Top Notch did an awesome job our inspector was Michael and he walked the whole house and kept us updated with every detail/problem in the house we were interested in buying. He also followed up with us to make sure we didn’t have any questions before our realtor submitted the list of repairs to the seller of the home to make sure all details were properly described in the request of repairs. Overall i am very satisfied with their work and will be using them again for the reinspection before closing.

We had Michael out for our reinspection before closing. Again he is a true ace at his profession....he revealed that the seller hadn't completed all of the repairs that we had agreed to through our negotiation period!!! Through his reinspection we were able to get all repairs completed before closing. Sometimes I believe that sellers may not be the most forthcoming and honest when it comes to repairs. It is so important to get a reinspection before closing for peace of mind. Top Notch offered our reinspection at a discounted rate too, score! Also once again Toni was also a pleasure to work with, she is Top Notch in my book! Thank you Top Notch for all of your support throughout the process of buying our first home!

He literally checked everything in and out of the house! He explained what he was going to do before he started and briefed me his findings by going through a checklist when he completed the inspection.
