Total Eclipse were wonderful to work with . They kept me informed and answered all my questions . Everyone was so professional . I would recommend them to anyone that needs roofing .

The Total Eclipse team was great from start to finish! Once it was determined there was roof damage, they explained what was needed next and continued to do so throughout the entire process. Work was done professionally, quickly, and they made sure we were satisfied with the results before closing out. There were plenty of shingle and gutter colors to choose from. And samples were provided so you could see what it would look like on your home. I highly recommend Total Eclipse!

I cannot say enough good things about this company - they helped us so quickly in a bad roof leak situation! We called the day after the last round of bad storms and they were out that afternoon to look at our damage and then handled everything with our insurance company after making a claim! Made it so easy on us, and are the friendliest group of people you’ll meet! Our new roof looks incredible!! We also had hail damage to our siding and they were able to fix that too! If you’re looking for a roofing company, look no further you’ve found the best!

Robyn and Stephen are the best, they went above and beyond helping with the insurance company and was in constant communication with me any time I had questions.. they did the work in a timely manner… the worksite was cleaned up as they finished the work.. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with them!!

Total eclipse as been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only got my roof replaced but got help with my gutters too. Stephen & Robin suggested Mad Dog Gutters and they too were fantastic. Came out next day, addressed all my issues at a fair price. Has been a remarkable experience with both of these AAA companies.

Total Eclipse Roofing was a wonderful company to work with through the entire process. Chris kept us up to date on each step and made sure it was a smooth process from start to finish. He helped us choose our shingle, and we love the finished product. Great care was taken to protect everything around our house while the job was being done. Everyone showed up on time and the project was completed quickly. When the job was complete, it was obvious they take great pride in their work. Although we hope to not need any roofing services anytime soon, we would definitely use Total Eclipse Roofing every time!

This company and its staff are nothing short of amazing. Our roof was so bad. We had lots of hail damage, bare spots, leaking, etc. We were working with another company and the man that was helping us turned out to be fraudulent. So we were dealing with that on top of insurance not wanting to cover a new roof. I came across Brayden’s post on Facebook, advertising Total Eclipse and I reached out. I am SO thankful I did. I was already really nervous and Brayden answered all of my many, many questions. I quickly realized we were in good hands. Again, insurance denied us, but this time I had support from the experts! He walked me through each step until we finally got a new roof! Thank you Total Eclipse for our beautiful and leak free roof!

Robyn Cole’s and Brandon Keathley were absolutely wonderful to work with! I cannot sing their praises enough- very professional, provided excellent customer care, worked with my time frame and insurance company, were detail oriented, have a store front on Maumelle boulevard, and above all, they were extremely kind and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them to everyone I know!

My roof has been impacted by hail damage several times in the past few years and I was frustrated with insurance company refusal to pay for repair. When Total Eclipse Roofing inspected my roof, I did not have much hope. But Stephen Russell inspected the roof and submitted the appropriate documentation to the insurance company. He then followed up when the insurance company did not offer a full roof replacement. Insurance company approval followed shortly, material was selected and the work was completed efficiently. Follow up inspections assured that the work was done well. Gutter replacement also met with limited approvals from the insurance company but additional documentation submitted gave the insurance company reason to approval a higher reimbursement amount. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new roof and gutters.

I’m a full-time realtor. This was my listing in Sherwood. One day before closing, we need a roofing company who would put a quality, Long lasting roof but do it fast. From the time we ordered the roof until it was out in was less than 24 hours. Chris Morse at Total Eclipse Roofing also replaced my roof on my personal home and did a fantastic job! This is an awesome company to work with and they’re fast! I thought for sure that when we called that they would not be out the roof on the very next day. By doing so, the house will close tomorrow on his contract, closing date service and responsiveness like this is rare!

Steven and his compadres did incredible job dealing with insurance company. He argued with the insurance company multiples times to get them to cover it I appreciate his efforts . Eclipse roofing got roof on quick and looks great 5 stars is not enough

Stephen did a great job dealing with insurance companies. He repaired my rental properties that had issues with damage from the storms recently. Great team would recommend anyone to call them first. These guys did a GREAT job!! My project manager was very quick to get me the info I needed to pick my shingles. And the crew was so fast!! They cleaned and came back a week later to double check everything bc I was concerned about my dogs stepping on nails. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
