Toro's

He’s fixed all the storm damage on our roof over the years. He shows up, gets the job done and does great work.

I contacted Toro’s on Sunday afternoon on their Facebook page when I discovered that my roof was leaking. He responded almost immediately. He came out the next day and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond not only replacing my roof damage but removing the wet insulation and made it a priority to match my current shingles with my new shingles that needed replaced and ice guarded the new wood. He also took the time to explain what he did and showed me pictures of before and after the job was done. I highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs.

I did not really know which one to pick for the review. Toro's did my roof back in 2017 and I thought the job was done well and to code. I am recently selling my house and the inspector found 3 years of mold growth in my attic trusses. The remediation team informed my my roof was not properly vented to code! It cost me $2,000 to get it removed. It further cost me $2,500 to add the ventilation that was necessary. I called Toro's to talk with them about it and was told vents where not in the contract! It says vents right on the contract, so not sure where he was coming from. We went back and forth for a bit and he said "I'll come out for $80 and put in 4 box vents, the money is for parts and gas." He totally acted like he was doing me a favor. I was under the impression when you hire a licensed contractor that the work was supposed to be up to code. I will be also be making a complaint to the city inspector who checked the work. It never should have passed inspection. The roof shingles themselves where done very well, it looked good.
