Took our business to the next level with organizing our customers and ability to go back in when we had report customers. Always available to answer our questions and enjoying all the new updates. Highly recommended their services.

You guys have been asked at least 20 times to stop calling us. If we decide to use your services then we will call you as told at least 50 times the last few years. Today you have called and hung up on us twice. Which is not ideal for us being that we are slammed and this ties up our lines. We understands sales sure, but we also understand what unsolicited harassing calls can look like and now it is to that point. We still are happy with our system and for the love of God honor that.

Acculynx is such a great CRM, I even left a 5 star review on their App Store reviews!

The product is good but this company seems to add things to your bill that you didn’t originally agree upon. They’re charging me $130 a month for smart docs that I do not need and I did not agree to. Also I signed up for a promotional price and now they’re saying that my promotional price has ran out but I haven’t even been on The platform for a year

AccuLynx is SO easy to navigate and I love the App so I can literally have it on my phone anywhere I’m at so whenever I need to reference something, it’s so convenient!

They’re training is Awful. They overcharged. And their “free” trial is not free. After I canceled, they billed me $850 and Acculynx said He was only going to credit me back $300 after I complained. JobNimbus is less expensive and a lot better And that’s who we use now. We are a small roofing company in Mississippi. With 10 people. I wasted my time, money and energy Even trying them out which I Wish I never did.

Terrible customer service. Signed up for an initial plan to try the software. It was over $500 a month. We did two training sessions and realized the software is not nearly what it is promised to be and the trainers are not overly knowledgeable. Upon requesting a refund, they denied the request even though having never actually used the software.

Filled in at my husbands office for one of the girls on vacation and have never used Acculynx. Super user friendly and easy to learn!!

Acculynx, has been a good site to use. Since i've been using it the last year i have not had any issues. I def give them a 5 star rating :)

Use on my end. I am new in the game but I have no complaints on it. The photos come in clear as well which is huge and very user friendly.

Really enjoy the ease of workflow the app provides to its users. It’s hardly ever bug friendly… lol. It’s a good app.

I love the AccuLynx Crew App. We schedule 20-30 roofs per week and the Crew App makes our scheduling process a breeze! Our crews know exactly where they are going, when they're going there and what work they'll be completing. They can even communicate with us seamlessly through the app, letting us know when they're at a job, when the job is finished, leave labor notes and upload job pictures. The Crew App is an essential tool in a growing roofing business!

Acculynx makes the roofing process clear, concise, and easy to handle! The knowledge base is always there to help guide you through the system if needed, and communication is easier to manage by using the software.

Acculynx is great at always innovating and taking contractor feedback to improve there services. Adding the document scan feature was a great help.

I love Acculynx. I really like how the work flows from Lead to Prospect to Approval to Complete to Invoice to Closed, ordering Eagle Views, sending emails, keeping customers informed, and ordering materials.

Been working with AccuLynx for years. Love the system and all if has to offer. Especially love the new email templates that are easy and quick. Being able to note the account and send messages to several users at once is most helpful. Also I like that the message board has a search box that allows us to find specific notes about certain discussions going on in the account or searching by user that created the note.

Still learning how this system works after coming from another roofing software company. It doesn't seem too difficult and everyone seems willing to answer all my questions. I'm only in 3 months with Acculynx, so I have a little while to go but I will Get This! Nice looking program as well.

I really enjoy an Acculinks how they separate different jobs by their progress. Makes it very easy to determine which customers I need to reach out to and which ones I don't yet.

Such an easy program to use! Every integration in Acculynx in very useful and realistic. Happy to use this software daily for work with no difficulties!

We have been using the system for over 3 years and have been finding that it has improved our time spent on gathering information, organized our staff and centralized our process for each file. Truly a time saver and presents us in a professional way to our customers.

Recently got hired at a place that uses Acculynx and it has been helpful that this is a user friendly service to make learning it easier. I also like that it is directly linked to Google Calendar so that I don't have to manually input each appointment

Acculynx has been a great asset and tool for me. The new phone application is definitely a large improvement. Once they can integrate the smart docs through the phone app, sky is the limit for contractors signing up and change ordering customers on the spot.

We have used Acculynx daily for almost 6 years at the roofing company I work for. It has been a game changer for us. We have grown exponentially over that time and Acculynx allows us the ability to track our customers and their jobs from beginning to end using Reports+. We can distribute leads easily, track supplements and permits, have visibility into all user calendars. The integrations with Quickbooks and Beacon Roofing Supply are wonderful additions to the platform and provide much needed information to our sales force in the field. Acculynx truly is vital to our business.

I haven't used their software and I was considering to give it a try at one point but after flooding my two business emails with their offers I said no. They also constantly calling me even twice a day. Somehow they got my personal email address too. I hate these types of sale tactics.

Used to be a pretty useful tool but with the recent changes they have made to the production side of things I definitely would recommend finding a different alternative. You have to go back and forth between 3 different open browser tabs to order jobs, cant customize supplier list, and will spend four times as much time to order a job. It's supposed to be a time saver and more efficient but they have taken huge steps backwards. Would not recommend!!!

Our roofing company was overcharged for 3 months of service when we downgraded from 4 users to only 2. They continued to bill us for 4 users up until I had to cancel the card on file so they couldn't charge it anymore. When asked for a refund they offered a small amount but refused to cover the 3 months worth of over charging. It was very difficult to get anyone on the phone to even talk about the billing issue and once management stepped in to "handle" the situation they were rude and dismissive. Poor customer service and shady bait and switch tactics to get your business and your card information. Proceed with caution.

I requested back in November to make some changes on my account to fulfill my business needs and it was not taken care of. I noticed after three months the changes were not addressed thinking it was taken care of.

Late March I call the customer service line and the service request was resolved within minutes, great service over the phone!

On April 2nd I email back on forth with the Account Service Director Paul Jentz on April 2 to get some sort of reimbursement on the service that was requested to be removed Back in November.

He declined my request and I decided to file a dispute on my add on charge and not the full amount through my bank. My bank notified Accuylex that I was filling a dispute.

Today, he email why I wanted a reimbursement links he replied back to me with an email as to why I submitted a dispute? Email below is what he replied;

We have just received notice that you have disputed 3 of your charges for your AccuLynx service. Your account is still Active and you look to be using the program. Why are you disputing these charges? If we do not hear from you by end of business today, your account will be placed on hold until you contact Account Services.

The Account Service Director mentioned he will place a hold on my account by the end of the day.

I hope to get this resolve and this is bad customer service ! How can this Account Service Director not be able to take care of my request or come to an agreement?

I decided to call the customer service department to escalate the service I am being provided.

This was his last response,

You have not disputed the Add On charge. You have disputed the User Charges. We received 3 disputes, for your users, for $147.00 for the last 3 invoices for your account.

I also answered your inquiry the same day. No refunds will be offered for an Add On you had enabled. If it is enabled, then you will incur the charge regardless if you have used it or not.

Again, if you do not agree to remove the dispute regarding your user charges, we will have to suspend your account.

Please be sure to respond via email so we have your response in writing.

Service taken care of afterall!
