Top Roofing and Contracting did a super job repairing my roof. After removing the old shingles they discovered the roof decking was damaged and needed replacing. 29 sheets of osb! Peyton Crawford was extremely fair on pricing and I am very glad I called them. Very, very, highly recommended!

I agree with all of the previous reviews. Peyton went out of his way to satisfy my concerns. He is a great communicator, but we still had a miscommunication regarding my expectations and I inappropriately reacted. He immediately addressed my concerns. They busted their humps in the heat on my pretty complex roof. Left the job site spotless. While L Mutual wasn’t much help, I will say TR&C is very competitively priced. I would highly recommend TR&C.

We just wrapped up a new roof experience with Top Roofing. We worked exclusively with Payton and having worked with many contractors and tradespeople over the years, he definitely gets a high mark on communication. He did a great job dealing with our insurance company, I felt he was advocating for us while providing fair and honest feedback. He offered advice on materials, application process, and estimated timelines. After the job, the yard was very clean and I have not found a nail yet. I would and already have recommended Payton and Top Roofing to others. Job well done!

Extremely knowledgeable and responsive to calls. Fast. Fair and reasonable pricing. Able to quote accurately over the phone using satellite image. Peyton put a metal roof on my rental home in High Point. Upon deposit, I was quoted a few weeks (depending on material availability). The roof was on within a week. I’ll use them again.

What can I say except that simply put Peyton and his work crews did a magnificent job. I needed a new shingle roof on a 100+ year old house and also a metal roof over the attached wrap around porch. They also installed brand new gutters throughout since there was none there to begin with. From the get go Peyton and the folks at Top Roofing were a pleasure to deal with. Communication was seamless and he kept me informed of everything along the way so everything was clear and I knew when and exactly what to expect as regards the works dates and plans. He carefully walked me through all of the material choices which was a big deal for this old house as I wanted to try to match existing color schemes to the maximum extent possible. His crews were friendly and courteous and cleaned up so well each day that you would hardly have known any work took place on a particular day. They went above and beyond by also ensuring any exterior paint work to siding and fascia boards etc were touched up or redone which I did not expect but really appreciated. If you need roofing or gutter work done then I can't highly recommend enough Peyton and the folks at Top Roofing....they were superb and professional to a tee!!
