YLHP did an amazing job creating custom gates for my deck and repairing several broken screens on my back porch. The finished project was high quality and the crew worked fast and cleaned everything up upon completion. Would certainly hire them again—pricing was reasonable!

Second time using YLHP, first time for some interior painting which was excellent and this time to remove an old deck and build a new one. We couldn't be happier with our new deck. The professionalism, craftsmanship and attention to detail shown by this team are awesome. We highly recommend them!

We are very happy with the work and overall outcome. There were a couple of hiccups with delays in arrival time probably due to other jobs requiring completion but once here had a few workers and completed everything asked for.

Called a week ago Friday, had a quote by Sunday and the project completed today!!! They are not only fast but also provide quality work. The only regret I have is I didn't find them sooner! We will absolutely be calling with future projects!

If you’re looking for a no nonsense handyman, then you found them. From the first call I was treated with respect, the expectations were clear, communication was impressive throughout. Overall, the job was completed well and would use them again. The painters were great! I had a high ceiling and they completed it in one day and even vacuum (their own vacuum) before they left.

Vinnie was awesome in repairing the vinyl siding that blew off the house during the recent wind storm! He was on time for the scheduled repair, very professional, very polite and provided excellent workmanship.

Had a wonderful experience with Cassie and Bobby. New deck done on the front of the house. The old one was in very poor condition and we were afraid someone would get hurt. They gave me an estimate and were there within 2 days. Would highly recommend them

Kassie and Bobby are friendly good people that do good work. Own a mobile home? Look no further for someone to help you out. We had a couple of faucets replaced and a kitchen counter at a reasonable price. Next project will be replacing our front porch.

Bobby Kassie and their crew were fantastic to work with, they provided and installed our storm door, switched out our shutters and made an incredible 17 foot faux beam for our living room. They were professional, had great attention to detail, communicated well and it was an enjoyable experience to work with them. It is hard to find people in this field, who are of this caliber today. I will definitely be hiring them again!

I messaged their Facebook page about an assembly and they were at my house within 24 hours! Super responsive and professional. Bobby and his crew are wonderful to work with. They explained the whole process and made sure everything was done correctly.

I needed a few things done that I simply couldn't get to.
Prompt response for a reasonable estimate and easy to set up an appointment.
Workers arrived with the appropriate tools and staff to have it all done in under an hour. To do it myself would have taken me days!

I had a smaller job which was the removal of an inside wall conditioner that was jammed into the hole when it didn’t fit. Your Local Handy People saw my plea on Facebook and said they could do the job. Cassie came and gave me a free estimate and I contracted with them to do the job. They encountered some difficulties due to the shoddy work my friends did but persisted and got the job done. I was impressed by the knowledge Cassie and Bobby showed while they completed the work which included cutting a hole, new trim around the AC on the inside and putting in new outside siding to match and cover the hole.
I highly recommend this company for any job!!

Beautiful sturdy new stairs and fence repair. Took less than 2 days and they were very professional . Explained things and found potential problems that needed to be addressed that were missed by previous workers . 10/10 would recommend to all my friends !

We hired Your Local Handy People to help us make our space more functional for our family. They had great ideas and options, and helped us create a hallway to more easily access living spaces. I hired Your Local Handy People to come and install a new front door for me. From the first interaction, I could tell Bobby and Kassie were professional, honest, and qualified for the job. Their communication and timeline for the work was exceptional, despite some texting troubles our phones had!

During the installation, they discovered unforeseen rot to major structural components of the house which significantly changed the project. They communicated the need for repair, and were fair and honest with their assessment. Despite the job taking significantly longer than intended, they never rushed and worked diligently to correct the issues the right way for a quality result. Their expert knowledge of building construction was very obvious during the process.

Unfortunately, soon after I noticed a small amount of water intrusion from the new door. Not only did they return just a few days later, but they completely overhauled the install to correct the original issue, and proudly stood by their work to ensure I was happy with the result.

My truck damaged the frame of my garage door when I was backing up. It's hard to find professionals with a skill set and time to do a smaller project. I met Kassie & Bobby working on a concrete stair project at a relatives home. I showed them pictures of my damage they came to house within a few days and noted the automatic garage door would take the impact of the damage over time causing further damage. Less than 3 weeks they arrived with the proper materials and they video tape the project. You get notified of a date and before they arrive you receive a message. A suggestion was offered to put a stop plate for my tires to alert me to stop because I back into my driveway. The deposit prior was minimal and the total costs was far less than my expectations. Sometimes repairs can't be done by family members for a variety of reasons and contractors don't take on these projects. It matters who you have come to your property for comfort, skills, pricing, and respect the project will be complete. They are the exceptional team and communicate every step. The garage frame is perfect once again. Their portfolio is amazing and I hope my opinion makes a difference. Little problems turn into bigger problems when you own a home. I found a company that does small and large jobs.
