Just called and the response to me saying “Hi how are you is…. Who are you calling for”. Then proceeding to act as if they’re oblivious to why I would call a construction company. Clearly I am in search of a contractor. If this is the intial impression I can only imagine how their work is. Why are you in business if you don’t know what potential clients are calling for? Whoever answered should learn the etiquette of answering a potential clients call. Very unprofessional.

Total Construction is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever had to use. They sent me the below invoice, which should have been covered by my one year warranty from our new build. This company did not tell me that I would be charged this outrageous amount of money for a simple faucet change. FOUR HOURS of work was charged and these clowns were at my house for ELEVEN MINUTES. My outside cameras showed one sitting on my AC unit outside the entire time, not doing a thing. The company did not alert me that this was not covered, nor did they ask me if I wanted it fixed due to this reason. I would have said HELL NO. I’ll purchase the piece at Home Depot for $19 and do it myself. They threatened to take me to court and send this to collections. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE JERKS!
