I contacted 5 contractors for a quote on a 30' x 40' aluminum building: one did not return my call, 3 laughed and said they couldn't get a building for 6 to 8 months. Only one contractor, Rene Morales, called and asked to come over with information. His quote was what I expected for flimsy, pipe-frame construction, but surprisingly I got heavy- duty I beams and channels frame work. Within 6 weeks the materials were delivered. The building was completed earlier than I expected and the workmanship couldn't be better. No messes were left in our yard. His teams and office girls were professional, experienced and couldn't be nicer, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Was looking to have a shop & home built. Sat down with estimator, gave all the details to him & he said he would get back with us & never got a answer back or reply back after calling them several times & leaving a voicemail. If your super busy I understand just let a guy know. Very unprofessional
