Top tile roofing did an outstanding job on the replacement of my roof. They came, assessed the situation, explained to me what needed to be done and helped me handle things with the insurance company. They replaced my entire roof using innovating mateials on a roof that was there since 2006. They worked with my insurance statefarm to gain a complete approval. Honestly I heard so many bad things about statefarm especially being a first time home owner but TopTile did a great job in helping me gain a full replacement with statefarm.

Wonderful experience, made the process easy, had a hail storm hit my roof in Mableton and it literally got approved in less than 2-3 weeks.

If Toptile comes to your home, turn them away.

To be clear from the start, we didn’t use Toptile, and after the call I just had with my insurance company, I am relieved that we did not.

Because we didn’t choose Toptile as our roofing contractor, they retaliated by calling my insurance company and implying that we were committing insurance fraud. Not only is this wildly unprofessional, but it is also slanderous and completely inaccurate. Luckily, we had already given our insurance company the contact information for our new roofing contractor, so they already knew that we weren’t trying to pocket the insurance payout like Toptile accused us of doing. All of this because we chose to go with a different contractor.

Even after the wildly unprofessional experience we had with them (people constantly calling us and company representatives and random strangers coming to our door unannounced PLUS a very unprofessional text conversation I had with them after I told them we were moving forward with a different company), I wasn’t going to write this review until I got a call from my insurance representative today, letting me know that Toptile had gone out of their way to call them and “heavily imply” (according to our insurance representative) that we were attempting to commit insurance fraud. They had absolutely NO basis for this accusation.

They refused to give us a quote for the work needing done and made us feel uncomfortable with their incessant communication, so we went with a different company who we trusted. And apparently this is insurance fraud?

Be incredibly careful of who you allow onto your property! I urge you to reconsider trusting Toptile.

top tile did what they promised. our roof looks beautiful. They will point more things that are wrong with your roof or structure of your home. they did everything in one day.

Top Tile Roofing recently replaced my roof. They did an excellent job of replacing the roof and the crew that worked for them did a very good job.
Not only did they do an excellent job on my roof their total job of protecting my shrubbery around my hose was excellent also and their clean up after the job was impeccable! Some companies will do good job at fixing jobs but aren’t very good at the last piece of the job… clean.up. They have a person on the job site who is in charge of the cleanup part and they also have person who comes to the job site to supervise t he roofers work and makes sure every step of the process is done correctly.
The owner of the company also comes by during the roof job to review the work also.
It is very refreshing to see a company come provide a service and be so thorough on their own where you don’t have to constantly be reviewing their work.
I would highly recommend Toptile Roofing for any roofing replacement or any type repair.
This company recently did a roof replacement for a person and a few days later a storm came through and a tree had caused some damages and Toptile Roofing came out and repaired the roof and didn’t charge them. Now that’s customer service

When the job was done, everything was cleaned well around the house and in the attic. The roof and fascia look amazing and everyone working had good experience and knew what they were doing! At the end of the project, they even went around and wiped off the fascia boards before the painters came around to make it look good. Everyone at the company cares about the final product. Everything was easy, they did a free inspection found I had damaged plumbing boots and some missing shingles. Then the insurance came out, Mr Angelo was on top of the roof with the adjuster when they came. 1-3 business days after I was approved. Definitely a super easy process got a brand new roof in maybe less than 2 weeks. Angelo and his team were also very professional, extremely hard working guys, and they finished the roof in a day. In all I’m very satisfied with their services. Definitely recommend them to friend and family or anyone looking for a roof.

Everything from supervising the claim process, and getting my claim from Statefarm approved was a comforting and 100% satisfying experience, Angelo the person who worked with me communicated with me and was also very nice.

A word of advice, change your roofs with this company they made the process easy and raised a big weight off my shoulders. Thank god, they were there because I was not trying to spend $10k or more for a roof.
