidance on insurance, and discussing low stock inventory. Winter came and went as I worked to rectify insurance concerns and ultimately I decided to personally finance critical roof repairs. Michael never lost patience and checked in occasionally WITHOUT any high pressure sales attitude. Jeremy came for measurements and was very polite and respectful as well. JD called to schedule. I find this company to be genuinely kind and fair.

Tips for future customers: I will say, had I known how drastically different (much more than anticipated) the new shingles would look mixed in with the old, I would have discussed color matching/blending more. Luckily the back of our house faces the railroad. I think others (especially with a HOA) would really take issue with the mis-matching, though. Furthermore, I anticipated debris from the skylight replacements, but again there was much more than I expected and I wish I had draped a sheet over our belongings/sink in our bathrooms.

What a great find to have Mighty Dog diagnose and fix my rotting roof:( Very tough when as a homeowner you have something wrong but no company takes an interest in fixing or even showing up.
