A fabulous job from start to finish. We are so pleased with our new front porch, steps, and landing. Their attention to detail and willingness to make sure everything is perfect is a fresh departure from the shoddy craftsmanship that permeates today's industry.

The team at Top South D&P would get ten stars if I could. They just completed a deck board replacement; removing the rotting, damaged Yellawood and installing Timber Tech composite decking. Federico kept me informed throughout the process, letting me know exactly what was needed and when the repairs would be completed. Little things like letting me know when he was running ten minutes late and the guys showing up when scheduled really meant a lot. I would use them again and highly recommended to anyone needing their skills.

Top South is TOP DRAW. We have used them multiple times expanding our laundry room and refreshing our deck. Frederico and crew are honest and skillful in every aspect of the job. Value and professionalism makes it a painless experience.

Federico and his team were fantastic. We hired them to install a new composite deck (Trex) on our existing wood deck frame, along with under decking and lighting. They were very professional, responsive and the quality of their work is excellent. I would highly recommend.

What a GREAT Experience. Never worked with a contractor that listened and worked with us as well as Feddy and his team did. Was told by numerous deck companies that we would not be able to have a gabled roof for our screen porch. Feddy said no problem and got it done. We were so impressed with the tear down of our 30 year old porch and rebuild with the gabled screen enclosure, we had him come back and add on a new 20x17 open porch. He was always available when we had questions and was very responsive. I wholeheartedly recommend Top South Deck!!!!

Our entire experience working with Top South Deck has been wonderful! Federico is extremely knowledgeable and explained the process of our entire deck rebuild thoroughly. Prior to contacting Top South deck, we had other deck companies provide estimates. These companies engaged in high pressure gimmicky sales practices that we did not like at all. Federico was the exact opposite! He gave us a fair price for the project and simply stated that we could take all the time we needed to think about it, which we appreciated! The crew at Top South did an outstanding job on our deck, and Federico communicated with us throughout the process. We cannot recommend Top South more highly!

Do yourself a favor, start with these guys first! Our neighbor and I had 5 other proposals and Top South came in fair and honest for both properties. By far the most reliable, experienced and honest team! Very polite and knowledgeable on what did and did not have to be done on 2 ~20 year old decks. I highly recommend Federico and Top South D&P for your deck project! Top South recently replaced our 23 year old PT deck with a new, larger composite material deck.My wife and I could not be more happy with the deck or Top South.

From design to build and close out, Top South provided high-quality service and a high-quality product. They took care of everything from providing professional site engineering plans and managing permitting, to sending someone to do a final cleaning of the new deck once it was complete. Aside from a minor issue with sprinkler lines, the build process went as planned, with the crew dedicated until the job was done.

From a cost perspective, Top South’s price was not only in line with or better than others, but also included lighting and all services (site plan, permitting, etc.) that others charged extra for. Unlike other contractors we interviewed, Top South did not require any payment until the job was done.

Would definitely use them again.

We've been working with Federico at Top South for years.   We first worked with him to rebuild our front porch-- which was starting to sag.   It ended up being far more complicated than expected,   The team stuck with it and did excellent work.   We have worked with Federico several times since for a variety of home projects including a screened in porch, water heater upgrade, new gutters, a bathroom remodel, deck repair, and various ;painting projects.   While the work has been great and estimates competitive, what I appreciate most about Top South is Federico... he's friendly, attentive, and stands by his work.   We highly recommend Federico and Top South!

I cannot speak more highly of Federico and his team! They were wonderful throughout the whole project. I was impressed with the overall cost of the project compared to others that I quoted for the project. The communication from every member of the team was outstanding! I appreciated the knowledge that each person brought to the project- which made decision making as the project evolved much easier. They even sent a cleaning team when they were finished to clean up every last little bit. I am VERY happy with the new deck and screened porch. We will be living outside now! We had pinhole leaks. The plumber replaced all of the copper pipe which required holes in the kitchen ceiling (where it leaked) as well as in the bathrooms and a few other locations. Federico and his team gave us a fair quote and did a great job. Yea, there was a lot of dust. Part of his service is someone who helps clean some of that dust. Yes, there was plenty of dust for us to clean up. Yes, we are planning to use him again on other projects.

Too South is an outstanding company who goes above and beyond to give you exactly the results you are looking for. They tore down a deck, two flights of stairs and an entire front porch with safety in mind and their craftsmanship is over the top. The crews were friendly and answered your questions along the way. At the end of each day they cleaned up whatever messes they made, cleaned off the driveway and returned the next day to continue. You will not be disappointed when you hire this excellent company.

Federico is fantastic. He pays attention to all details. His crew did a phenomenal job building our brand-new deck. Complete with roof, heaters, fan and screening. Plus, he provided an uncovered area for a BBQ. We have already referred him to friends for a project. They were also beyond impressed and very happy.

We are loving our new deck and patio done by Top South!! Federico was great to work with. We had some changes to make during the project and Federico was very helpful in discussing options with us and explaining everything to us so we could make the best decision.
