Very satisfied with the service from Adam Stewart. After receiving 4 estimates from different companies ranging $25,000 to $70,000. Adam was honest and respectful saying I didn’t need a new roof. Adam explained everything and showed pictures of everything. I insisted on getting a bid for the roof and it was the lowest bid I received. Adam took me from a nightmare to total piece of mind. If I need a roof in the future I will definitely call Adam. He is punctual and always answers his phone.

Aurum just installed a roof vent to keep my attic cooler this summer. The crew was on time, they did the work safely and efficiently, and they cleaned up afterwards so that you'd never even know they were there! Triston Shea set it all up by coming out, surveying the work needed, and taking images with a drone. He even matched the shingles with those already on the roof to complete the job. Very satisfied with the work!

We used Aurum to replace over 25 windows three years ago on our home in Beloit. Not only did everything look good on installation, the quality of the work and product has kept up since. The windows look great and are much more energy efficient than our 100+ year old windows. Our home is brighter and I've enjoyed windows that actually open!

My house was hit hard by a hailstorm in the fall of 2023. Thanks to Aurum, who has insurance specialists, siding and roofing specialists, they were able to obtain full coverage on my house for roofing and siding. I had old aluminum siding, and it is now replaced with LP Smart Siding. Adam is an excellent and knowledgeable sales/project manager. My house looks amazing!

We are very pleased with Au-rum! We had storm damage. Called Au-rum. When the adjuster came out some of the damage was from a hail the previous year by the size of the damage which only gave os a time limit of 2 weeks to get the roof facia and downspouts completed, or insurance wouldn't cover it. And it was done on time! Tristan assured us not to worry. It would be. And it was and turned out awesome! If you go with Au-rum, you will not be disappointed. Give Tristan a call. Our roof had been sagging over the garages for many years. Aurum Contracting straightened the roof and replaced the shingles. Their crew was here on time and did an excellent job. After a bad hail storm my neighbors recommended Aurum. The communication with Jeff was top notch! Jeff definitely made the whole thing a lot easier for me from answering all my questions, following up with me, guiding me through the whole process. I would recommend Jeff in a heartbeat if you want to deal with a good honest person. The installation date happened faster than expected and after the actual installation the cleanup was so good down to the last nail that you wouldn't of even known they were here. Our home got storm damage back in June 2023 and our neighbor recommended Jeff Bergman and Aurum contracting because they had helped his mother get her roof, siding, and gutters approved for replacement.
Jeff came over and inspected our home for damages and after doing a full inspection, he advised us to file an insurance claim.
Jeff met the adjuster when he came out so they could go over the damages together and he was able to get us approved for a brand new roof (we have solar panels), gutters & gutters guards.
They had only approved replacing the aluminum cladding on our front bow window.
Jeff and the aurum insurance team fought the insurance company for full replacement and finally got us approved for a full replacement Pella bow window to be installed.
All of the installers did a fantastic. job and did amazing clean up when they were done.
Working with Jeff & Aurum contracting was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Jeff Bergman from Aurum by my trusted neighbor who also used them after the City of Oconomowoc was hit by a major Hail Storm in June of 2022. Jeff was great to work with and scheduled the two teams to do my roof as well as my gutters and downspouts within days of each other. They were effecient and clean up was impeccable. I recently had the extension of one downspout blow off into the driveway after some strong winds and didn't notice it until I ran over it backing out of the garage. Advertises Military discount but was told our almost $2,000 project was not enough to apply the discount for so we paid full price (minimum project price should be advertised for this on the website). Was told the work would take place tuesday but men didn't come till friday (weather was not an issue this week either). Was also told we didn't need to be home while work took place. Thankfully I pulled up right as the company the contracted with were about to tear gutters off the wrong side of the house When I tried to explain, the men did not speak english and communication was difficult (still confused if any were actually removed or not). They took several hour long breaks just sitting in their truck. The wrong color gutter was purchased and put us in a bind to accept to not put off the work any longer with it about to be winter and already being pushed off all week. When my husband came home from work he pulled up to one of the workers peeing on our front lawn. We have 5 year old twin girls and a 7 year old boy that were home and could have potentially seen this. My husband spoke to the contractor and they "dealt" with that but we were not offered any type of discount for our troubles and poor service we received. The contractor was very nice and had good communication thankfully throughout the process which was honestly the only good thing about our experience. Would not recommend this company overall.

The condo association I live in hired this company to do our roofs. Many things broke our yard, trash and personal trash threw all over the place and left. Nails everywhere and not cleaned up good at all. I literally had to order a magnet to clean up the nails for the safety of our dog. There was no safe path for her to walk. Plus, they used a leaf blower before picking nails up so they are everywhere. No care at all.

I purchased new Pella windows from them.
Their installers did a fantastic job.
They were courteous, on time, and did great clean up.
I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again on future projects.
