Our job was definitely not a traditional one, however, they tackled it with finesse and got it done quickly even though the weather was not on their side! They left the job site picked up and clean. He then comes back on the install date and reviews with his crew any concerns you had and the way he wants his crew to do the work. End result is you get the job you envisioned the day you contracted with Total Concepts. They are simply the best! Yes, I’d use them again!

I had a terrific experience with total concept roofing. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Very responsive and responsible… They followed through with absolutely everything plus more. And then, after the fact, they returned to do some additional unforeseen work. I was and am very pleased with everything they did, and I will likely return to them for other roofing needs down the road.

We had a leak they did take care of it. We referred them to 3 other people. One they are making pay for the leak in the roof that they caused. The building was level but they are still making the customer pay for the leaking roof work. I don’t recommend! Find another roof company.
